Which of our crew has the
worst sleeping habits?
Welcome to Good Mythical More.
Mm-hmm.
Each one of us.
We went to bed last night.
Yes, we did.
At a particular time.
Wow.
Just before going to bed, we did something.
We're gonna tell you what we did
just by way of intro to this concept.
Great way to see that.
What time we went to bed.
That's a great way to see that.
And then we're gonna guess which
one of these belongs to you?
Starting with the first one, which is
11:45 PM and used a red light therapy mask
now for, oh, for a point of reference.
I just checked on my phone.
And, uh, I went to bed at,
lemme just verify this.
10:45, 10:42, 10:42 PM That's good.
Wow.
Responsible adult.
Nice.
Yeah.
Or you just wait until
you hear what this Link.
What were you doing?
What were you doing before that?
I was having some quality time with my wife.
Nice.
Responsible adult.
Okay.
Alright, let's keep that general.
Um, I went to bed late.
For you.
I mean, it was, it was tough
staying up this late, but, uh, I
went to bed at 10 o'clock, bro.
Yeah, and hold on.
That's late.
Double digit is late for him.
I will usually g uh, go
to bed at nine o'clock.
Wow.
Yeah.
And what time do you normally wake up?
What time do you get up?
Yeah.
Uh, 6:00 AM.
Wow.
What time do you have
quality time with your wife?
Well, I mean.
5:00 PM after the 4:00 PM dinner.
That's why.
Yeah.
I'm very re, retirement vibes.
Nine hours of sleep.
Yeah.
That's why you look so good.
I couldn't, I couldn't do it.
I couldn't do it if I tried.
Because I have tried.
Yeah.
So, I mean, I stayed up an hour.
I'm kind of later than normal.
I'm kind of hurting a little bit today.
Uh, yeah, CTI and I, I only got eight hours.
We, we, um, we also were spending
some quality time, but I would say it
was more of a, uh, doing your taxes.
No, we, we weren't sorting mail.
We were, uh, we were
having a heated discussion.
Oh.
But not a heated rivalry.
Oh, ah, so the only reason you stayed
up till 10:00 PM is for an argument?
Yeah.
Wow.
Yeah.
Yep.
Okay, let's get to some normal people.
Uh, going to bed at 11:45 PM
You wanna know who PM what?
We were arguing about the normal.
Yes, I desperately do You wanna know who won?
Yeah.
You didn't win?
Chrissy won.
You wanna know who slept on the couch?
No, nobody slept on the couch.
Yeah.
Uh, because there's some
construction in there.
I probably would've been sleeping on the
couch if it wasn't for a construction.
Our couch is not in there.
So what was it about?
I'm not telling.
Oh, I, lemme listen.
Lemme see what you reveal first.
Okay?
Sure.
Alright.
11:45 PM which I'll say is the
earliest in bed for all four of us.
Dang, y'all, youngsters Living life.
Red light therapy.
I mean, everybody.
Everybody's got the good
mask, got the good skin.
Oh, it's hip right now.
You Very nice.
How can you tell what's it supposed to do?
I think it's supposed to
make your skin look good.
Oh, okay.
What's the science behind brushes?
Fine lines, I think.
In what way?
Leonard wants to know the science, so
he's not, he's not up to speed on this.
I don't know.
The science I, yeah, I don't know, but
I do think that it's supposedly proven.
Okay.
I feel like Jenna.
It could, this could be Jenna.
I hope you're going to bed
in, in, uh, not in tomorrow.
You know what I'm saying?
It would nice.
15, 15 minutes from tomorrow.
Like, that's, that's late girl.
Let's give this.
Yeah.
You can't go to bed on the
same day that you wake up.
Yeah.
I don't wanna do that.
That's crazy.
That's a rule.
Okay.
Yeah.
So we're gonna give you that.
That's, that's a nap.
Right?
Okay.
And now we are moving to, oh, someone else
who went to bed three minutes later on time.
What did they do?
What did they do?
They played Pokemon.
They played Pokemon, like with cards.
They probably played Pokemon Go.
Or there's a new.
There's a new isn't, isn't there
supposed to be a new Pokemon game too?
I don't know.
Video game.
There's something that's like, it
looked, I've seen little clips.
I'm not helpful.
It's a, I don't know why I'm choking back.
Thank you Chase.
Right now.
It's what?
Certain Pokemon aren't Nintendo Switch two?
Yeah, it's, it's you too guys.
Okay.
It's called Pokemon Pokopia.
It's.
Okay.
The highest rated Pokemon game.
That's like what Rhett
was playing with his wife.
Isn't it kind of like animal crossing.
Was, was gotta catch em all.
I've seen clips where they say weird
stuff, like the Pokemon will say weird
things and I'm like, well that looks cute.
Let's get this place humid.
So what makes it so popular, Trevor?
Um, well, you know, a lot of people love like
animal crossing and it's that kind of thing.
It's, yeah, it's like a world building.
It's not like your classic RPG,
you're not battling the Pokemon.
Um, it's really big.
It's like everybody's friends the highest.
I know that a lot of people, like
my friends have like bought Nintendo
Switch twos just to play it.
Is it interactive?
Are you playing with other people?
You can, I think you can like visit
people's like islands and stuff.
Leonard playing dumb.
This is Leonard.
Leonard playing dumb over here.
Okay.
I was asking people earlier in the
week, like, how was your weekend?
And a number of people said,
I spent my weekend in Pokopia.
So yeah, it It's pretty popular.
Oh, it's a thing that's happening.
Yeah.
Pokopia.
It's really popular right now.
Jenna, you've got a Nintendo Switch right?
Right, right.
It's Laura's like.
We have, we have multiple, we play with it.
We, I play with I. The new one.
I kind of know how to, to operate it.
She also has a PlayStation.
And, and we've got the old Nintendo 64.
Dang.
I didn't know y'all had all that.
Yeah.
Oh yeah.
What you got for the 64?
Uh, the little cartridges that you blow into.
Yeah.
Oh, we got all, what's that?
I kind of meant what's the
specific cartridge that you What?
Uh, Lori usually, like if we pull
that one out, it's usually like Zelda.
We'll look at the old Zelda.
Oh.
Oh, that's fun Tom.
I, and I just like watch.
I don't, I have a 64 as well.
Yeah.
It's fun to watch other people play
video games as long as it's not Halo.
Yeah.
I, I like watching Laura play Fortnite.
That's kind of fun to watch.
Listen, I went to college in the two
thousands and every boy you tried
to sleep with was just playing Halo
and you had to sit there and act
like you wanted to watch it Halo.
But not at the same time of all times.
No, but it was like, I can't believe
I'm doing, I'm watching this.
You gotta date a multitasker.
Alright, let's move to some
people who went to bed.
Uh, today.
1:00 AM watching the dinosaur series.
I heard That's good.
I haven't seen it.
The, the, the, the Morning Freeman one.
Oh yeah.
On Netflix.
Dinosaurs directed, so, that's right.
1:00 AM Stay up.
Cool.
We also, anybody want a,
um, a blue berry, a winning.
Anybody.
My mouth is, I'll try it because I wasn't
a part of it, but I heard the um, OG
yellow starburst slander and I am upset.
Yeah.
That's my favorite yellow.
Oh yeah.
I saw you perking up back there
when I was talking crap about it.
That was my favorite.
Uh, me and your mother will get along well.
Yeah.
Shout out.
Shout out to her.
Normally when someone
says that, it's an insult.
Me and your mother would be,
yo mama.
Sounds like a nice lady.
Yeah, she really is.
She's anything like me.
1:00 AM Okay.
I mean, that's, I mean, that's
not a lot of sleep, y'all.
Mm. What's everybody's relationship
with their phone at bedtime?
Like, I don't look at it.
Oh, I took, I put on
like a little meditation.
Thing.
That's smart.
And yeah, it's literally the last
thing I'd probably look at before.
Yeah.
Most of the time I'm trying not
to do it as much and it's tough.
Yeah.
I go, I go through phases.
I had a phase where I didn't even
have it in this, in the bedroom.
That's smart.
That's smart.
Yeah.
But then the alarm, how do you wake?
You have an alarm clock.
I can't do that.
It's my only alarm.
Oh.
Oh, you keep a watch on?
Yeah.
You sleep with the watch
so you can get double data.
Oh God.
Mine doesn't charge that well anymore.
A, a fellow like me is, is kissing my fiance
turning over one AirPod in Northern Lion.
That's, that's what I'm up to.
Nice.
A audio book.
What's Northern Lion?
Wow.
No Northern Lion fans in the room.
What is it?
I feel like I'm on an island right now.
Yeah.
I'm living in an entirely different
world than every single one of you.
This is, this is a person.
This is he.
This is a content creator, Northern Lion.
Oh my God.
You guys have to get on Northern Lion.
Hold on.
What do they do?
There's, he's the funniest person ever.
Oh my God.
We're in the room.
You guys would love Northern Lion.
Yeah.
You guys would love Northern Lion.
No, they're gonna leave this,
but what kind of stuff is he
doing that're falling asleep to.
He's just meditation.
He's playing games and stuff.
How are you gonna sleep
if you're laughing, dude?
Oh my God.
I know.
I couldn't laugh.
Listen, something funny.
You guys wouldn't get it.
I'm sorry.
This is crazy.
This is crazy.
All right, I'm gonna check out
Northern, you gotta J and see, this
feels like this must be Trevor.
So we got some info about him.
Uh, yeah.
You're staying up till one
with the northern lion.
So you're, it's dinosaurs then Northern Lion.
Could be man, could be.
I do love some dinosaurs.
Yeah.
And I think we all naturally
gravitated towards giving.
Emily, the two 14 is what?
Last night.
It distracts.
It just feels right.
I mean, you said you
were fighting off a yawn.
I've bet.
I'm fighting.
I think I had about six
yawns in this episode.
I, why?
Yeah.
This is so you.
I never fight off, so I What a big one.
You watching?
No, no.
You're watching Survivor.
Don't look at 2:14 AM So is this the
inability to fall asleep situation?
Because if you're watching something
at that time, a lot of times it's like.
Uh, having trouble fall asleep.
Yeah.
It's not like you had an obligation
unless you were obligated to
watch Survivor at this timeframe.
I know this was my only obligation going
on, but like, yeah, I think I just, lately I
don't, the sleep is just all over the place.
So you're admitting to it?
Well, I don't know.
Is this you?
Are we gonna do the answer thing now?
Yeah, let's do it.
Yes.
No, it's not.
No, it's not you.
It is not you.
Wait, which one's yours?
You gonna say this?
Oh, no, that's not mine.
This.
Oh, that's you not mine.
You want Pokemon?
No, I was getting mixed up.
Oh, it's this one.
Whoa.
Oh, you, Emily went to bed
early than everybody else.
You went to bed early than else.
Well, let me, lemme explain.
Gimme this, I'll help you explain.
You don't need, don't
worry about this Stands.
Sorry.
Yeah, get rid of those.
I. Okay.
So we don't need those.
I flew in from Nashville yesterday
and the night before I stayed up
till 4:30 AM with my dad drinking and
watching little Richard performances.
Well, don't do much better than that.
So I was exhausted.
Exhausted.
And I also was.
Sleeping over at Jenna.
So we have a photo over.
We have a photo.
That's great.
You have glad is over top
of the, the red white mask.
Yes.
You can see it looks.
And Jenna, uh, it looks like Jenna is
sleeping with some sort of life-sized doll.
Yeah, yeah.
Yes, yes.
She, so this is Jenna's
red light therapy mask.
Yeah.
And I was like, my skids
so dry from the airport.
Do you have any like.
Of the sheet mask and she's, I got a
red light therapy mask and then that's
the first time I've ever tried it.
Didn't care.
Yeah, it was, it almost looks
like you were the first person
to fall asleep at the sleepover.
And I was.
I was.
I was.
So can we.
She was the first one too.
Can we reveal what Jenna's was?
Because before we move
on from this photo Yeah.
Talk about it.
Are you wearing a pillow for a night shirt?
I was covering up a logo on my shirt.
Yeah, yeah.
We were helping out, we were
helping out posts with logos.
You're welcome, mark.
Well, okay.
Why am I doing this to Emily?
There's a logo on the top.
Oh yeah.
Okay.
I just thought you were
just, it was for emphasis.
Both, you know, so it could be both.
Here's the question.
I've got my bon on.
I'm ready for bed.
Here's the question.
Did.
Jenna, then three minutes later,
go to bed to sleep after playing
a little bit of Pokemon or Yes.
Did she stay up for another couple of hours?
Yeah.
What did I do?
Watching Survivor, watching
a dinosaur documentary.
I think she would've watched
the dinosaur documentary.
But I think once Emily goes to
sleep, you play a little, a little
game and you go and you go to bed.
And then I think what we're
gonna give is we're gonna give.
See you're not dinosaur.
No, I had dinosaur taken from my hands.
Yeah.
Why was that?
There it is.
Back.
And then we're giving you watching
survivor at 2:14 AM Good guy.
Alright, so are we right?
No.
What?
Oh, you stayed up.
You stayed up and watched dinosaurs.
I did watch dinosaurs.
Oh, you stayed up and watched dinosaurs.
Dinosaurs.
Yeah.
Dinosaur.
Dinosaur.
Why is it so good?
It's so good.
It's so well written.
Um, and then do they talk.
Yeah, Morgan Freeman, Morgan Freeman
Lamb before Times was watching it
and I had a comforter and I just
went, the titanosaur is going, you
should see the view from up period.
Oh, you don't see the T
rexes until the fourth.
The fourth X, yeah.
When you're in the late C tion period.
And she started like predicting the lines
like it was, and she'd never seen it.
And it's like, 'cause most of that
documentary is, oh, now this one's
finally gonna beat this dinosaur.
For now.
And he said it at the same time,
and I was like, that's right.
Me and Morgan Freeman were
like in the The same way.
On the same level.
Yeah.
I loved it.
So it's just like, it's beautiful.
It's beautiful.
Highly recommended.
Well, maybe I got watched it on the
couch and I fell asleep on the couch.
Yeah.
Wow.
So now we're choosing,
and then I went to bed.
Like there's a over a three
hour discrepancy here.
Well, no, not over two hour discrepancy.
Why would you watch
Survivor that late at night?
That's crazy.
Somebody did that.
All right, so we're giving Trevor Pokemon.
Yeah, he was talking it up.
That's correct.
Yes.
Nice.
Pokemon Po.
Copia.
Couldn't recommend it.
More.
Outstanding game.
So how long did you play
it until you went to sleep?
Um, not too long.
I think I, I probably hopped on
around around 11 if I had to guess.
Just getting some dailies done, you know.
Okay.
Checking in on my Pokemon.
I was watching the, the, uh, live
action one piece before that.
Oh.
So.
How is that?
It's so good.
We hear good things.
It's so good.
It's good.
I sob so many wrecks today.
Like an entire episode.
Yeah.
It kind of looks like lazy
town, but like in a fun way.
Oh, I know.
Lazy Town, everything Trevor says,
I You're speaking another lane.
The, it's the weird wig, uh,
live action children's show.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah.
With the, with the guy with the big nose
who died a couple years ago, correct.
Oh, spoilers.
Yeah.
What Rotten Robbie.
Robbie Rotten?
Yes, I believe.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm.
May he rest in peace?
Yeah.
May he rest in peace?
What a guy.
Do you know?
What's your normal bedtime?
Leonard?
What?
Two to 3:00 AM Two to 3:00 AM?
Yes.
I can't believe.
Alright.
What time are you waking up?
Nine.
9:00 AM Well, I, my alarm
is always set for nine.
Like obviously today I woke up at like eight.
I always wake up no matter what time
I set it, what time I have to be up.
I set my alarm for eight.
I woke up at seven 30.
I always wake up.
Before.
Okay.
My alarm goes off.
Mm-hmm.
Usually five minutes before.
That's weird.
So you have less than
five hours of sleep today?
Today, yeah.
And he's not ya dude.
You're a different type of beast.
And I don't drink coffee.
I don't drink energy drinks.
How, how do you, how do you perk up?
He eats 19 starbursts every morning.
Yeah, 19 Starbursts.
I just get all that sugar,
that sugar honestly resent.
I'm just, I'm just powered by beer.
Mad at the world.
Just mad at the world.
Some people can do it though.
Some people can do it.
That's, I usually, usually, usually don't
need all, but yeah, just last, I had a,
I had a show and I was out and I hung
out with some friends after the show.
Well, that's the thing, if you routinely
stay up this late, then when people
wanna stay out late, you, you don't feel
like, oh man, this is gonna ruin me.
Mm-hmm.
Because you're used to it.
I mean, we, when we went to, uh, south
by for the weekend, and like every,
everything seemed to end at like.
One, two.
One night I got in bed at like 2:45
AM three nights in a row of that
and a 48-year-old, and me was like.
Yeah.
I'm a stand, so it's
like, you cannot do this.
If I'm going to bed at
10, I'm, I'm not working.
That makes sense.
And I saw y'all when you flew back.
I thought you looked great.
I was like, for being out.
Yeah.
I, every night I was like, I
was barely holding on Jenna.
Yeah, it's good to do that every once
in a while though, just to like, no,
you can challenge your energy like that.
Let see if I still got it.
Can Yeah.
See if I still got it.
I will say the time zone in Nashville,
it's like two hours before I start
to be able to wake up earlier.
Mm-hmm.
Which is good.
So you, I always like coming back
this way after being on the East
Coast or central time for a while.
And you feel like you could
getting some, it's good.
I was in Austin a couple weeks ago and it was
like spring forward while we were two hours
behind and no one, we were there doing shows
and nobody realized it was spring forward.
It was just like, that hurts.
Can I, at the bar, they were like, oh no.
The people at the bar
didn't realize they're like.
Everybody leave, get outta here, and all
of a sudden it's three in the morning.
They're like, oh, no, no, no, no.
Can I say something?
I was talking about this, and let
know if anyone feels the same way.
But with the spring forward and the fall
back for whatever reason, the hour of sleep
that you gain or lose on those two days
screws feels like it's way more impactful.
Full than if you just got an hour less
or an hour more of sleep on another day.
Yeah.
It's like that.
That extra hour of sleep.
I wake up feeling like a brand new man.
I fall back and then spring forward
I literally get up and I'm like, I
still got seven hours of sleep, and I'm
like, this is the worst day of my life.
No, the people who are like
advocate for getting rid of
daylight savings time, use that.
There's like, I don't know all the
details, but this like the data around
what happens, like the number of wrecks.
And the number of like, like the loss
of productivity as a society because
of that and, and all the pets that are
so confused that they're not eating
at their normal scheduled eating time.
We gotta get rid of it.
We gotta get rid of it.
I'm, I'm, Arizona is like rid the only state
that doesn't recognize Yeah, that's true.
They, but does the whole
world do it at the same time?
I don't think the.
No, that's there.
I think I saw something where it
was like there differents, that they
started, started doing it because of
the industrial revolution and coal and
like the amount of coal that was used.
Like it's so unnecessary.
Now we have, we have electricity.
This is Jenna platform.
This is, this is my freestyle Coke machine.
Yeah.
I tell you I understand.
I like having a call.
Give me that hour back.
That's amazing.
Alright, so we got lots of
good recommendations that you
can stay up late and watch.
We got one piece, we've got Survivor,
we've got, uh, meat Mountain.
What was it?
Close?
Northern Lion.
Northern Lion.
I'm telling you, you guys put on Northern
Lion, it's gonna change your life.
Meat Mountain.
Meat Mountain.
Gonna change.
That's a sandwich from
Arby's on the secret menu.
What?
What am I think, there is a YouTube
channel that sounds, it is Meat Mountain.
Meat Canyon.
Meat Canyon.
Meat Canyon.
Meat Canyon is.
I am not watching Meat Canyon
videos before I go to bed.
Yeah, that would be very disturb.
That would not be good for my mental.
And Pokemon.
Dinosaurs, dinosaurs.
Dinosaurs, dinosaur, yes.
Meat mountain.
