No, fat isn’t flavor. I don’t know why people say that. Fat isn’t- It helps. It helps improve. Fat is a, it’s a vehicle for flavor, right? Yeah, up, elevator up. So sure, but there’s literally a scientific debate about whether or not fat should be considered one of the modalities of taste, right? Interesting. So we have salt, sour, sweet, umami is kind of there. Then what’s the other one, bitter? So the five dimensions of taste. Some people think that fat should be within there ’cause you can kind of taste, well there’s an argument of- It’s a carrier. Can you taste fat or can you only sort of sense it and that alters other tastes? Ooh. I wonder if you can take a fat molecule and like- Pure, just pure fat. Yeah, and see if you can separate fat from the texture of it and see if that has a taste. Scientists, get on it, stat.
