GMMore 2034: Can We Guess The Chip From The Crunch?

(rooster crowing) – Welcome to Good Mythical More. I’m so glad that you joined us. Are you interested in hearing Stevie crunch on an assortment of snacks? – I’m sure some- – And then guests along with us? So this is it. – But first, a random disturbing fact. – Okay. – A few years ago, Australian residents reported seeing millions of spiders seemingly fallen from the, falling from the sky. That wasn’t the first time spider rain happened, nor will it be the last. Spider rain, this is a real phenomenon. – Yeah, because the wind carries them. As a mode of transportation, spiders often use a technique known as ballooning, where they stick their butts in the air, release silk and just let it carry them- – I’ve got it. – As if it were a parachute. At times, there’s a cohort of spiders ready to disperse via ballooning but the weather isn’t optimal, in such instances the spiders wait until the weather clears up then take off into the air at relatively the same time creating the phenomenon known as spider rain or angel hair. – So basically, a bunch of spiders get ready to fly. They don’t realize that the wind’s not coming, and then they’re just sitting around with a balloon out, coming outta their butt. And then when the wind comes- – This is awkward, huh pal? – Hey, here we go. I’m into it. – [Stevie] Guys, I am so excited for this More because I was just watching you eat all those chips and I was thinking, “I need some chips.” And then I was like, “Oh yeah, I’m gonna be having a lot of chips.” And this is now. – Okay, well. – And you get some kettle brand- – It feels like- – But you get other stuff too. – [Stevie] Yeah, I got the- – The kinda thing that you would think that you, that we would be able to do, like, I go into this thinking that I’m gonna be able to do it, but then I’ve played these games enough on this show to know that like you can’t trust your ears, you know? – Well, that’s all we have to go on, Rhett, ’cause we cannot see Stevie. – [Stevie] I’m gonna… Let me see how much I can give you without telling you what it is. Okay, I’m gonna, I’m reaching for my first one. – Okay. – [Stevie] ‘Kay, ready? – Are you using your ASMR voice yet? Because… – [Stevie] I’m reaching for my, my first chip. – Okay. – [Stevie] Here we go. (chip crunching loudly) – That’s a frigging pork rind, y’all. I mean, that, like that was, that was- – It was airy. – It was airy, it was super crunchy. So it’s definitely not a chip. (chip crunching loudly) It could be a Bugles, a Funyun, or a pork rind, or it could be a puff. (chip crunching loudly) – Stevie Cheesy. – Oh, it is the Cheetos, it’s the Cheetos puff. – What, is it a Cheetos puff? – It’s gotta be a Cheetos puff. – Yeah ’cause it, I believe that she said cheese. – She said cheesy. It’s a Cheetos puffs. – Cheetos puff, it’s gotta be. – [Stevie] Correct. – Yeah. Okay, but the interesting thing is we knew that it was structurally not a chip, but then we- – I really thought it was the pork rinds. – Last one to guess. Okay, man I’m having fun. But maybe put us in a setting before this next one- – [Stevie] I’m reaching for this next chip. I’ve grabbed it from the pantry because it’s sitting so upright and grabbable for me versus the others snacks that I see that are little crumbled. – It’s a Pringle. (chip crunching loudly) (Rhett laughing) She said it was sitting upright. You don’t have to give us that much information. – You hear that? Any bag can be sitting up right though. It didn’t sound like a Pringle. – [Stevie] Oh man, that is good. I haven’t had one of those in a long time. – I don’t think it’s a Pringle, dude. – Do it one more time. – [Ben] I have to leave, I can’t take this. – (laughs) Ben can’t take the ASMR. – Are you serious? – He can’t take it. (chip crunching loudly) (offscreen screaming) (crew laughing) – Ben has definitely left the building. (chip crunching loudly) – It could be a pork rind or a Bugle. – It’s not a Bugle. – [Stevie] Oh, I can’t stop. – Yeah, it’s a Pringle. We were right the first time. – [Stevie] Yeah, it’s a Pringle. – Yeah. – All right. You made it too easy, Stevie. – Once you pop, you just can’t stop. – [Stevie] Okay, you’re not getting anything with this. (chip crunching loudly) – That’s crunchy as crap. – I mean, there were some fricking snaps in there. – [Stevie] Oopsie, I made a little mess. (crew laughing) – What could that be? – [Stevie] I made a little mess back here. – I think a pork rind. – [Stevie] It was so crunchy. – It’s so crunchy, it’s hard, and it like changed, it wasn’t uniform, it was natural. (chip crunching loudly) That’s a pork rind, dude. The way it’s coming through her closed mouth and it’s still echoing because it’s so crispy. – Nothing is that crispy, I mean, SunChips are kinda crispy, but… – Pork rind. – Yeah, pork rind. – [Stevie] No. – Ah! – [Stevie] It’s so, it is so crispy, crispier than the other chips. – Yeah, it’s the kettle chip. – [Stevie] Yeah, it’s the kettle chip. – Yeah, we could’ve known that. You came on so strong, don’t be so assertive. – [Stevie] The- – It sounded so porky. – [Stevie] The initial chip was an interesting shape and I thought it might throw you off. You know what, so I’ll take that, I’ll take that one- – More of a clover fold. It was a, you know what, it was more like a Takis shape situation, interestingly enough, it was broken. Okay, do you want a setting for this one? – Yeah. – [Stevie] Oh, I can’t wait to watch the game later. We’re gonna just pick up one of these bags on the way to the house where we’re gonna watch this game. (chip crunching loudly) – These are smaller. – Bugles? – No they’re, Bugles aren’t that crunchy. – The amount of crushing that she’s doing is like, it’s taking a second, but it’s a little bit, – I think it’s a SunChip, that’s my guest. (chip crunching loudly) A Ruffle, could be a Ruffle for the game ’cause you’re dipping. – [Stevie] Oh these are so good, they’re packed with flavor. – They’re packed with flavor? Oh, they’re Doritos then. – [Stevie] Yeah. Oh man, guys, chips are so delicious. I’m having such a good time. I don’t even mind having to do ASRM for these chips. – You know what else is a really good time? Just listening to us answer questions about sex. – Yep. – Mm-hmm, which we’re doing. We’ve been talking about sex all month- – Over on our podcast. – On Ear Biscuits. – Ear Biscuits. – And this latest episode, we’re answering your questions, your sex-tions. – Keeping it real, y’all, over on Ear Biscuits. Two lifelong friends, talking about life for a long time. Check it out wherever podcasts are found. All right, go again. – I’ve lost heart here. – [Stevie] Okay, let me give you a little context for this one. (loud slurping) – What is the world are you doing? – [Stevie] Kearney, I thought you were gonna do something that sounded more like you, not like me, like what? – Oh, Kearney took over? – That was Kearney? – [Stevie] Yeah, he’s like, “Let me do an awesome slurping noise.” I was like expecting like something manly, not like. – I was like, I definitely thought it was still Stevie the whole time. – Stevie Yeah. – Oh no, that was a slurping noise? It was like a weird smooching. – I thought somebody was trying to suck through a Bugle. – [Stevie] Yeah, I might need to clean off my mind. – Oh my gosh. – I don’t know what that is- – [Stevie] Okay. – I don’t think it’s anything. I think it was a joke. – [Stevie] Okay, okay, now I’m gonna, now, now here we are. Oh, I’m opening up my lunch box and I see this very special snack and I’m so happy that mommy packed this for me, thank you, mommy. – SunChips. – [Stevie] For packing this, so fun snack. (chip crunching loudly) – That’s a SunChip, man, that’s like a SunChip all day. No. – ‘Cause you think your ma, your mama wants to pack you a SunChip? – No, no I don’t think so, do it again. It had a Funyun quality to it. (chip crunching loudly) Nope, that’s a SunChip, aint it? – It could be a Ruffle, have we hit Ruffles yet? Those ridges really make a nice initial crunch, but SunChips have the waves, but they’re thinner- – [Stevie] Does anybody want a back scratch with these on ’cause that would feel so good. But then I wouldn’t eat them because they probably have skin particles on them. – What would you back scratch with, Bugles? – I think it’s pork rinds, they’re skin particles. Oh, that’s from the back. I think you could do it with- – [Stevie] I’m a witch. – Oh yeah, you put it on your fingers. – Let’s hear, let’s hear. I thought they were greasier sounding. Make it greasy this time. – [Stevie] I guess I can do one more. (chip crunching loudly) – Bugles are that crunchy? I didn’t, would not have thought so, but we’re saying Bugles. – [Stevie] Yeah. – Yeah? – Do you like Bugles? – [Stevie] I love Bugles. – They’re greasy, aren’t they? – [Stevie] No- – They’re greasy. – [Stevie] I’m gonna have one more. – How would you characterize a greasy sound? – What do you mean? – When you thought they would sound greasy. – Muffled and moist. – Muffled and moist? Like so greasy that there’s no crunch to anymore? Like biting into a soggy, greasy. – That’s what I was thinking, but I’ve, I- – Who would eat that? – Me, man. All right, keep crunching. – [Stevie] Wow. Somebody who is trying to be Paleo- – Pork rind. – That was a little bit easy. – I wanna hear the crunch though. (chip crunching loudly) (Stevie wincing) – Yeah. – A little pain. – She hurt herself. – And it’s muffled. – And she doesn’t like it. – It’s a lot more muffled than I thought it would be. Give us an unfettered. – [Stevie] It’s bad, it’s not, does not taste good. I like pork rinds normally but this particular situation what we got going on here, Chicharrones… – You’re not gonna give us another bite- – [Stevie] It says sea salt, but I’ll take one more bite. But it’s, it’s not good. (chip crunching loudly) – I think we would’ve gotten that one without the hint, don’t you? – I do think so because it was a plastic kind of- – I feel like the fair way, not the fair way, but a way that would give us a chance to play this game is if you gave us, there was like, multiple choice of four, we could narrow it down. It’s just, we got too many. – Well we haven’t guessed, Lays yet. – Process of elimination, or Funyuns, okay. – Or Funyuns. – Or Ruffles. – So no hints. – Or SunChips. – Oh gosh, we’re not done. No more hints. – [Stevie] Okay. – So the last one is Ruffles, SunChips, Funyuns, or Lays. – There’s two more. – So two more, so process of elimination. I think we might be able to do this. – Ruffles. (chip crunching loudly) – Again. (chip crunching loudly) That’s a Funyun. – That’s a Lay. That’s a Lay, that’s a gentle Lay. – [Stevie] That’s a Lay. – Okay, all right. Now we’re down to Funyuns, SunChips, and Ruffles. – Lays are so thin, so thin. – So thin. – [Stevie] Oh, hold on a second, I’m sharing some Mythical Society stuff. – Oh, she’s doing Behind the Mythicality. – She’s talking to- – She’s talking directly to the camera. – To the good Mythical Society game. – [Stevie] Okay, I’m back. – You see there’s a show after the show what you’re watching, but then there’s a show about all the shows called Behind the Mythicality that you have to be a member of the Mythicals. And we make so many shows. – She’s over there talking to them, which may be you later if you’re a Mythical Society member. – [Stevie] Okay, here we go, here we go. – Ruffle, SunChips or… (chip crunching loudly) She got the last one. It’s got a Ruffle after-chew. – [Stevie] I did a little bit of an ouchie with that one. – SunChips will give you an ouchie. (chip crunching loudly) – It’s not a Funyun. – It’s a Ruffle. It could be a SunChip, but I think it’s a Ruffle. – We’re going with Ruffles. – [Stevie] Yeah, it was a Ruffle. – So if you go to Behind the Mythicality, you can watch Stevie crunching these things, which kind of takes the mystery out of it. But I mean, you’ve already watched this, so you kinda want that taken out of it, don’t you? (upbeat music) – Can I have this. – Yeah man, I want you to have it. – Thanks, put it in my room. – [Link] The Mythical Backpack holds everything you need to be your mythical best.
