Welcome to Good Mythical More. Apparently there’s a trend on TikTok called Water Talk. Water Talk. I don’t know if it’s a whole world within TikTok. I have to be schooled, and I’m gonna do that by apparently drinking these trendy beverages. We’re gonna drink ’em. Boy, you figured it out, Link. I figured it out. So bring us up to speed, you know. Well, like, you know- My version of TikTok doesn’t have Water Talk on it. When they add “Talk” to the end of something, it usually is like a group. It’s a genre. It’s a genre. Like, are you on that side of TikTok? Are you on Water Talk, you know? Are you on… Have you found yourself on Water Talk? Luckily, I have not found myself on Water Talk. I think I’m on Hip Hop Talk. Oh. Hip Talk. Hip Talk. Musical Artist Talk. Talking about songs talk. That’s perfect for you. Yeah it works. I think you curated it well. It works. Water Talk. You remember like coffee talk, like ice coffee talk, where kids were making themselves all different kinds of crazy coffee drinks and like- Yeah. Well, yeah. Yeah. I mean, I can imagine what that was like. So it’s like that, but with water, with the idea that like, somehow by putting different syrups and powders in your water, you’re drinking water, and so you’re more hydrated, and you’re consuming less calories, even though that doesn’t quite make sense because you’re putting sugar in water, like cooling. Yeah, and they have like recipes. Yeah and they have recipes. So like, this is the pina colada water and here’s the TikTok that accompanies it. On my second water of the day, and it is 11:55. So I’m cruising with the water girls today. Let’s go to the old caddy. These are my favorites down here. So I’m just gonna pick one. Not even gonna look. Pause it. Pause it. Let’s see. I do think that there’s like the mugs that are popular with like women in Utah were like… Well, she’s not from Utah. No. The Stanley Cup that she has right there is like this trendy mug that for some reason, Lando found out about it and he was like, this is what I want for my birthday, is I want a Stanley mug. Well look at the handle on it. And he has one of these. It’s like a huge… I mean, I don’t understand. To me the- It’s an insulated mug but absolutely huge. The insulated mug thing has been here but I haven’t seen one with a hand… Look at how, let me… Look, she’s doing that. Oh, it’s a big handle. Yeah. Yeah. So the syrup- It’s this big. Yeah. And the powder. Mm-hmm. There’s two parts. Two parts. I don’t know about powders. Well, the powders are more in the Kool-Aid realm, you know? Yeah it’s like a crystal light. Yeah, crystal light. Link, you know a lot about these cups. Yeah. So yeah, this is Orange Crush pineapple packet and three pumps of coconut syrup to make the pina colada water. I mean, it tastes good. I mean, there’s no denying that. Yeah, but it’s not… Yeah, it’s nothing… But I just don’t… I mean, there’s no sugar in this. It’s just fake sugar. Yeah, I’ve been told that a lot of these drinks use And it’s caffeine free. like these skinny, called skinny versions of the syrup. But some of the skinny versions of the syrup were sold out because Water Talk is so popular. So some of the things we had to use were not the skinny version. So, don’t drink too much now! Okay. It’s 11 o’clock and I’m going through all my water talk. I don’t know how many Water Talks this woman’s gonna make but if it took her to 11:55 to get to the second one, I don’t know when she started, to be honest with you. Her username is “takingmylifebackat42”. And this is what she’s done with it? Well look, I mean, she seems like she is in charge, you know, of her life. Did you see those carousels full of different syrups? Have you got those in your kitchen? You know what I’m gonna say though? I would party with her. I would definitely party with her. Yeah, okay. What kind of party are we talking about? It’s just a birthday party? No, like whatever type of party she wants. Like I would trust her to be in charge of the party and I would be there for her. I have a few ideas as of what would be involved, mostly probably water talk. Taking my life back at 42, I take back everything I said about you ’cause I’m ready for us to party. You gotta start somewhere though. You can’t just be a teen and be bringing that kind of energy. That’s something that takes a couple of decades to work up to. Right, right. You gotta lose your life and then you gotta take it back. Right, when you’re 42. It’s really you- Yeah, exactly. Well that and it was her second of the day and it’s not her second of the day. I’m sorry, I can’t even say the right word. And it’s better than the first one to me. It really is. It is one of my top powders. And I always put in my big Stanley and you know, I love it. I love it, I love it, I love it. It tastes like if you just went to get a snow cone and you waited. So I think I’m gonna start waiting on snow cone’s talk. Wait for it. You know, that’s what I’m gonna do. I got a Stanley Cup and I just got this fresh little snow cone right here. Let’s put it in there and wait. And then I just wait with energy. It’s just so amazing. And y’all, I found a little bit of vanilla protein powder, so I’m gonna add a little bit of that. Found because I’m out and I need to get some more, but I had some. She scrapped that from the bottom. It sounds like she was watching Take My Life Back At 42 and thought I need to add a little… This feels like somebody taking cues from 42. You know what I’m saying? ‘Cause she didn’t sound like she was from the south and then she’s throwing in a “y’all”. Yep. Y’all. Because she’s like, I gotta take my life back too. I mean- She didn’t have a fancy mug. There’s no handle. How much water are you supposed to drink a day? Way more than you think. Like 60 ounces or something. First of all, you probably get enough just based on the fact that you’ve always got a big hydro flask. I carry around a hydro flask. I could totally Water Talk it up. I haven’t felt the need to do that. Well I don’t like to drink water, but I like to drink water more than I like to drink this, if that says anything. Yeah. Drinking this, I’m actually not compelled to drink a lot of it ’cause it tastes like I’m drinking a sugary drink, which I try to avoid. So my instinct is not to just go… Well, if I get just like regular water, I’m just like sucking it down hard just getting as much as I can ’cause it’s like, this is good for me. Cloud deuce. Yeah. This is not good for your body long term. It’s got protein powder. It’s got oat milk. Yeah. How’s that oat milk element? I mean, it makes it cloudy. Can’t see through it. Visibility. One centimeter. Like a cold boba tea type thing. You know, like a milk tea, I guess. You know, there are references for this, but I’m just not loving it. I’m just not loving this one. And we have created something in our minds and on paper that we’ve never tried in real life that you’re going to make real quick to wrap things up. And then you’re gonna guess what we thought it would taste like. Gingerbread latte. Yep. So it’s one- Christmas spice. One pump of gingerbread latte. And there’s ice and water right there, Link. We gotta have water And a mango? Yeah, it’s one pump of the gingerbread latte, two pumps of the skittles mango and yellow. Packet. How do you pump a packet, y’all? You need two packets of it? Yes, two packets of the Skittles mango tangelo and one pump of the cinnamon Christmas spice coffee syrup. Okay. One pump. All right y’all, this is our fifteenth TikTok of the day and we’re sitting here doing one that the crew wanted us to do. And I don’t know how this one is gonna turn out, but I made it and it kind of looks like carrots. We gotta to taste it real fast ’cause if we don’t get to 10 TikToks a day, my landlord will evict me. Mmm. Wowza! Huh! First of all, Woo! that is better than anything that we tried before now. I think we could have done with one pack. Yeah. We should have done one pack.
