GMMore 2693: We Play Reverse Charades

Welcome to Good Mythical More. Look at us. We’re over here in Good Mythical More. We’re about to do some reverse charades. That’s where we tell the person what motions they have to do and then guess what we’ve got them to do while they’re doing it. Wow. Well you were thinking the same thing? Yep. – Because — – I was also thinking — Cause great minds About what the great mind of Friedrich Nietzsche said, without blank, life would be a mistake. Death. Uh, without solutions, life would be a mistake. Without music! Oh, Nietzsche! Nietzsche! Nietzsche? Nietzsche? He was a music lover, huh? Nietzsche? Uh huh. Alright, let’s get into this, man, cause we got a whole stack here. Maybe get in a ready stance. Move your chair out, drink a little coffee before we get going. Okay. Ready. How’s your stomach feel? Oh, so sloppy. So it’s, it’s full of um, is it burning? So sloppy. Is it burning? So hot. Okay, so, you want to stand up, and you want to make a fist and hold it out to your side. And then you want to look down. And then you want to take your other hand, and you want to, yep, just like that. And you want to go up and down with it. Yep, there you go. And then, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope! Don’t do things I haven’t told you to do! Look down! And then, nope, nope. Pick it up. Pick what up? Stop the hand. And then reach the hand, touch the fist in front of you. And then swing them both back. Touch your hand to the fist. Yep, there you go. And then, then put the, put the hand up in the air. The left hand. And look up. Keep your hand open. And then bring the other hand up. There you go. And then bring the left hand down and then bring the right hand down fast and look forward. But no, no, let’s start over here. Okay. All right. I thought I was playing basketball for a moment. All right. You’re going to do this. You’re going to, and then you’re going to catch, you’re going to catch it. It’s small. And then you’re gonna, um, turn it over and raise the hand and look up. Raise the, raise the hand quickly and then look up above the hand into the sky. Yes, yes, yes! And now bring the right hand up. Nope, nope, nope! But the right hand — keep your fist. Keep your head in a fist, and then swing it forward towards me as you’re looking at me. Now put all that together. That was it. Do that, do that again. I got it, I got it, I got it. Alright, do that again. I got it, I got it. That’s it, right there. Did I do it? You might want to do the last part faster. Did I do it? Yeah, you did it. Okay, okay, okay. That’s it. That’s it, don’t look so hot while you’re doing it. Oh! For God’s sakes. A little too sexy. Alright. So I am, okay, what sport is that? You’re bouncing a little… Oh. Ha! Serving tennis. That’s right, serving a tennis ball. Hey, we got that. Alright, now it’s my turn. Okay, um, A lot of this is gonna happen on the floor, but I want you to bring in, uh, I want you to bring in, uh, a chair so, and treat the surface of the chair as if it was a floor. Okay? Okay. Just pretend that that was a floor. Don’t look in the monitor, cause then… Yeah. Don’t look. What do you mean don’t look at the monitor? I thought you were, I thought Rhett was showing it to the camera. Okay. You were looking at the monitor. I want you, So first thing I want you to do is get up off the floor. Okay. Now I want you to, um, hold your thumb and your forefinger about two and a half inches apart. Yes. And now I want you to look in between the space. Look at it. Take — I. spect what is in there. Not an approval. Okay. Now. Okay. Yeah, perfect. Now I want you to keep holding that just like that. Never let that go. Now, on the other hand, I want you to hold your thumb in your forefinger half an inch apart. I want you to look at that. I want you to bring that to your nose. No, no, don’t put, no, bring whatever it is in, in it up to your nose. Sniff. Oh, it’s got a, it’s got a high smell. Oh, but you like that for what this is. Yeah. Now take your right hand and rotate it forwards so that your fingers, no, your, no, your right hand. So, nope, nope. Rotate it forward so that whatever it is you’re holding in your hand is level with the ground. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yep, yep, nope. Level with the ground. It’s okay, no. This is the ground. Parallel to the ground. That’s perpendicular. There you go, like that. Now, take the thing that’s in your left hand and put it onto the thing that’s in your right hand. Let go of it. Nod approvingly. Now, take your left index finger, reach down to that thing, and I want you to make an arc from, from one side up to the middle. Make an arc, no, it’s, The middle of what? Like two inches, like two inches. Yep, just like that. And do it very carefully, like, this is very, very careful. Now, nod approvingly. Now, Set it on the floor. Walk away. Stay on, stay on, stay on camera. Now, do a clockwipe that indicates the passing of a day. Did that. Okay, come back. Look to where you put the thing. Shake head in disapproval. Clockwipe. Come back. Look. Shake head in disapproval. Clockwipe. Come back, don’t look yet. This time when you look, before you look, I want you to wave your hand in front of your nose and make a crinkly face. Before you even get there. Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes. Look, nod approvingly. What did you do, my friend? Uh, I took a thing. What did you do? And I was like, yes. And it was two and a half inches. And I took a thing that was a half inch. And I’m like, no. And then I put the two and a half incher down. You did. And I smelled the high, stinky smelly thing. And I put it on top of it. Yep. Put it on top of it. Yes, you did. And then you did what? And then I left. Or you did something with the little arc. Oh, I petted it with my finger. Well, yeah, something like that. I flipped it on. Ding ding ding. I flipped it up. Yep, you went away. Oh, okay, setting a mouse trap. Boom! Yes! Alright. With cheese. With stinky cheese. With stinky cheese. Okay. Um, okay. All right. Um, you’re gonna come up to the desk here. Yeah, you’re gonna get down. You’re looking. You’re looking up and down right in front of your, right in front of your face, but not that far. You’re looking maybe, yeah, right there. You’re looking up and down, and then your eyes are fixating in one place now, and then, and it’s down, then you go down low, lip, yep, and now you take your hand, you take your hand, and you grab a little something where you’re, that you’re looking at there. And nope, nope, nope. Right in front of your face. Right there where your hand is. What you’re gonna do is, you’re gonna, No, no, no, no, no. You’re gonna take and you’re gonna, You’re gonna gingerly place something down. Yep, yep, yep. Now let it go. And now, you’re gonna reach underneath that. You’re gonna reach there. Yep, and then you’re gonna, you’re gonna give it a little twist. Nope, not like that. You’re gonna give a twist. Like, um, you’re gonna, you’re gonna, you’re gonna, you’re gonna grab it and you’re gonna turn it clockwise. No, but it’s not, it’s not, it’s not on the surface. It’s for, it’s um, it’s facing you. It’s facing you. Nope, but don’t turn it that way. Turn it the, turn it the, on the other plane. Nope, not on that plane either. It’s facing you. Nope, not like that. It’s um, how do I describe this? Yeah, it’s like, give it a titty twister. There you go. There you go. So now do all that again. You’re looking, you’re looking up and down, and then you put the thing, put the, put the thing down, down, and then you titty twist it. And then, when you do, you catch something, catch something under the table. Do, give it a titty twister, and then catch it immediately. What? Give it a new titty — give it a titty twister, and then catch it immediately. And now, put it to your lips, into your mouth, let go. And then do a little chew chew chew chew chew chew Now blow. I put money into a gumball machine. Yes, you did! You bought a gumball from a gumball machine. All right, now do me. Now do me. Okay, stand up, friend. All right. Grasp a cylinder. That is approximately a half inch around. You’re grasping it with both hands. I want you to take these hands, I want you to place them back over one shoulder, and then I want you to quickly place your hands out in front of you. Quicker than that. Yep. And now when I want you to do that again, but this time I want you to look off into the distance. Cast it in the fishing yard. Yeah. All right. We gotta get something better than that. All right. Let’s see what else we got. Okay. Um, alright. Um, I want you to, um, uh. Hold, hold something that’s heavy in both hands, close to your body and carry it up here. And, uh, throw it down right at the edge of the table. And then reach it. Reach into, reach into your pocket, uh, or and then pull out something and hold it. Hold it up. Hold it up higher. Hold it up higher. There you go. And then bring your, bring your hand to your shoulder. Bring the back of your hand to your shoulder. There you go. And now turn your wrist out that way. Keep, bend your wrist down, bring your, there you go. And now walk forward to what you threw on the table and then start moving your fingers. Like you’re communicating with a fairy. Even more, bring your hand even closer to your forearm. Hey, yep. Nope. The other side of your forearm. Yep. Yep. Yep. Stand up straight. Put your chest out. Put your chest out. Yep. And now, there you go. And now, now, now sprinkle the fairy dust over here. There you go. Keep your, keep your, the back of your hand close to your shoulder. I am salt bae. Yes, you are. What you got for me? Okay, hey we’re getting really good at this. Might need to go on tour. Okay, um. If you don’t like it, pick another one. Um, I think I can do better. See, now that you’ve given me the option to do that. Okay, alright. Stand up. I would like you to, um, grasp. a spherical object with one hand. I would like you to take and grasp something else in your hand. Now the other thing that’s in your hand is something that’s about an inch around. Yep. And now I want you to take what’s in your right hand and I want you to put it on an imaginary counter. Take what’s in your left hand and I want you to move it three inches down from what, on top of the thing that you just put on the thing. Yep. Great. Now I want you to take half of what you, uh, uh, that was on the counter. Pick it up, and I want you to take it, smell it, and like, be like, ooh! Yeah, now I want you to take that, and I want you to, uh, put it, I want you to take, grasp it like you’re grasping a, uh, um, so, it’s so hard not to give you too much information, that’s why I’m having trouble here, because I don’t want to just tell you. I’m taking half the thing. Half of it, yeah, yeah, yeah. And now, I want you to take it, and place it, On something that’s about Five inches off of the… You and your inches. Five inches off of the surface of the thing, right? And then let go of it. And now I want you to take and act like you’re pushing s. mething else down on top of the thing that you just put and just push it down once, but it’s hard to push down and the harder you push the harder it gets but you like what’s happening. You’re smiling. Yes, you like it. And now I want you to do that a whole lot. Basically do everything that you just did. Spherical thing. Bring it onto the thing. Take something. Put it in half. Put it on this thing. Press down. Woo! Yep. Yes. You’re doing a bunch of this. You’re doing this all day. Yes. Yep. Yep. You don’t even have to smell it. You could if you want. Why am I taking half of it away? I put it all down, I take half of it away, and then I’m pushing? You need to use the other half too though. You need to use both halves. And what am I doing with this? I’m holding a rod? That’s kind of a rod. And I’m pushing? I think I’m, am I a glass blower that’s not blowing? No. Am I an artist of some sort? So you’ve done that a lot. Now you look down beneath that, and you are surprised at how much of something that you’ve created. Now I want you to pick up a bucket. Yeah. A bucket that was underneath that. Okay. Look into it approvingly. Yep. Now I would like you to hold out your left hand like, uh, like you’re holding a circular object. Rotate 90 degrees. Yes. Bigger object. Perfect. Take the bucket. Move it towards the object. Empty it into the thing that’s in your left hand. Mm hmm, mm hmm, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Smile approvingly. Take whatever is in your left hand, bring it to your mouth. Tip it back. Smile approvingly. Okay, what have you done? I’m brewing my own beer. I’m making my own wine. What were you doing with the spherical objects? I’m, I’m smushing grapes. No. Pushing hard. I’m making, I’m making lemonade. Yes! But hold on, but where are you? Uh, I’m at a, um, um. Oh, look, for a second. Act like you hear someone. Nod. Turn around. Grab something really tiny. Me? Uh huh. And go. And hand it to the person who just asked for it. Yes. Yep. So I’m, I’m, I’m making lemonade at a, at a fair. You have a, oh, you’re so close. Lemonade stand. No, you’re making lemonade. Okay, go back. So you hear somebody, somebody else is, somebody else is asking for something. Turn around, grab it. This time, take it. Hold it like that, but turn around and dip it into something. I’m making, – Making lemonade at…? – Oh, I’m making lemonade at… And I’m dipping it in something? No, separate. I’m making… Where do you make lemonade? Go back to the thing with the little thing and dip. But when you dip, hold it in there for about five to seven minutes. Deep fried. I’m working at, um, what’s that place called? Somebody we know worked there. Oh, hot dog on a stick? Yes, you’re making lemonade a hot dog on a stick. Making lemonade a hot dog on a stick? Yeah, they have the best lemonade. I didn’t know that. All right. I think we’re done. Let me give you one more though. Give me a good one. Give me a good one. That one might’ve been too hard. Sit, sit down. On the floor? Sit down in your chair. Put your hands on the table. Put your, put your, um, put your elbows on the table. Yep, yep, put your hands in fists. Yep, turn them up. There you go. And now start looking around. I’m driving a school bus. Now look around. Look over, look over your left shoulder. And then just, but, but, nope. And then maybe look over your right shoulder. And then your, your, but your, look straight ahead and move your mouth. Yeah. And then, but then you’re, you’re, you’re, you you start looking over your shoulder and then you look over your other shoulder higher. You’re looking your gaze. It’s further away. There you go. Like that. And then, yeah, don’t, there’s no horn. And then this time look over your shoulder and t. en just thrust your hand in the air. Should I still be moving my mouth? Yeah. Yeah. Sometimes stop moving your mouth and then move it again. As you’re looking straight ahead, but then when you look over your shoulder this time, when you look over your left shoulder, don’t do it yet. You’re going to look over your left shoulder and you’re going to immediately thrust your left hand into the air. Go. Yes. And now, and now you’re disappointed. Bring it back. Disappointed. Now keep talking and now look over your right shoulder. Look over your left shoulder, keep looking over your left shoulder, and then when you look over, look straight ahead and get surprised, and then look over your right shoulder and thrust your right hand in the air. Okay, that’s it. I’m on a jet ski. You’re trying to get a waiter’s attention. What am I doing? What was the surprise part? What was he being surprised about? This is your knife and your fork. You’re talking to your date. That’s how I hold my knife and my fork. And you’re asking your date to tell you, h. y, next time the waiter comes up, tell me. And you’re like, the waiter’s like, Yup, yup, yup, that’s it. Great. Weren’t able to join us for Good Mythical Evening Live? Well, it’s available on demand!
