(rooster crows) (growling) – Welcome to Good Mythical More. We’re gonna play the classic game Donut Disaster. Gonna be quite a disaster, I’m told. – But first, we’re gonna take a new selfie. This selfie face is called Dingleberry Disco. What would you look like if you had a dingleberry at the disco? – I would be shaking my booty uncomfortably. (camera clicks) Okay. – You don’t really know the dingleberry at the disco. I think you know that you had a dingleberry at the disco when you get home. – Give me an overview of this game by reading the back of the box. – Okay I’m gonna read this. – Sugar sugar sugar sugar sugar, sugar in my belly. – Like it’s a 1980s, when is this from? Like a 1992 kids’ commercial on Saturday morning, you’ve been there, you remember that. Stack ’em fast before it blows! Donut Disaster! Hungry? Let’s have some donuts, but first you’ve got to get all your donuts stacked up to bake on the wacky donut machine. It’s a race against time because lately, the machine’s been acting, well, funny. As the action speeds up, it starts to wobble and whine, huff and puff, sooner or later, nobody ever knows when, it’ll explode! – She’s gonna blow! – And send all the donuts flying into the air while everybody tries to catch as many as they can. Still hungry? Then let’s make some donuts, but make it quick or we’ll have another Donut Disaster on our hands. – I love how they spelled wacky and they put an H in it. – You don’t spell wacky with an H? – Whacky? – As a man oo always pronounces Hs in the W words. – Whacky? – You would think you would appreciate something so you could say more Hs. – Whacky. Yeah put that right in front of your face. – I’m surprised you weren’t a member of 4H. – What’s wrong with 4H? – You love Hs so much, there’s four of them there. – Okay, so we’re gonna get this thing started. Now Caitlyn had to mod this thing because we got it off of eBay. It said all the pieces were there, but they weren’t. – They lied. – So this is some sort of, this replaces the pole. This is like a key component that you had to like. – Yeah, we got all the parts except the one you need. – Okay so we roll the dice and then you be green and blue. – Yup, and here’s the deal. – I’ll be yellow and orange. – If you lose, you have to eat. – Oh gosh. (crew laughs) – Because we just had so many donuts, every time you lose, you got to eat a donut hole. I love them, but hoo, I’m full. – So when it blows, we have to catch the ones that are our colors? – That’s not a rule. – And then you count how many you caught, and that’s how you play the game? – No, it has nothing to do with that. – Well then how do you win? You count– – You don’t be the person whose donut is on top during the donut disaster. – Now we’re doing it wrong. – Chase, am I right? – While everybody tries to catch as many as they can. – [Chase] Well it didn’t come with instructions either. – It’ll explode and send all the donuts flying while everybody tries to catch as many as they can. And you have to catch your donuts, my friend. – Okay, I’ll take that. I did read it, but I didn’t comprehend it as I was reading it. – Because you were using the voice of the ’90s. – Okay, start her up. – So push this down? – Yeah, that’s a reset, push the pole down. Pull that up. (machine clatters) Oh, that machine’s wacky. – It’s making some donuts. – Here we go. Roll again. Red, that’s a neutral color. – Green. – Green, that’s me. – Orange. – That’s you. – That’s me. – Did you roll twice? You did. – I don’t know. – Orange, that’s you. I’ll roll again. Orange, that’s you. – Now it’s faulty, so it hasn’t blown, it’s just– – I think you just gotta push this in. – You’re pushing too hard. Why are you pushing so hard? – Because I’m wacky. – Be delicate. (machine whines) – All right, so there’s another orange. – Uh, uh, uh. – Green. Well first of all, it’s right in front of you, so you’re definitely gonna catch more than me. – Your arms are longer, roll again. Blue. (machine pops) – I got three, four. Now if this thing wasn’t made of pipe cleaners– – I just got so freakin’ scared. – It probably would have shot them up in the air. I mean, look at these children. – The one part that really matters. – Look at how excited they are, look at them look at it. – Let’s go again. – Man, I would have bought this if I saw it. Because I would be thinking man, I wonder how high those donuts go. – That thing is wacky. (machine grinds) Yeah, let’s just put a bunch on there, see who can catch the most. (machine whines) – You want a donut hole? – No. Remember when we used to hang out with each other as kids and we would play board games? Me neither. – Like Sorry. – We never played board games together. I got Crossfire one year for Christmas, I’m sure we played that a few times. (machine whines) Is she gonna blow? Something’s wrong with the factory settings, captain. – [Rhett] Something’s wrong with this donut machine. – It’s gonna be a disaster probably. (clattering) – I caught four with one hand. – I didn’t catch any. I didn’t even make my hands into a catching motion, I just went. – Okay, all right. You got to eat a donut hole. It’s still kinda good, isn’t it? – It is. – It’s still kinda good. I might just eat one along with you. (laughs) – Cheers. I don’t want this, but I do want to keep this. – That’s a different material. That’s a cake. – It is a cake. – That’s almost like– – I can’t eat it. – That’s almost like one of those cake balls. – I can’t eat donuts for like a year now. – [Stevie] I have a controversial donut opinion, and that is– – Hot take coming in on donut land. – [Stevie] Well I guess it’s not an opinion so much as a fact that donuts make me sick. They’re so sugary. – How do you think we feel right now? – [Stevie] I know, I can’t imagine because the thought of eating one donut gives me like a pre-stomachache. – Hold on, you’re telling me you don’t eat one donut now? – [Stevie] I don’t, I don’t love donuts, yeah. Cassie loves donuts, it’s like one of her favorite things is a donut, and I just don’t, I don’t like donuts. – What’s your favorite sweet thing? – [Stevie] Donut-wise, I do like the cake donuts. – Now but like, you like cake? – [Stevie] Oh, yeah, I would say cake. Cake over pie and almost cake over ice cream situation, although like a good fudgy brownie with ice cream on top. – What about ice cream cake? – [Stevie] Oh yeah, Oreo ice cream cake is what I had growing up for every birthday. – Have you ever had a donut cake? It’s really just donuts stacked. – [Stevie] It’s just stacking donuts on top of each other. – The donut cake is designed to make it easier for the adults at the kids’ party. – [Stevie] Well I got Cassie a donut cake like a couple of years ago. – Yeah, it’s great because it’s just like all right kids, nobody wants to cut this thing because you end up cutting too many pieces and like the kids don’t appreciate it. – Yeah, because no one likes cake. – [Stevie] Well I also think kids just want sugar and it doesn’t really matter what form it comes in. – You ever had a cookie cake at the (mutters) – I love that. – The roller rink, a cookie cake? – [Stevie] I have. – We made one of those at home. Remember when for my birthday you sent me, you gave me that big cookie dough log on the show? I took that home and then Lily was like “let’s make some cookies” and I’m like “let’s make one big cookie,” and then whatever we don’t eat, we’re gonna throw away so we sat there and we had a skillet. – You’re a weird guy. (laughs) – Because if there’s cookie dough in the house, I eat it. – Whatever we eat. – I eat cookie dough every night until it’s gone, and that was a big freakin’ log, so I’m like, same with cookies. – Well in my house, throwing it away equates to Dad eating it. – Exactly, yeah, I don’t want to do that. – I am the trash can. – [Stevie] You guys remember that pizza cake that we had? That pizza? Yeah, I liked that. – The really tall thing. – Man, I love a savory cake. – But we made one, we got a skillet and we put the cookie dough in the skillet. – Like a big pancake. – And made a huge cookie. – Did you get it to release? – Uh, yeah, because we put the releasing agent underneath. – Did you put the icing agent on top of it? – No. – You just made a big cookie, no decoration. – We made a big cookie, Rhett. – Put a candle in it? – No. – I’m glad you didn’t call me. – We didn’t think about it. – Because that, (chuckles) because that was not a cookie cake, that was just a big cookie, it’s a big-ass cookie. – Yeah, I think that’s how I prefaced it. – I feel like I’m about to go to sleep. – Yeah. (crew laughs) – Like it is really hitting me right now. – Well listen, one of us has got to stay awake and fix this. – I feel like I just went to lunch in school and I ate somebody else’s dessert, which I did all the time, and then it’s like social studies and I’m like, like maybe she won’t notice if I just do this. – It’s like that scene in Ferris Bueller.
