I like to buy things in bulk, you
know, I don't like to run outta stuff.
My pantry's like a grocery store.
I learned this from my mama.
I was gonna say that, your mom.
Oh, cheese whiz.
Did this.
Pickled sausage, peanut butter, you took
one out and there was one right behind it.
It's like a grocery store.
Yes.
In your kitchen.
And now I have replicated it in my
bathroom and I have a row of deodorant.
When was the last time you
saw me run outta deodorant?
Never smelled.
There hasn't been a time.
I've never smelled you run outta deodorant.
You never smelled me.
Yeah, you always seem to always have it.
Yeah.
With Mint Mobile, you can bulk buy just like
Rhett and his mama, but, for your phone plan.

Now, for people like me, cheap eats
are one of the finer things in life,
but for other people, the finer things
in life are the finer things in life.
This episode is for all people.
I think I understand, yes, because
today we're combining low end foods with
high end ingredients to make new dishes
that the world has never seen before.
Let's start out by finding what low end
foods are randomly assigned under our bags.
Rhett?
What you got there?
Tuna, tuna, and tuna.
I have tuna three ways.
And I have, I have a wreath of jello.
It's very.
Lime.
Lime smelling jello.
Applewood, spicy thai.
It's also lime tasting, I'm told.
Okay, thank you.
Rhett, you get to choose first because,
every time we've done this, I've won.
Yeah, this is your game, Link.
Three times in a row.
This is your game, so I need to like,
what, what do I need to do differently?
I need to, uh.
Well, you need to walk
us through your options.
I need to, uh, try to.
What, what are the.
I need to think like a Link.
Uh.
I'll do it.
The fancy options are chicken liver
pate, wagyu beef jerky, champagne,
raw oysters, caciocavallo podolico
cheese.
Cheese.
Tupelo Gold Reserve honey.
That sounds fancy.
Oh yeah.
Japanese strawberries and Dungeness Crab.
Okay.
So fancy.
Uh, so I'm gonna go first because I, I, I
need the, any, every advantage I can have.
Why would I go double seafood, and it would
actually be quadruple seafood 'cause it'd be
three different tunas and then crab on top.
What is a Japanese strawberry
and why does it come in a dome?
Probably 'cause it's really expensive.
Let's find out.
I'm gonna choose the Japanese strawberries.
With the tuna.
That's great.
Strawberries and tuna.
I love to hear it.
Oh my gosh, look at that.
Oh.
What in this world.
How much do these things cost?
Do we know, Chase?
$20 each strawberry.
I wanna go ahead and apologize
to the entire country of Japan.
Is that edible?
That's not, it's not glass, so.
All right.
Champagne.
Here we go.
Oh didn't mean to, didn't mean to make
that a cross, it's just an x. Okay.
Champagne for the Linkster.
That's nice.
Ooh, that's real nice.
Okay.
And then how do I get this going here?
Oh, what, what?
What?
Of course you chose...
You immediately made us all nervous
that we okayed you having champagne.
No, you don't have to do that.
Just do the top.
I don't have to.
No one's gonna take their
eyes off of you until this is.
We decided to wear gloves because
we, we need to be more protected.
We need to protect our judge who, we
don't know who that is, at this point.
Take this up, man, they really,
they really locked this stuff down.
Where you gonna, where you gonna shoot that?
Oh.
Okay, alright.
Well, I wasn't gonna shoot it anywhere.
Yeah.
Well you shot it right on yourself.
I didn't shake it.
That was about 50 bucks of
champagne on your pants.
Yeah, wow.
I'm glad it missed my pants.
They were already like this.
Oh God.
That was wonderful to watch.
Got a little bit on my side here.
I am not, I'm, I'm not, I'm
not really happy right now.
Everything smells like Champagña.
Did it get, did it compromise my.
Yeah, you got some on your jello.
I did notice that.
Not too much, though.
I have an idea.
Oh, I've got an idea.
Because I know that I, yes, I need,
can you pass those glasses over here?
Which one do you want?
Uh, all three of them.
Okay.
Because I don't know which
one I want to use yet,
um, I kind of feel like I was sabotaged.
You think they shook it up ahead of time?
I think they shook it up ahead of time.
Oh, they wouldn't do something like that.
Look at this freaking strawberry.
I mean, it's crazy.
It's like holding on real
tight too, it's like.
It's very important that my jello stay dry.
It's gonna cool.
Jello is hard to wrangle.
Especially when you got a knife in one hand.
I'm gonna move this out of here.
Okay.
And then I'm gonna dry this off.
Again, it's very important that my
jello stay dry until it gets wet.
Can you tell what I'm gonna do?
Because I have no clue
how you're gonna beat me.
I'm gonna make these nice little cubes.
I want to go this way.
Huh.
There's nothing easier to cut than jello.
That's what they say.
So my idea of course, is.
That's a good strawberry.
Jello shots.
Too bad.
It's a, those are a thing.
And the fancy version.
I'm gonna start.
See.
I'm gonna start with this.
I can see that's completely hard.
Because I want that, I want
that to calm down a little bit.
And then if my
vision comes through.
Huh, look at that.
And I hope, I hope that
doesn't just disintegrate.
What are you doing over there?
I'm making these strawberries
have a little surprise.
I'm gonna put this.
I'm making room for a surprise.
Okay.
Alright, now.
Three strawberries, three types of tuna.
First, spicy chili Thai.
And we're just gonna take that, pull
it right out, and stuff it right in.
See that?
They'll never know.
Nobody's gonna know.
Well, and then of course, the topper.
You can save all this tuna for later just
because these things are really nice.
It makes it seem extra fancy.
Okay.
And then you wanna wipe that down so you
don't really get an idea of what's going on.
I think these flavors actually
may combine very nicely.
Um, I've made quite a mess.
That's gonna be horrible,
and I love that for you.
Would either of you like to use
any of your finishing touches?
Oh, shoot.
What is that?
Uh, lemons.
I could probably use lemon.
Lemons is an option.
You've got lemon, creme fraiche,
maldon flake salt, extra virgin
olive oil, and black pepper.
Hmm.
What could, what could mine use?
And they could also use a name.
Okay, um.
I think a little salt would
actually be, would go a long way.
Mine's called, um,
um, lemon, lemon lime booze.
Lemon lime, people.
Sprite Fun Time.
Mine's called,
Screw It, Tuna Berries.
And our celebrity Judge is.
It's me.
Hi.
Woo.
Wild.
Okay, um, can I know what
the name of this dish is?
Of course, Nicole.
That dish is called Screw It, Tuna Berries.
Okay.
Yeah.
Um, I do know what Elly Amai is.
I do know that their strawberries are
very, very pricey, and very, very coveted.
So that's pretty sick.
Um, hate the name.
Hate the name.
Um, hate the fingerprints all over
the, the, um, the receptacle here.
Wow.
It gives me major pause and, yeah, I know.
Screw It, Tuna Berries, eh?
Okay, so I am going to start with this one.
Cheers, everybody.
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
I'm gonna do it.
That one works.
Okay.
Very, very good.
The strawberry is definitely
the dominant flavor.
Yeah.
I do think you should have
all three strawberries.
'cause there might be a different flavor.
Okay.
In each one.
I might be sick.
Um, but whatever.
That was very delicious, unexpected.
Wow.
I have never had, let me see it.
That tastes like a lemony, peppery one.
Okay.
Uh, okay.
Okay.
Again, the berries, 10 outta 10.
I've never had such a succulent juicy
strawberry-ie strawberry before.
So that's a win.
For, for the, for Japan.
What?
Nothing.
Silence.
This one's bad.
Oh.
Yeah.
What an unexpected surprise.
That was a lot better than I was
anticipating, which is so exciting for me.
Next.
Yeah, now you can wash it down with this
culinary beverage called Sprite Fun Time.
Right.
Do this, okay, it's giving
like champagne, Prosecco vibes.
I am seeing some bubbles,
which is a good thing.
Did a little tuna
strawberry just go in there?
I don't know.
Possibly.
Cheers.
That just tastes like good champagne.
Okay.
I'm going to, I assume this is lime jello.
Because what else would it be?
Pistachio.
I was really excited when I saw
this for the first time, but.
It's not, it's not scratching
my itch, you know what I mean?
It's not doing it for me.
Yep.
I'm sorry.
No, I need a little more support.
Oh yeah.
Okay.
I'm guessing this one's yours, um.
The champagne is great.
The jello is great, but together, it's
not really giving me anything good.
Okay.
Apparently it needs tuna.
I, I mean, I think it needs a
little bit more of something.
I'm not sure what that thing is, you guys
are the creatives here in this instance.
I must give it to the Screw It, Tuna Berries.
Yes.
What a trip.
Yes.
Hey, listen, sometimes you just get two
flavors that come from you on high and
you know that they just belong together.
What are we working with now?
Mashed potatoes and gravy.
Bagel bites.
Pizza.
Okay, I'm losing.
I will pick first.
I think I'm going to go
with the, uh, oysters.
Oh.
Let's have a seafood battle.
Oh really?
I'll take the Dungeness crab.
Alright, man, yeah.
These oysters.
Oh no brother.
Look at that.
Am I, that is, there's a lot going on there.
Yes, there is.
Is there a big claw?
'cause I, okay.
That's interesting.
Yeah.
You got, you got a couple of big claws there.
I've just got, this.
I mean, who would think that you swim
down to the bottom of the ocean, see
this, crack it open, then see this
inside of it and think to eat it.
So wild.
Gotta just get this meat out
of here, scraping off the
sprinkles and busting the meat.
That's what we do when
we cook on the internet.
I might as well use this again, though.
Okay, I gotta go.
I gotta go with the big, the big parts here.
Chopping, chopping, chopping,
knifing, knifing, knifing.
Using the knife and
chopping, chopping, knifing.
You're dicing things that are already diced?
I'm creating the separation
that the cheese has.
This is a double dice situation?
I'm, yes.
Yeah, I know what I'm gonna do.
I don't eat enough crab.
Some sort of.
I don't get out enough.
Sprinkle, pizza sprinkle.
There's some good knuckle
meat in here, let me.
Maybe it's some sort of a.
Some of that outta here.
A cart.
Yeah, this is, this is gonna be a cart.
That's got some good flavor in there.
That works pretty good.
The way that the shell
just kind of holds that.
Okay.
Yes, please.
Take all this crab.
So this is the, this is the cart.
Don't put the cart before the,
oyster, maybe is what I'll call it.
Okay.
Crushing crab.
I'm gonna make a crab salad that's
gonna, yes, be combined with mashed
potatoes and gravy and then reconstituted
into the body of a crab that will
replace the knuckle of that crab.
And then I'm going to put a little parsley
on top just for decorative purposes.
I'm gonna do a cool thing where the crab is,
that is heavy, it's coming off of the plate.
So I've gotta remove these
legs so they will pop
like this.
That nice little ice scene.
Oh, that looks incredible.
Yes.
And I'm u, yes, this has now
become my plate, and wow.
I've done it.
I've done it.
I've done it, Link.
Okay, so mine is called Don't
Put Your Cart Before Your Car.
Oyster You'll Not Get To Where
You Want To Go Because It's Icy.
It's Icy Out There.
You gotta be careful.
Mine is called
Smashed Crab.
Take a look Nicole.
It's me, again.
Oh.
Oh, wow.
Oh wow.
Okay.
So right off the bat, from a
visual standpoint, it's giving
third grade science project.
And it's giving fine dining,
but not Michelin star.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Like really trying for it.
Yep.
Okay.
And what.
I don't know, I have to taste it.
Nicole, does the third grade science
project look like a parent helped or no?
No.
I think this is a very creative,
precocious young child.
Yes.
Probably in GATE.
If you.
Alright, you're about to try.
Oh, this one?
Yes, I want.
Smashed Crab.
Okay, whatever you say.
Mm-hmm.
Okay.
Smashing Crab would've
been a really good name.
Interesting.
I did squeeze the lemon because that
is what we call an intentional garnish.
These are unintentional, 'cause
how do you expect me to eat them?
Huh?
Do you think I have like a set to crack these
knuckles or whatever the heck these are?
No.
Exactly.
So that was really, really bad.
I don't like that.
Okay, crab salad.
Good.
Tastes good.
Nicole like.
Yum.
Okay.
I'm into it.
Now.
Hi, oh, what's this one called?
Is it I'm a third grader.
Oh.
Close, it's actually called, Don't Put Your
cart Before Your Car Oyster You Won't Get
Where You're Going To Because It's Icy.
I love the name, and I love the
story that this person is telling.
It really is deep and inspirational.
I'm going to squeeze the lemon
yet again because it is a what?
Intentional garnish.
Intentional garnish.
Thank you everybody.
Okay, so I can see it's
pizza bagels and oysters.
Not my first choice.
I mean, the topping looks good,
but these are unnecessary.
That's, this is dumb.
Um, uh, do.
Ouch.
Um.
Uh, should I eat both?
I'm going to eat both because
mama ain't raise no B word.
Okay.
Hold on.
I haven't eaten a oyster in a long time.
I don't like it.
Oh God.
Oh, what?
What, have you done?
Um, I'm gonna eat the other one
because I have an open mind.
You think this other
one's gonna be different?
I dunno, maybe it's different.
The strawberries were different.
Maybe these are different.
Good, good point.
Come on.
It's, it's bad.
I mean, there's an oyster in there.
It's definitely bad.
Do you think the the bagel
part might help, at all?
Oh, you mean the scraped bagel
with nothing on it other than.
The wheel.
Yeah, the wheel.
The wheel, okay, this is Link's.
You're just now figuring that out.
It's okay.
At least it's not boring.
I will give you that.
It was not boring and you told a story
and I love when people can tell a story
through food, but it's a backstory.
So I like, I like this one, but
whoever made this one a little bit more
creativity, please, I'm begging you.
Okay.
I'm begging you.
Listen.
Whoever made it.
Whoever, I don't know,
I'll, I'll talk to him.
Check out my shirt.
It's the GMM Dollhouse Tee.
This one's in pink, but it also comes
in this color right here, that Link has.
You see it's the set.
Have you noticed that?
Here's the desk.
And here's the other side.
We're, we're downstairs right now.
If we go over there, we're upstairs.
That's how it works.
And also, uh, we've got a new pin.
This, uh, it is really a locket and a pin.
It is, it, it's, it's a pin.
It's two pins in the back.
Same thing, that, but look at that,
on the outside, you got the GMM logo
and then you got, matches your shirt.
Pretty cool, huh?
Available at Mythical.com.
Get you some.
There is no way, that I can win, so.
That's right.
Oh, I'm finally gonna take one home.
Yeah.
Well listen, I'm gonna give you
an opportunity to save face.
Oh, with your Sloppy Joe's.
Sloppy Joe and strawberry frosted pop tarts.
Here's my proposal.
Not that you have a chance of winning,
I mean, have won two out of three.
I mean, what can we do, really?
You know, it's mathematically impossible.
Alright.
You can choose.
Act that way.
Whatever ingredient that you want
me to pair with this, and then, you
can use any and all of the remaining
ingredients to your benefit just to give
you the best possible chance of winning.
Okay.
Um, well I'm gonna give
you the chicken liver pate.
I was hoping you would say this.
Of course you were.
Mm-hmm.
Gross.
And I will take the cheese, honey,
I guess the beef jerky as well.
Why not?
Right?
That is, look how thick this beef jerky is.
You wanna taste this?
I do.
Taste that.
I taste a little bit of that too.
Wagyu.
That's thick.
Wow.
Hmm.
That's good.
Hmm.
Very steaky.
Look at that cheese.
It looks like a cantaloupe.
Should I cut this up?
I didn't even know that I
wanted this stuff, but, I think.
I think you should use all of it, brother.
I think the honey's gonna be good in it.
And this cheese, that smells nice.
I'm gonna use a scraper, which is the,
I'm a back of a knife kind of a guy.
Whoops.
That's not good.
I didn't mean to do that.
Crap it, crap it, crap it.
And then I've got even more meat
that I'm gonna fortify this thing with.
Well, maybe I can.
Huh?
There's a Wagyu smokiness
that's gonna happen.
Okay.
I don't have a quarter worth of honey.
I don't know.
That might be $3 worth.
How sweet is it?
And try this cheese.
How strong is that cheese?
How sweet and how strong?
The honey is very good.
It isn't to my tongue,
it just takes like honey
from the farmer's market.
It's not like the bees are rich or something.
Okay, I'm gonna.
But um, the cheese is very strong, very good.
Here's a spoon.
I want to go, I wanna leave the, uh.
The cheese intact?
The cheese intact on top.
So she.
I do want to eat that, by the way.
So she knows.
Where's that honey?
Well, there's a, there's
a, there's a thing of it.
A ramekin.
Just a little drizzle.
Yeah.
Sweet and Sloppy Toppy.
That's what it's called, Chase.
I want you to say that.
Okay, you got it.
All right.
And then I'm gonna put that on that,
and then I'm gonna move this right
there, and then I'm going to be done.
Okay.
Mine's called Strawberry Popte.
Okay, Nicole.
See what we got over there.
Surprise, it's me again.
Wow.
I know.
Every time.
Wow.
Okay, I love.
I love the simplicity
of both of these plates.
I do love the height that this gives,
and this just looks delectable,
so I think we'll start over here.
What's this one called, Chase?
All right, that one is
Sweet and Sloppy Toppy.
That's what it's called,
Chase, I want you to say that.
Or maybe just.
Sweet and Sloppy Toppy.
Cute, okay.
So it's definitely Sloppy Joe adjacent.
I can see that.
Mm-hmm.
Also, yes, just as I suspected two top buns.
Whoever made this loves me very much.
I can tell.
Okay.
I love the cheese shavings.
I'm really into that.
Okay, let's go.
Hmm.
Sloppy Joes are good.
Underrated.
Okay.
Well, good.
Well seasoned.
The cheese, ooh, it has a very pleasant, um,
like after note, the cheese is very sharp.
Mm.
It tastes like Manwich, which is pretty good.
Does it taste like the person may have used
more than just one additional ingredient?
Yes.
Okay.
But I don't think that's a bad thing.
Just checking.
Why not?
Like if you have things, if you have
the ability to use multiple things
to do something good, why not do it?
Yeah.
I mean, every once in a while when
somebody gets down far enough,
they might be granted that ability.
I am a big fan of that.
Okay, now this is so cute.
I love it.
What's this called?
That is Strawberry Popte.
Like a partay?
Like a, yeah, like.
Popte.
Like a partay, popte.
Okay.
Okay.
I believe that the chef
intended for me to do that.
Mm-hmm.
Yes.
So I'm gonna eat it like that.
So, you know what's so crazy?
The filling, like this filling tastes fine.
The Pop-Tart fine.
The creme fraiche ruined it.
Oh no.
It absolutely ruined it.
It makes the most bitter, creamy,
unpleasant taste ever in my mouth.
Oh.
One of you should atone for your sins.
Ah, wow.
That's bad.
Just thought it might help.
That's too tough.
That's bad.
I, if you just left, if, if you just
left it with the two ingredients,
maybe a sprinkle of a little bit of
black pepper, a little olive oil.
That would've made more sense.
You're too, she, you're too hard on us.
The creme fraiche is bad.
The creme fraiche is bad.
I hate the creme fraiche.
Okay.
I like this one.
It was good.
Well, that's Link's.
Oh, good job Link.
Sorry I was so mean to you today.
So Link, you won the last
round, but you lost the battle.
It's all right.
We'll just get a different judge next time.
Um.
Maybe a third grader.
I finally won this game and I,
I, I think I get a fancy cheap
prize if that could be brought in.
Oh, oh.
Uh, uh, I'm going to a
formal occasion, I. Wow.
I'll help you out here.
This is actually impressive.
And that's made of trash bags.
My watch.
Wait.
Fancy and cheap.
Wait.
There you go.
Okay.
Look at that.
Wow.
So where am I gonna go?
It's got pockets.
The Supreme Court.
Anywhere I want.
Thanks for commenting and sharing this video.
You know what time it is.
No hard feelings, Nicole.
I'm Abby.
And I'm John.
And we just got married at the Alamo.
And it's time to spin
the Wheel of Mythicality.
Hope you remember it.
Congratulations.
Alamo's very plastery.
Never been there.
You know what?
It's time to get rid of something.
Specifically.
Yeah.
This
thing that I, I look at to
remember what I look like.
Get outta here.
Oh, oh, oh.
