needed for this do we want to go all the way back to like Death Valley and get in the bog and all that er yeah you just want to leave it all you want to leave all that out of it yeah details are detail Schmitt tails what do you want to start well I do want to say that I am the process of retiring the Bronco because the Bronco unfortunately which had a great car buying story almost unbelievable it was so great probably used in a crime you know that kind of situation which is a given with a good morning from yesteryear yesteryear remember the village of yesteryear at the State Fair that was my favorite part the is a blacksmith yeah the blacksmith I would watch him for hours with sunglasses on if you wanted to be cool look at that cool guy watching a blacksmith for a Liat look directly out of place he must be a stop we can’t look directly into the eyes of a blacksmith without sunglasses yes no not a welder uh-uh you think he’s a welder you’re not supposed to look directly at any part of a heated heated steel heated element anyway the Bronco is very unreliable it’s which that was another episode of good mythical morning was uh the Bronco getting stuck at the top of a mountain right right right yes you have lots of things have happened my kids are scared to ride with me in the Bronco because it stopped on the highway and that’s a very disconcerting thing to happen in Los Angeles didn’t happen on there well it didn’t happen Technica on the freeway like one of the major roads that happen on Venice we’re never gonna get to the real story all right so anyway so I was like I gotta get a new car I did get one with some off-road capabilities so we can go have off-road adventures but it’s a present of car driver yeah and because it can carry stuff you know I gotta get places isn’t this job and remote yeah we might have a remote shoot yeah we’re gonna have to yeah we got you now to justify it so it’s an FJ Cruiser you can tell them yeah yeah I go into the is it used I’m not buying new vehicles around here you’d never never finance a depreciating asset another little rule for you there little rule part of my country when I’m starting never make eye contact with a blacksmith and never a finance finance depreciating asset so I go into the dealership and a guy there’s a guy he rode you’re back there right no no no I thought about ride my bike because right cause it’s relatively close to my house and I was like well I’m gonna drive a car there than on a bike are and how would you know that I thought about driving both cars at the same time you know one like and Dan if you’re doing his splitter lanes it can be done but I didn’t do that I got the guy from the guy who helped us out I don’t want to use his name because he is the point of the story he drove me back home but an interesting thing on Boris okay Boris an interesting thing happened it was Boris his fifth day on the job great guy I think this might have been his first sale but you could kind of tell that first of all he comes from an entertainment background I think he worked in a rodeo like as a rodeo clown that’s not didn’t take me back looking for my entertainment back up meaning he was a rodeo clown no he was on a he was on a Mexican television show I think on Univision okay yeah where he played like a crazy rodeo guy I think so he wasn’t a rodeo clown he just played one on a telenovela and then something went down something bad went down then involved like a picture of a naked lady on television with hairy armpits he kind of told me the whole thing he was like anyway I got fired from that he says but they’re still using all the footage because I was with him for all these years and stuff I was like that’s fascinating learning about Boris and his story here but a great guy woman with hairy armpits we do the negotiation thing which I’m horrible at by the way we go back and forth like four or five times and I kind of have pain you know almost what they’re asking well I maybe I should apologize I abandoned you you did you were like I’ll go to go hang with my family and my family’s out of town this weekend so I was able to do this you know on my own anyway the negotiation process ends and not much negotiation and me just agreeing to buy the vehicle which I knew was going to happen to begin with and they probably have since that because I really wanted they can smell it on your hand I got a good deal on it to begin with I got came here on a bike I actually got to leave in a car I did I will say I did have independently inspected by a guy and he used all the features in the Kelly Blue Book value and I got it for like five hundred ollars less than that so I didn’t pay overpay for it anyway in the process while I’m sitting there first of all it takes forever to buy a car you know back in the day in yesteryear why does it take so long that’s why I bailed on yeah I got a whole camp I was there all afternoon it’s like what happened to I want that car here’s how much money the monument for you let’s shake hands and I’m out the door what give it for you yes whoo at me Wow okay so and so but then that happened there was an initial like back-and-forth and there was like this is how much give it to you I don’t even want to finance this thing you know let’s disc bypass that whole deal and they’re like okay this is great but you still have to fill out this application for this and then I had to get it in the business name and that was this big thing I had to show them this thing and then they were added like signer corporate resolution like inside the dealership to give me the right to do this and did you have to pee you ninny there’s no drug test no no fecal samples either and that’s what they use the spoon mix actually the key for that’s what I was thinking about that but anyway that’s it the Chipotle so uh I’m there all afternoon I get offered coffee like three times and then I get recognized by a guy whose girlfriend is a fan and then that causes everybody in the deals relay oh oh is this go who’s this guy buying a car do we you know do we need to do we need to take a picture with him yeah with the car yeah yeah so now I get my picture taken with your guy anyway this is my first picture with a famous guy and he has no idea who I am he just knows a guy’s girlfriend knows who I am and so that was another in front of the car that was enough of the picture in front of the pit in front of the car and where was the naked hairy arm she’s gone he got fired because of that oh she’s just a picture she’s not a real woman she’s a picture that he used in his see photo shot oh yeah yeah he doesn’t use it at the dealership that’s not part of his sales techniques like hey for another five hundred dollars should I show you this picture there’s a girl this naked girl with hairy armpits that might be an angle though Boris anyway but when did he get in trouble so in the process of me sitting there being offered coffee and filling things out taking pictures his boss comes over and he’s like Boris it was a little embarrassing because he’s one of those car dealerships where it’s a large open area and there’s just a bunch of desks out there you know and then there’s a secretary that is showing way too much cleavage than is necessary to sell a car but it’s like part of the business in fact he actually totally told me that he like he like looked at her and he was like business or something like that was like so maybe they do use it I don’t know anyway Wow his boss comes up and he’s like Boris what are you doing you’ve created three entries for this guy sir are you gonna buy three cars oh wow no in front of you I was like no husband I want to buy one well you’ve got him in here three times he says you put him in here once you got three like he is like disciplining the guy poor Boris and I’m like wow this is pretty heavy and then the guy leaves and he’s like yeah I’m new here and you know whatever I just sold you a car he could have just been like congratulations but there’s a little something he like he’s like you doing commentary on how he should have been disciplined yeah I was just enjoying the whole thing but then he then we drove he drove me home he said I’ll Drive you home you know in the car you just bought well he drove the car home I drove my car home and I got back in the car and then I drove him back to the dealership so got to talk a little bit more about the rodeo and you know hairy armpits and that kind of thing we got recommended in front of me for Boris no but you know he should have stood up hey man I just bought a car from your guy he’s a good guy he did a good sale and he’s learning you know give it give Boris a break man at the place you Boris it’s a break Boris give Boris a break what yeah now those of you who didn’t who decided to watch it like I should have been in that crowd that he was talking to early yeah
