you’ve said that you want the say a Chinese accent to be considered like as sexy as like an Italian or French accent cuz why not cuz why not it’s just an accent like do you think that just takes time to sort of flip that the more you get movies like crazy Rich Asians with you know incredibly hot people in it yeah I think uh crazy Rich Asians interior Chinatown when the whole cast is Asian or when you get more and more representation there’s not like a a magnifying glass on this one person and there’s not the pressure of this uh person representing the entire culture right so it’s kind of nice like in Crazy rich I could just be the crazy billionaire guy no I wasn’t just the Asian guy in Crazy Rich Asians you literally eliminate one of those adjectives right yeah everyone had their own thing that they can do and same thing with interior Chinatown you can’t just be like oh who’ you play in interior chinat toown you play the Asian guy no no no you got to describe okay Willis Woo is someone that’s trying to get out of the SRO and like you know be somebody and then Ronnie ch’s character is something else so that that’s pretty good to be kind of like finally seen for your abilities and you know uh uh and people talk about the story lines and and the skills instead of you know just you being the Asian person
