My dad went to the hospital multiple times cooking on Christmas >> from what? Burning things. >> Yeah. Well, one time what had happened was we ate with paper plates my entire life. When we cooked, we would use exclusively the like cheapest possible disposable aluminum containers. And so my dad put like a whole turkey in the disposable aluminum container and he tried to grab it and like take it out of the oven and the container just collapsed and like all the hot turkey grease on his forms. I remember my dad just going, “Oh my god. AH. AND I WERE LIKE, “DROP THE TURKEY.” AND HE GOES, “NO, NO. >> SO MUCH PRIDE. Not the turkey.” >> Yeah. Yeah. And then he got third degree burns. We had to go to the hospital. And then the other time, my dad dropped a knife in his foot. Landed straight into the bone. And I remember my brother having to take the knife out of my dad’s bone. And then it seemed fine. Nothing happened. We’re like, “That’s cool.” And then we just see and blood started just squirting out of it. And my dad had to drive himself to the hospital with his split up on the dash. Oh my god, that sounds so crazy.
