They invented “What Am I Smeeling?”, an amazing game that we are going to also play. But hey, I’m giving ’em credit. – Yeah! – This was their idea. – It was. – It’s yet another reason to say, “Hey!” – (Rhett) Hey hey! – (Link) “I should go over and check out – The Hey Hey Show– – (Rhett) Hey, hey! ’cause they’ve got great ideas and have lots of fun over there. You should do that. But first you should watch today’s episode where we’re gonna smeel. What is smeeling? Okay, smeeling is where you work together as a team. One of us will be able to smell and one of us will be able to feel. We will be smeeling different substances working together as a team. – Trying to identify what it is. – Blindfolds on, things in our nose, so you can only do that one sense. And then we work together as a team to see how well – we can smeel. – (Link) This is gonna take our friendship to a whole new level. But first, we have to get into the Smeeling – Shirt, which is… – But first! One shirt with both of us in it. It’s time to play… (In unison over music) What Am I Smeeling? Hello everybody! As you can see, I’m a Smeeler because I’m wearing a Smeeler – Shirt. My nose– (laughs) – (slaps) – My pecs are totally ready for this game. – (slaps, both laugh) – Okay, that’s enough of that. – That’s actually my hands. My arms. Oh! Thanks for clarifying that. Were you talking to me? Yeah. So we’ve both got the blindfolds on. I’ve got the nose stoppers– – (Link) Nose plugs. – And I can’t smell. I can’t do anything – except this kinda stuff, Link. (taps) – I don’t have hands and he doesn’t have a nose. All right, let’s go ahead and bring in the first thing. – (Rhett) Act like you’re thinking. – Hmmm! – (in unison) Round One! – ♪ (dramatic music) ♪ – (Rhett laughs) – I wonder what the first thing could be. I wonder if it’s coming in here. So my understanding is that Stevie is gonna tell – us how many items are in this. – (Rhett) Huh! Oh. – Distinct items that we have to guess. – (Stevie) So this is two items… – (Link) Two items. – (Stevie) The container it’s in does not – count as an item. – Okay. – (Rhett) Okay, I’m already feeling it. – (Link) And I’m smelling it. (Rhett) The outside is very, very, very slippery. I’m gonna bring just the – slippery substance up to your nose. – (Link) Okay. Hm! That is fresh! It’s almost too fresh. Ooh, it’s burning my nose. I think it’s– (Rhett) Can you cup it? Cup it? Cup it? Cup it? – (crew laughs) – No, I don’t need to cup it. – (Rhett) Okay. – Um, it’s… (Rhett) I can almost smell that through my nose stoppers. First of all, you’re yelling into the back of my head. I’m right here. – (Rhett) Oh, come on. – I can hear you! – (Rhett) Okay. – It smells like soap. Definitely soap. (Link) I’m gonna say that that’s Irish Spring. (Rhett) The object is definitely those little… they’re like corn on the cob but – they’re like vegetables. – Corn on the… (Link) Oh, like miniature corns on the cob. Okay. (Stevie) Okay, final answer? Final answer please? – Ah… it’s soap baby corn coblets. – (Stevie) You are correct! – (Rhett) Wooo! – I’m gonna say Irish Spring. – (Stevie) You are correct! – (Both yell) – (in unison) Round Two! – ♪ (dramatic music) ♪ Okay, now I’m the Smeller, Link is the Feeler, and together as a team we are The Smeelers! And apparently… go ahead and bring this item in. I’ve been told that there are– hm, I’m thinking about this– I’ve been told that there are three distinct items that we have to smeel here. (Link) Oh! Did something just happen? Did I knock it over? – (Rhett) Looks like one of ’em fell over. – (Link) Okay. – Sorry about that! – (Link) It’s in my hand. Oh, it’s a styrofoam… pot with some sort of tape– oh, goodness. – I’m going for the smell. – (Link) Oh. – Ugh! Oh… – (Link) What? Oh. What– there’s some– Like ah… broccoli. Is there broccoli in there? Yeah, I definitely feel florets of broccoli. Oh yeah, broccoli. I love the smell of broccoli. It smells like farts. (Link) And then– oh! Okay… what is this? It feels like a Nerf… well, no. It feels like a ball of some sort, like a… It’s about the size of a skull and it’s inside of a styrofoam base and it also feels like styrofoam, and it’s in – between the two broccolis… – There’s two broccolis?! (Link) Oh, hold on. Okay. It’s a… okay. This is a mannequin head. – Oh. – (Link) But there’s three things? – (Stevie) Correct. – A mannequin head and broccoli… See if you smell anything besides broccoli. (sniffs) I still smell Ivory… Ivory… Irish Cream. (laughs) What do you call it? Ivory… dream? (laughs) What’s it called? – Liquid soap. – I still smell smoap. – (all laugh) – (Link) All right. I smell mothballs. – (Stevie) Okay, final answer… – Moth balls? – Moth balls. – (Stevie) in three, two, one. – Broccoli, mannequin, mothballs. – (Stevie) It’s broccoli taped to a foam – head drenched in cologne. – (in unison) Oh, cologne! – (Link) Your smeller is busted, dude! – I just smelled soap because of that – Irish Spring! – (Link groans) Oh, excuses! – (in unison) Round Three! – ♪ (dramatic music) ♪ (tough guy voice) Okay. This round we’re gettin’ ser– serious! – (Rhett laughs) – I’m hittin’ myself in the face! We got three items that I gotta identify with the help of my own really smart hands and arms. All right. Bring it in, man. Put ’em into my hands. (Link, normally) Oh, yeah. I can hear it come in. – (Rhett) Okay. Ah, whoa. – Whoa, ooh. Don’t– be careful, ’cause whatever it is, it smells like toxic cleaner. – (Rhett) There’s a large bucket. – Dude, we’re talkin’… (Stevie) The bucket is actually not included. – (Rhett) The bucket is not included. – Aw, man. My nostrils are burning! – (Rhett) Too bad. – I think we’re talkin’ bleach! – (crew laughs) – (Rhett) Okay, there is a liquid that feels a little soapy. I’m gonna bring that in my hands– just my hands soaked in it – up to… – Just don’t– ooh! (Rhett) What does it smell like? It’s not burning. – It smells like… – (Rhett) It’s a little slippery. If you weren’t already white, you would be now. That’s bleach. – (Rhett) Okay. – (Link) Bleach. But what else is – happening in the bucket? – (Rhett) It feels like a skull of a – little dragon! – (crew laughs) – What? – (Rhett) Yeah, like a dragon skull. Like – a little dragon! – Is that what we’re going with here? – Where do you think they got a dragon? – (Rhett) Where’d you guys find a little – dragon? – (crew laughs) – You killed a dragon for this! – It really feels… – Guys, it’s totally not worth it. – Maybe it’s wood? – (Rhett) Maybe it’s bark. – (Link) Is it made out of wood? – (Rhett) Hold on. Well, hmm… – (Link) Oh, goodness. – (Rhett) Okay, that’s wood. I love wood. – (Link) I think… (Rhett) I know wood when I touch it. (laughs) – (Link) Okay. That’s just a leaf. – That’s just a leaf. – A leaf? – (Stevie) Okay guys… – Okay, so it’s bark, alligator, in bleach, and there’s a leaf. How many items? – Okay, okay. – (Stevie) Just three items. All right, here we go. It’s a wooden alligator head eating a… (Rhett) No, no. It’s a real alligator head. It’s a real alligator head eating a wooden leaf soaked in Pine Sol. – (Stevie) It is a crocodile head. – (Rhett) Woo! – (Stevie) It is Pine Sol. – Woo! (Stevie) And they are wood chips, so I’m gonna give you all three points! – (Both shout) Yeah! – Thumbs up! Double time! – (in unison) Round Four! – ♪ (dramatic music) ♪ Okay, moving right along. No big deal, just smeeling. (chuckles) Just here to smeel. This one’s got four items, Link, that’s what I’ve been told. – (Link) Yup. – I’m ready to smell. – (Link) All right. – You feeling ’em? You got ’em? (Link) Nope, not yet. Oh! Ooh… It’s wet… – (Rhett) Oh, I smell… – And ooh, nasty. – This has good a foodish smell to it. – Okay, it feels like a tube sock. – (Rhett) I smell Ramen noodles. – (Link) Really? – Yeah. Is it inside this tube sock? – All right. There’s a tube sock… Hold on, let me get… chicken broth. What is that? – Let me bring it up to you. Sit back up. – Hold on, I’m gettin’ it, I’m gettin’ it. – Ooh ooh, what is… – It’s definitely a sock. – With something in it? – (Link) Yeah. Some kind of cooked food. Pad thai. You smell pad thai? – (Link) There’s something in that. – (Rhett) Does it feel like pad thai? – I’m going in. I’m going in after it. – (Rhett) Is it slimy? Does it feel like… (Link) Ooh. (Link) And now I’m… you’re digging in there deeper. Yes. Do you feel pad thai? ‘Cause I still smell it. (Link) Oh my goodness. It’s… oh my goodness. This is… there is chunks that – break apart. – (Rhett) Dog food? Is it dog food? – Yes. Yes, I bet it is. – Dog food. Pad thai flavored. – (crew laughs) – (Link) And fabric softener. – Oh, goodness! – Oh, some just came down. Sorry. – It’s Gravy Train! – (Link) Gravy Train dog food… – Yes, I love it! – (Link) fabric softener in a tube sock. – Are we missing one thing? – (Stevie) Correct. There are four items. Uh, maybe there’s some pad thai in there with that Gravy Train. (laughs) (Link) Hold on, there’s something mushy in the bottom. I gotta to all the way to – the bottom. – Go deeper. (gruffly) I’m goin’ deeper. – (Rhett grunts) – (Link) I gotta go all the way to the bottom of this tube sock. It’s like I’m reaching down the throat of a dead ostrich. – (laughs) – (Link) I don’t know. We need a fourth thing. Smell it again. Is there something in the sock? The sock has got something in it. Very off-putting. – Come on. Seal the deal, Rhett. – (Rhett) Oh, oh, oh! It’s some kind of… – It’s bad. – (crew laughs) – (gags) – Is it? It’s something… some kind of chemical. Gimme four answers. – I think we’ve got a tube sock… – (Stevie) Correct. – stuffed with some dog food and some fabric softener and then it’s soaked in something chemical. I’m gonna give you dryer sheets, that’s what’s in there. – Yeah, right. – (Stevie) It’s stuffed with – garlic croutons. – (Link) Oh! – (Stevie) You did not get that. – (Link) AKA dog food. I am – the designated smeller. – I’m now gloved, though. My hands are now gloved because they smell like cleaner. All right, so… I’m not smelling anything yet. Am I feeling anything, hands? (Rhett) Oh, my. Well, this is very slimy, and I could… Bring it up a little bit. Hold it still. (Rhett) Hold on. It’s folding out like a snowflake! (Link) A what? Lemme smell it again. Unfold the snowflake. Lemme smell it. Eugh! (gags) Oh, gosh. Oh, c’mon, I almost vomited! – This is a– – Oh! (retches) – (crew laughs) – Oh, gosh, it stinks so bad! (yelps) – Now that it’s there! You opened it! – (Rhett laughs) (high pitched) I’m tryin’ to get my nose away from it! Ohhh, gosh! (Rhett) Okay, it feels like a fruit. There’s– – (retches) – Blegh! (laughs) – Oh, gosh! – Hold on, how many items is this? (Link, more normally) It’s a fruit? Is it a dirty diaper that you opened? Hey, I’m bringing some stuff up to your mouth. It feels like little blocks of – cheese, maybe? – Something smells better now. – Yeah, bring that up again. – Really? Hold on. It feels like egg. – (Rhett) Maybe it’s eggs. – (Link) Eugh! – (Rhett) Like boiled eggs. – Oh, rotten eggs. – No, just boiled. – Okay. It smells like rotten eggs. Hold on, it’s all on a big… what is that? – I can’t feel, you have to tell me! – It’s like plastic. (Rhett) Oh, oh, hold on. Maybe this isn’t the outside of a fruit. – (Link) What does it feel like? – Golly! It’s cheese. It is real bad cheese, dude. (Rhett) It’s coming apart, like… maybe it’s meat? – Eugh. Meat? Rancid meat? – (crew laughs) – (laughs and mocks Link) Eugh, meat! – (laughs) Rancid meat, dirty diapers, – stinky cheese. – It’s rough, though. – It’s like Limburger cheese. – (Rhett) It’s some kind of peel or – something. – (Stevie) All right, are you guys ready – to guess your five? – Okay, so it is a license plate with a – stinky fruit… what type of fruit is it? – I think they made it seem like a big – fruit all together. – Oh! (gags) I can smell it again. – (crew laughs) – Oh, gosh. – Some eggs, some cheese, some meat… – Rotten eggs, roadkill, dirty diaper, – license plate… – They wouldn’t do dirty diaper. – Um… final answer. – (Stevie) Okay, and your final? Okay. – You wanna add anything else? – It’s just a peel of something too. – Banana peel. – (Stevie) Skittles and Gorgonzola cheese. – Gorgonzola! I said Limburger. – (Rhett) Okay.
