intimidation wasted on fruit well he didn’t get eaten because his face was so ugly poor guy well yeah I just wonder what they thought of each other wow he’s uglier so socially I think that’s the thing that we’ve been exploring here with these weird dinosaurs how did this weirdness impact their social lives which I think to your point we might we might be placing too much on these dinosaurs yeah I fossil evidence kids there are about 400 to 500 types of dinosaurs out there but 99% of them have been other fossils have been totally erased by erosion and erosion time time and erosion combined have erased 99% dinosaur actually no those are dinosaur footprints sorry sorry don’t panic we’re just talking about the footprints I’m not talking about actual bones that they’re erosion in time just moves the bones bonds via the bond bonds the dinosaur with the longest name was the microbe Pachycephalosaurus meaning tiny thick-headed lizard that actually doesn’t even seem that long it was found in China and named in 1978 by the Chinese paleontologist dong heard heard of him but uh I didn’t know that’s who I was referring to uh all this all those years now dinosaurs were first discovered or named in 1824 which I think this is kind of this is I’m going to focus in on this because just in the past 200 years the existence of dinosaurs have become known to humankind you think about that these crazy things that are like every kid’s favorite animal and they’re just absolutely amazing to think about and when you ask a kid oh if you could have a time machine where would you go back and they’d say to to see the dinosaurs we didn’t even know about these until 200 years ago hmm think about that for a second right I feel pretty privileged to live in this day and age and the only reason is the one you just gave oh but there’s another little fact here there are references to dragon bones being found in China over 2,000 years ago and these bones were probably dinosaur fossils so scratch that the Chinese people do about them two to two thousand years ago so I to burst your bubble you’re not really getting your facts straight here yeah I’m like this is like if this was like a kids show I would have been fired good thing it’s not if your name was dong and you were hosting the kids show you you’re fired ooh that’s true but not a paleontologist in China true true that haha
