we’ve found some of the most incredible and ridiculous sand sculptures on the internet let’s talk about that good mythical morning thank you for joining us today yesterday on our retina link channel we released a brand new music video every dude so make sure you go over and watch that right now after you’re done watching this good mythical morning the video is called I’m on vacation in the opening scene it features a huge sand castle that receives a quick demise short life short lived castles what I’m trying to say touchdown oh this is your thing now as much as you want to believe that we made that sand castle I’m sorry we don’t have those kind of saying castling abilities so we had to hire up if they’re professional sand castle builders and there’s a whole world opened up to us and we met these guys I know there’s been like TV shows etc about sand sculptures but you know why should you go and go out on the beach and build your own sand sculpture or go find somebody that built one when you can just come to good mythical morning and sit there wherever you’re sitting right now and just look at stuff from the internet that we’re going to show you huh all your life supposed to work don’t go outside just watch the show yes perfect so let’s start with our first picture of an amazing sand castle now can you imagine walking up to this sand castle on a beach I mean it’s amazing I would think that I’ve entered some sort of like fairytale land and I was actually like five miles from an actual normal sized castle oh it was like a depth perception until I just ran right into it and that would be a problem now and I think I would weep I think I would weep if I ruin this right I just don’t know why they voted on dinosaur eggs this sandcastle is the world record Guinness tallest sandcastle light IV for the world record Guinness I think all of us in this world record all of those words are appropriate this is your point the appropriate order 37 foot 10 inches tall Eadie Jarrett meet us in 2011 he actually made one that surpassed by an inch in 2013 but that’s him sitting on the sand Cal you know you got a big sandcastle when you can sit on it and it does nothing to it what you don’t know is that right after this photo was taken he fell into the foyer look at the amazing detail that you can achieve using sand now they use Sam called sharp sand it’s not actual Beach sandwich that ruins it for me they bring out special sand they bring in special guy in the guys for our video didn’t bring out special sand they just use the sand right there on Venice Beach but to get something with that much detail or as much detail as this et phoning home you’ve got to use something called sharp sand which is never had a foot touching that makes me feel different about it do you think you can gain access to sharp sand and you can bake no I don’t know I probably couldn’t now this is an amazing Gollum from Lord of the Rings but I think the more amazing thing is how realistic that dude in the foreground looks yeah he’s got color to that colored the sand yeah you color sand I think this is supposed to be a ring he kind of went a lot out of it he kind of went into inner tube though kind of like life raft almost yeah definitely it could be his golems ear fell off that’s what’s going on now the King of Pop has been immortalized in the sand a surprising number of times yeah in this instance his eyes are a little too far apart yeah well you can’t you know you mess up a detail like that you can’t fix it I don’t know I kind of think you could oh you just kind of rub on it and put a new I write this mj’s better he’s kind of angled back he’s got he doesn’t look comfortable you know what I when I first saw he’s what he’s making a wish like he’s in his mid fart which I okay I hate to say that about the King of Pop because he’s dead in fact this is a memorial to him with his date of birth and his date of death which incidentally I thought these were coordinates I thought these were GPS coordinates the first of us of the same story would you fight if you wanted to come see this because it’s almost in that same GPS format it sounds like why are they giving longitude and latitude of where to go find this thing because you know it’s not going to be there when you show up and then yet another Michael Jackson this time is a dead woman I tell you you know what you should just leave things like this alone either I appreciate the effort here but you know this is just not a good way to remember him you know he did so many things that we can remember like videos that we can watch songs we can listen to don’t turn him into a dead woman alright so this is an amazing couch sculpture there’s a lot going on here again just look at the detail the the monsters it’s you I could almost believe they exist is this fact the family looks very frightened though yet another really cool couch sculpture this one has the Simpsons on Simpsons it’s the emotion yeah this is a obviously some sort of competition because I mean this look at all the Santa has been brought in for this thing in the background I would be afraid to walk around there because when I see something like that there is a this impulse within me this little boy impulse to just break it just you know and I just want to run into it and mess it up yeah like it was it was almost satisfying seen Mike dive tackle into our sandcastle I mean it was it scratched a niche it was worth it I wish I could have played his part this Lion King depiction like young Simba seems to be like about to succumb to quicksand or something no this is happening this is from Lion King 5 which is been written but not released and this is when Simba is killed by his father and he just totes his head around us as a as he plays with his head for a couple of days like like cats are prone to do yeah that’s more of it ok this is an inaccurate depiction of Batman punching Hulk and you can’t hurt the Hulk by punching him since when does Hulk and Batman have a have a beef and there’s a couple of just anatomical things I want to point out I mean maybe this Batman would be capable of punching hole because he doesn’t have a six-pack he has like a 24 pack it’s still pretty cool sculpture and I do think if I were Batman I would punch Hulk in the face if he was giving me a wedgie like that no Hulk has just got his blankie here’s another Batman look Wyatt Batman why you got to sit like that I mean come on you’re posing for a saying sculpture sit anyway you want but like that what’s gone what’s don’t ask me what’s going on any particular I think he’s been in an accident that’s a nub like his right les right leg this is this is badly I’m defeated okay here’s spider-man are this is a chunky spider-man you know don’t need like a little chunky to you oh yeah husky husk husky Husky spider-man again another super detailed if I walked up on this on the beach I would instinctively try to stop it oh that’s not a sand sculpture this is an actual pet dragon somebody left out and so that was a little scary I mean look at the teeth this one’s really scary look at the teeth and this guy made the whole thing with just a paintbrush that’s what’s so amazing about what are we so listening to what do you think a guy like this is listening to while he’s drawing that insane clown posse absolutely he’s Juggalo all the way chuckles don’t wear hats like that this one here is also kind of scary but meta scary I would call it this is actually my favorite sand sculpture of all the ones we’re going to show you I mean it’s a lot Ness monster who came up out of the sand and swallowed a guy who was building a sand castle my favorite is I want to Michael Jackson with the GPS coordinates oh maybe maybe one of these later ones will be your favorite this one is also meta it’s a robot straddling the sand castle this is a self-portrait of the guy of a sand castle master he’s like this is what happens it’s all great when you first start making sand castles for a living but then after a while you just feel like somebody’s robot you’re like I’ll go to come out here and build a sand castle for these two idiots making an Internet video and they’re just going to destroy it after I build it makes me feel like I’m being used and it’s being plugged into the sand castle world Wow listen so this was pretty deep yeah now I like this one I’m very tempted to speak for these people the guy on the lefts like hey who who cancelled her our cable package yeah I’m gonna kill that person I’m not gonna get to watch the final a World Cup and then he’s like oh hey dudes I wanted to save a little money by canceling our cable package that’s that’s what he said really Brown that when I do the same here’s a big leaf with a family behind it this is like matryoshka dolls but very pensive sand matryoshka dolls that don’t open up from the bottom they open up from the inside and this is a commentary on what it’s like to do sand sculpture in Siberia if you like to get into the minds of the sculptures I just think this hat cutting assemble a sand sculpture properly hey I just came up from the depths of Hades through all of this sin and I found this cute little girl down here this is outside of a restaurant that serves a whale he come on and the whales will swim right in your mouth it is an amazing sculpture I love really disproportionately large bell shaped Santa Clauses that’s father Christmas when you draw my dad that’s father Christmas dude needs to lay off the cookies look how big he is like there’s a guy on his knees they’re taking a picture I wouldn’t sit in that lap and be afraid I wouldn’t be able to get out now this is the kind of guy I would I would like to I don’t want to see that big gorilla come out of the sand I want to see this guy come out of the sand though yeah this is an amazing Sun person who then gave birth to this bratty toddler son hey Dad is it getting hot in here is it just me well son you know when you were made of sand you have to just be patient because you’re at the whim of the humans can we get like an air-conditioner or something dad I mean she’s Jimmy’s dad he’s got an air conditioner yes but Jimmy’s dad is a sculpture of Michael Jackson with GPS coordinates on it he looks like a woman we’ve discussed this son all right and here’s one change has happened yeah Obama’s hands have gotten a lot bigger bee stings on the hands or something I don’t know on both that’s that’s improbable and there you have it people the most
