see it why I’ve seen it and I’m prepared to give my spoiler free we can put in the title of this video no spoilers cuz you know you’re gonna talk about a movie in that spoiler I’m gonna try it this will be the first time I’ve ever no I promise I’ve put I’ve put some thought into it um not that there’s anything to spoil by the way it’s just the lego movie there you go this is how it this is how it starts and ya know I just don’t want people to not watch the video because or the movie because they gave it spoil for them great I’m not gonna spoil anything okay we’ll see I’m just gonna talk about whether you should see the movie or not like all movie review people do I think maybe this could be my gift mmm spoiling movie critic now um okay okay Alex I do I do want to talk to you in a second get your spoil free opinion on the thing since you’re the only person in here seen it but Rhett let me ask you based on what have you decided to see the movie is it trailers is it the fact that Rotten Tomatoes gives it 98% is it the fact that it’s a lego movie I don’t recall you really be into Legos a lot of children I mean it did – yes like yesterday no I I mean I wasn’t I didn’t have like a bunch of it I had a few sets so why do you want it why do you want to see the moving I’m curious because I have children and I know they want to see it and I have hurt it’s one of those movies where all the adults in your life who also have children I’m like you got to see the lego movie because it’s like really funny for adults – all the adults in your life talk like this yeah they’re like you got to see this because it’s funny for adults I will say easily in my top tip ow five uh kids movies suitable for adults of all time a lot of qualifiers there are you trying to say it well it’s in top five that’s a lot you know these can’t have anything up there top five movies for kids that as an adult I absolutely love can I try to guess your top five if you want to make it about that and then sure I really quickly Toy Story Toy Story 3 or two of them ok uh cars you know you didn’t like up you didn’t like Toy Story 2 that much Finding Nemo well I had source or two but now I’m changing it to Finding Nemo because you just reminded me of that yeah and and then Lego and that’s it that’s almost a no particularly I would say it could be in my top three it’s not the number one but I just I gotta say you you got to see you got it you got to go out can you do me on the voice like the Cisco Siskel and Ebert vote the voice about how it’s so good for adults oh yeah it’s so good for adults yeah that you have to see it it’s it’s funny unlike an adult level yeah if you love Legos as an adult I just love humor about um you know as a parent it you know it’ll hit you in some places the jittery it’s really I I had a couple of what do we call those moments when you have the the tear the teary moments the weeper how many weepies that’s how we rate our there was a – we / it was a to weep I think um Will Arnett is in this thing he’s Batman he’s good he is so friggin funny man is this a good movie review so far Alex come in here Will Arnett’s in this man is it so good the writing is so good it’s such a specific type of you know who made it who made this movie what studio is behind it it’s not a Pixar type of I don’t even know I don’t even care it’s not hey Jason do you know hug in here in the middle I’ve got it the rector’s Phil Lord and Christopher Miller I don’t know what studio it’s from guys these guys so they wrote 21 Jump Street so you can tell it kind of has that fortress offensive ability so you saw it yeah how many stars you like out of five I think that’s how we’re doing it but you’re one of those movie reviewers so I came out of the new system out of five stars five being perfect how many stars do you give it I give it like it too oh wow this is good this kind of really interesting all of a sudden Alex sorry okay support your hold on so how many charge you idiotic rate how many stars you give it five o’clock man if I got obvious listen I think I’ve seen it I give it five all right I I know that I’m gonna love it right you’re gonna love it yeah I know love I don’t even I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t like Will Arnett he’s so good he’s Batman in it you should just this this he’s so funny I want to see it right now why do you not like it well Arnett uh babysitter babysat for our kids yeah Will Arnett’s babysitter babysit for our kids and let shepherd run around naked remember that yeah and everybody felt really weird about it yeah lot cuz like dad uh so on so let’s ship Roadrunner on naked the whole time not naked he got onto the bath and you ran around naked for a good amount of time like an hour yeah that’s what we are net uh babysitters that’s what she now just to clarify I’m sorry I like no you’re fine get in here what just clarify to you we’re Tama uh when we say Will Arnett’s babysitter we mean the babysitter babysat his kids okay not it’s not a really old one in that in when willing it was younger honor he babies deeply why didn’t you like the movie places like that don’t spoil it okay I I just thought there were like a lot of pieces that I really liked but I didn’t know is that a joke pieces on um but they didn’t like come together in a way that I wanted them to like they were there you got a lot of different things going on like you got Chris Pratt who’s really funny and you didn’t make like a set for me to make like a pirate ship yeah exactly it’s interesting because um I don’t I don’t really touch in are you that did you play with Legos as a kid yeah I did and were you the type to build the sets and then never touch them or would you express yourself with your own type of set I would lose all the pieces actually so I’d like only have like a few pieces that’s what that’s kind of a half a pirate I mean that’s a dynamic in the movie is how it kind of goes from conformity to being your own person being special spoiler so it seemed that’s not a spoiler that’s just a movie theme that’s something like some Legos get lost so I’m gonna get go you know that it’s about I’ll still see it five stars so it seems like that would resonate with you you didn’t find it funny well I thought it was funny I just I was I had really high expectations and I’d blow things out of proportion like that I guess you get what Saghir entitled to your bad opinion yeah I know exactly do you like Toy Story 3 yeah 5 out of 5 yeah hmm fishery 1 5 out of 5 the worst weird wait what about Toy Story 2 I like toys right – oh I did – it’s in my top 5 all three of them are about done fine I don’t care what you say it was moving it was it was it was funny I think you have to you have to really be a fan of the toy really though I think you do I am a fan of Legos but it I lost all of them you know there’s no way you have to be a fan of Legos and to enjoy the movie not to enjoy it but for it to resonate deeply I never had a cowboy toy or a spaceman toy as a child and I love Toy Story I didn’t even have a dog well I did for a while this is a little bit different this is this is a whole movie dedicated to a specific line of toys that if you had a childhood connection with them it’s going to resonate more deeply I just don’t know you didn’t have a connection I’m not a very deep person but but did you find the joke scratcher yeah I mean did you find the jokes funny yeah oh there there are a lot of funny parts to it I was I was laughing but I just like I wanted I don’t know like I just I feel like I’m a like an old like crotch edom and it doesn’t like these kids movies but I mean it’s no frozen that’s for darn sure you know I know link didn’t put frozen in his toy whores no it is no frozen if you love frozen don’t go seal like oh I really like frozen not it’s not it’s it’s not it’s not anywhere close to top five but it’s not there was nothing for adults in frozen I like princesses singing there’s lots you don’t like princesses singing I hate that yeah well I like it I mean I like the whole dynamic is this about frozen l cuz I liked I like certain aspects of frozen spoiler alert do you wanna build a snowman when Anna yeah it went in an unexpected direction that I thought was not the cliche fairy tale story that I appreciated about frozen huh do you eat these in that none hmm maybe a laugh what about when the snowman that doesn’t make you that’s this coin our dad Oh after all right but that’s well we’ll beep it out and I’m not the movie critic that’s what we’re after I just wanted to have this conversation to prove that you were the one who’s gonna screw this up so I feel great now Alex I take back everything I said I was just giving you a hard time I respect your opinion yeah it’s
