get coyote to rank all of the things that he’s been bit by from well not we’re not gonna rank on then we’re gonna rank the five that we think are the worst okay and but you’re gonna tell us what is the worst bite you’ve ever seen okay and we really understand cuz there’s there’s both we have to I think we will see what we got here yeah it’s just like the worst Oh roasting okay horse ting not so memory lane with the Gila monster Mila you are what why did you bring that up this is coyote urine we’re gonna sniff this wait I said alligator what yeah all this was leading to only me sniffing the coyote yeah I’ll sniff it as well Oh drinking as well oh you heard it what no wait what so it’s it’s in that jar but that jar has holes in the top of it hey so you don’t spill it on yourself yeah don’t spill it on me either here you sniff first what you can hold it you sir oh my sniffing oh god what how what happen what is wrong what they need to be more hydro I’ll throw up you guys see those all right so take us down memory lane with the Gila monster hold on a sweating he did that see this is why you don’t want a coyote as a pet right throw it out the rug and a coyote and you’re not gonna get that out of your pillow okay so the Gila monster the only venomous lizard in the United States they’re called the Bulldog of the reptile kingdom of the lizard world because they will bite and hold on with razor-sharp teeth and then they were nah to inject that venom and where exactly did it get you my thumb but this was an unintentional bite it’s important to note that they say that only a fool is ever bitten by Gila monster and you know how to company you know GoPros I was trying to get this really cool epic up close shot of this Gila monster you know why they make those sticks for the GoPros so that you don’t get them that close to the Gila monster and sure enough it’s spun around latched onto my thumb I ripped my thumb out of its mouth blood spraying everywhere it was a rough day so does that make it that makes it number one math at least for now well hey I got to go through everything huh the bullet ant the bullet ant there it is yep if there’s one thing that people probably know coyote Peterson for it’s that I was stung by a bullet ants as far as the world knows at this moment this is the most painful insect sting in the world with a Panera toxin that will cause you to hallucinate Panera mmm knew I hated Panera you want to put that there read both this is not you guys as guesses yet as to which one is worse right this is no just land no you know you can you can switch it around oh I can switch around what is up to you okay we want to know what the definitive so between these two which one is nastier do you want to know that are you gonna guess no okay yeah we’re gonna guess oh we can guess well this one because it was unexpected I think it is still it’s gotta be like the bullet ant but Panera though here’s an important thing to note bites and stings are very very different so a stinger inserts boom venom comes out but a bite may yield more vent and it knows but and the the Gila monster knows it does it does but we’re just getting warmed up boys there’s a few more oh I think everybody remembers the tarantula hawk largest wasp in the United States a spider wasp they sting and paralyze tarantulas then lay an egg on top of that tarantula after they’ve dragged it back down into its own borough that larva hatches eats the tarantula and then another one of these emerges it was born pretty horrific right where did it get you on the forum but same thing you know with this it’s a sting not a bite right big difference between sting and bite and that I’m remembering correctly this was you like began to like question yourself when this was when this venom really started taking hold this was one of the worst without question so I don’t know if it’s more than Gila but always he’s going number one for a long walk yeah it’s a very intimidating loss there’s no question about that oh the Big Daddy giant desert centipede my own purse a nightmare how much does that thing weigh you think uh well this one right there probably a hundred pounds I would guess easily hundred pounds no I just wanted to see you know what I said there are not a hundred pounds but here go ahead hold this the giant desert centipede that I was bitten by was about this long this is a walking breathing eating nightmare imagine that this thing goes up your pant leg all those little leg no I don’t want it just for the sake of today and then that latches on to you and it can bite on the one-one-one artery gets to up your pant leg and it bites over and over and over you see these pincers up front here those mandibles what’s tough to see on that picture picture I mean pincers pincher his pincher is Tomatoes tomatoes but it can bite over and over and over again and again a bite versus a sting how many how many over and over again did you experience I was bitten by it twice but it was only supposed to be once but because it was latched on it bit ah and then it turned its head and bit me a second time oh wait wanted to make a circle it wanted me to did that it but it didn’t inject any venom yo yes it did oh I did we actually did an aftermath episode where I extracted the venom from my arm with a venom extractor that was painful okay okay all right mm-hmm so I just put that one in number one oh let’s see blink who else we got okay are you done I’m sad for you man tell you a story about the American alligator not something you ever want to get as a pet so we filmed an episode about what happens if you have an alligator as better what could potentially happen so I intentionally put my arm into the mouth of a four-foot alligator this creature was only two years old right so when you what do you do to your art do you like do like for our exercises and no mostly just the you know the Venom’s and the bites just make it stronger from the rice bar no I made all that up but no I put my arm into the alligator’s mouth and what I thought what happens it would bite and let go it bite and held on for seven minutes two foot alligator remember guys they start about this big when they come out of the egg two years old four feet long four feet long so from about me rolling and stuff no I had somebody actually securing to hold it because if it rolled it would just shred it my arm apart so we ultimately were able to get the alligator notches me I don’t know sniffing coyote urine right before all your tails was stupid man well well here’s the thing this is important to keep in mind with the alligator bite is that this is non-venomous so stings and these other bites are venomous non-venomous but a lot of blunt force I would think there’s a lot of pressure but that you were just like oh it feels like I’m in a vise grip and he’s not rolling so I would put that one yeah just crushing my arm in there I’m so fascinating but with your psyche yes I mean whenever we would voluntarily eat like the world’s hottest pepper and then follow that up and do something similar again it’s it’s very hard to like the that moment mm-hmm that moment I mean what’s your trick in the moment of volunteering yourself for the bite psychologically it’s tough I will say you don’t have a mantra it’s it’s gotten easier well when I do the countdown for the audience over I’m coyote Peterson I’m about to enter the bite zone or the sting zone like that’s the moment of no return when your camera crews like okay everybody has a shot frame perfectly right you don’t want to have to do a second time if somebody’s out of focus or like you know oh you know I forgot to press record that would be the worst day ever for coyote Peterson but what’s actually worse than just that that that countdown is once the insect is on your arm and then it realizes okay I’m gonna try to get away now so I’m gonna sting or I’m gonna blow there’s you’re still waiting you don’t know the exact yes so that’s where there’s the most suspense but then once it happens its how long is the pain gonna last after that I mean the bullet ant took a long time like it it need to do some coaxing to bite you to seeing you and its stinger got lodged in my arm which I did not expect so therefore I was pumped with more venom than originally intended you know what maybe bullet ant is worse but it wasn’t like a glove of him it wasn’t to go out there’s a glove there is a glove you still do the glove I could but you want to know why we didn’t do the glove because it is too smart for that well that and you can’t see what’s happening inside the eye yes there is far more suspense built with a single ant stinging me than it is to put my hands blindly into gloves and you can’t see it people want to see what understand GoPro and egg look well GoPro doesn’t do that okay we’re committing to this centipede bullet ant tarantula Gila monster American alligator from worst to least worst right okay so I’ll tell you what you got right you got the alligator right okay this was the least painful because it was non-venomous and once my arm was out of the alligator’s mouth there was a lot of blood there was a lot of swelling but no harsh aftermath now I was lucky because alligators have a lot of bacteria in their mouths so I could have gotten an infection which then could have resulted me losing my arm got lucky that day now for my nephew’s baby yeah yeah and for the education the important thing is now a lot of people have learned that the American alligator does not make a good pet no matter what people might tell you got it they just don’t um so when it comes to bites right so bite bite sting sting bite again remember bites always pack more venom so when it comes to most painful this is actually the correct order the Gila with these relative with those okay we weren’t that far off we’re not that far off we only got one wrong really right so my mother only my most painful moment ever the Gila monster was an accidental bite but the pain that came from this eight straight hours of unbearable non-stop pain waves of pain the venom travel all the way on my arm and into my chest and all I could do was sit there and try to meditate to absorb that pain for hours on end eating popsicles just popsicle after popsicle like Chili’s that perfect okay I’m sorry man I’m sorry that this happened yeah what’d you do better well what was really important about being accidentally bitten by the Gila monster is that everybody learned don’t get
