degree but then didn’t do it again but some people swear by it I’m the same thing like every year so I’ll try it again I don’t be like not for me and that’s time yeah I don’t how could you be somebody would actually enjoy will enjoy that okay so the bile that we got is actually sold to be a seasoning for a Filipino bile and awful stew called Papa eat yum and instead of using it first intended purpose we well you know what we did with it and we did that could you taste the cinnamon in the crust no okay I don’t know okay so that’s a nice chocolatey looking piece of cheesecake there now I know you often test these things with crew members did anybody didn’t even die jest that did he might get it down chase is the first shout out to chase it was miserable but but you did get it all the way down like you swallowed it not intentionally accidentally I was trying to eject it I swallowed so you here’s a fork for me and here’s a slice for you and here’s a slice for me I mean there’s another slice there but that that’s not for you if you feel I don’t deserve that totally fair I I’m also unhappy with what does happen did you eat it yeah I had to tested a bunch actually the first time look at her to do it again bring it in oh god it doesn’t smell that’s the great thing about bringing it in so Gary me and chase tried to bile it was the worst thing I’ve ever had and then I reduced it by about 6 parts to create a concentrate so it wouldn’t make it wet cheese cake it it looks kind of cool actually now don’t don’t eat it yet okay there’s an art to how when we do things I mean gray is my favorite car let’s taste this first so let’s talk a little bit about what we’ve got here so we’re gonna eat this you’re you’re gonna taste that don’t taste don’t even grab it yet okay man that is good but this is chocolate frog frosty how much there’s a full large french fry is it well in there there’s three large fries one large fries that’s very balanced like I can definitely taste the french fries I can definitely taste the frosty there’s a little bit of kosher salt on top to kind of hit the motif of french fries I’m having a hard time tasting the fries no it’s very strong to me is it fries also in the crust the fries are actually mainly in the crust okay yeah there’s a little bit in the cheese skate di-pi but yeah if you’re not you need to make sure you go you get the crust because I was that smart you did with the taste of french fries right off the bat and then it almost takes on like a chocolate mousse quality after that that was the most beautiful thing anyone’s said about the food I’ve made it thank you have an awesome I’m just gonna isolate the crust and trying to get the full french fry experience it’s kind of got like an old fryer mm-hmm sort of feel to it like fries kind of grainy fries the next day well done thank you well done with this one this this one in particular I think all of them have their merits lovin so there’s a Filipino dish where they take vile and awful yeah with no a just an oh yes Goods right yeah typically so anything can be tried it could be you know but they liver kidney but but but those chefs have a way of making it something that is enjoyable yeah correct so the bile is just like if you’ve ever had like radicchio or something that’s super kind of bitter yep you know then like that’s you know the kind of way the vial would flavor this but we did what I’m imagining is enough for like several large families worth of Popeye eats to nest in one bite of cheesecake which is I think where the bad came from it is very bitter yes very it’s gripping and it just it’s like it gripped and rustled with my entire tongue and the roof of my mouth and I I tried to I gave it a second try to maybe swallow I tasted it twice in the second taste was me trying to decide if I could ever swallow it the answer was of course no yeah so what I did try yeah and I look I can see that I could see them i I’ve seen this is an isolated flavor that will just this little bit will tweak the overall taste of this dish I mean I’m not necessarily into it but I can see it create create yourself a bite do you want to make me a bite yes yeah if you’d like to please so the first time I tried the the concentrate that I made it was so it is like your mouths being electrified and you kind of panic yeah I just grabbed vinegar and squirted vinegar get it out that’s a good idea we should have that on hand do you gonna show us up what’s gonna happen here this is not you will gladly eat pork what I think you’re good yeah yeah what is this on top what’s in this just pile mixed with whipped cream yeah what do you think it is which I’m giving you a little bit more than we um come on slide up you’re right slide on up don’t be don’t mean if you need to use mine just grab it thank you well and it’s not about swallowing it’s about tasting and it’s about swallowing it do you so yes in solid well no but you made it okay but we also tasted it for a while like I turned it over my mouth you’re like a sommelier spits the line but yeah right okay yeah drillbit well think it and think it to no one but me yeah it’s so bad so just being
