did you make it so complicated blues I wanted it to be ultimate all right now so I’m told it neck is really getting here I haven’t noticed anything except a lot of heat around my ears dear rhett and Link hi my name is Dawson and I live in Emeril of Texas I have been a longtime fan of good mythical morning when you started doing mail I got this idea okay I could ask my girlfriend Sabrina to prom Sabrina through your show multiple problems I don’t know if it’s a lot to ask but maybe you could take a minute no I think that he just means prom that’s the new lingo the new slang for prom ask my girlfriend to proms you want to go to prom with me I don’t know if it’s a lot to ask but maybe you could take a minute and help a fellow mythical beast thanks for bring laughs all right Sabrina Austin all right Sabrina I’m question mark Dawson is still working on his spelling in his grammar but that’s what high school is all about he’s not working on having a great girlfriend because you have filled that slot Sabrina way to go you’re dating this guy Dawson okay here’s what we’re gonna do for you we’re gonna we’re gonna I was already doing it I was already in the pinup I was greasing the skids for asking you know saying hey Sabrina your boyfriend cants is has trouble writing letters but it doesn’t matter in today’s world yeah you know in today’s world you don’t even have to be able to reach it really to get by all you got to do is be able to speak and text on the phone and you can get most jobs so this is about the prom yeah I know so a lot of people think that you’re gonna end up marrying your prom date not gonna happen so listen most of the relationships that you’re in at this time in your life will end at some point you’re not going to be together forever listen make the best of it you’re saying there’s no there’s nothing much at stake right what do you have to lose first of all you’re already dating so you’re probably gonna go anyway but uh you know you should go with Dawson if you feel like it would you would you go with Dawson to the prom oh is that what that’s pray oh it’s more straightforward way yeah to ask and we’re waiting for spots you can have a great time you can have a great time low commitment is what res trying to say um where you guys gonna go eat that’s always my big house always my big thing you can read on the sequins and you’re gonna go get some shabu shabu and listen I don’t know how it is these days but back in the day all the girls saw they had to put their hair up for the prom oh don’t do that oh come on girl still doing that put you got to put it up you’ve got a pretty net it never looks good let’s put some hair around you know the only you know the only people who I’m gonna get in trouble for this you know the only people who think girls look good with their hair up other girls okay it never looks good your date will be like I have to say that it looks good you look beautiful but for years he’s gonna look at that picture of you he’s gonna be like why did she do that was her hair why didn’t she just wear it in the beautiful natural way that she wears it every day that’s my piece of advice for you you didn’t ask for it but all right Sabrina let your hair down say yes Dawson I can’t hear myself if I’m given really insensitive advice it’s just because I can’t hear myself I could be saying anything right now I didn’t go to prom from junior year Stephanie Dupree no no no junior winger prom we went from stag we didn’t have the junior or senior junior junior yeah because it was when John mclamb and all those guys or like loose loose loose loose let’s be cool and we’ll all go as a group and I thought that sounded like a good idea they were older than us stupid don’t mister I don’t go stag to the prom stupid we learned from that and then we took dates senior year Stephanie Dupree in missing Stancil yeah you were dating Missy I wanted to be dating Stephanie she did not like me she like she liked Brooksley so it’s sort of an uneventful time for me I probably look like an absolute dork though if that was an awkward awkward phase oh thanks for that maybe I didn’t look as bad as I Hey you have fond memories of the prom would you ever go to the prom stag again the town of the voice is very similar to yours say that absolutely not see like me that sounds just like you I mean here play now no way put it back here give you a little quicker [Music]
