we need it hey stupid man okay that is stupid okay so I think we’ve talked about our obsession with abandoned buildings in the past but it can’t hurt to talk about it again its rehash it um we had there was some money in town who who blew up an abandoned hell if you remember and you want to mention him no okay but before he before he blew it up we would think he’s a doctor now that’s why we can’t talk about we would go hang out in there cuz I got accomplished like heart surgeon and he just he bought a bunch of dynamite and blew up a house now that was like like heart heart surgeons are known to do a mile and a half from your house yeah I’m everything there was only get the dynamite it was an old farmhouse and there was like a grain silo beside it and inside the silos are still there so okay if you happen to be one of the few people who watched the show that live in the Buies Creek area or have ever played key tills golf course you play that new 18th and back it’s got two silos there on the back nine those silos so they’re still standing they’ve made it part of the golf course but you bank off a silo right there on the tee of one of those holes I don’t know which one there was a house and it was the farm house that was associated with the farm that was there that silos are from but the funny thing is is that this house along with a lot of other ones were in our area the houses would be abandoned and you’d go up and you’d break the glass let yourself in and I mean if somebody would do that at one point and then after that kids like us would just get in there you go in there and there was still stuff in the house there was furniture there was stuff in the cupboards he was like the walking dead you go up you go upstairs and when we open that closet and it was closed in there like and there’s like food in the kitchen and but it’s like old I mean hands like 25 years old and and then there’s like a tree that’s growing through it somebody there’s like medicines like you old medicine bottles that were like really thick glass like airplane bottles of liquor but it was medicine and it was just you there’s no labels on it but this was this was not an uncommon occurrence and we were walking through the woods in there be another one of these places you go in and somebody had gone in there and like live for a little bit they draw on something squat obscene on the wall and yeah I mean I learned about the female anatomy from a huge mural yeah Ronnie or like I remember that mural nanny’s uh by nanny’s house there was right these old abandoned it was weird yeah it was largely life-sized like that uh okay way larger than life-size then I got back on the golf cart and drove back to I gotta get out of here but I was singing I’ve been thinking about this recently not that mural hoses but uh just how our kids don’t have you know my kid gets out of my sight at the park and I start panicking you know we would go off and we’d be hanging out in an abandoned house like looking through old medicine bottles and learning about girls bodies by looking at pictures and this is this was art this is what we did and our parents had no idea where we were they didn’t care they don’t love us yeah that’s true um no I mean they weren’t hit we weren’t in Los Angeles right and we were in Harnett County yeah there was only so much trouble you could get into without dynamite oh yeah and then then what’s his name decides he’s gonna go get some dynamite wires the whole thing up and blows it up and I why’d you blow up our hideout man well he worked for the fire department no that was uh that was other guy oh that was a different thing in that guy who’s definitely not a heart surgeon he he was burning down things just so they could come and get it out he would find a house he would set it on fire and he was a member of the volunteer fire department so he’d set it on fire hot tip Bono he’d set it on fire then he’d go back home yeah and then he’d wait for the thing to get called in and be like already there’s a house on fire I know where he’s at and then he go and he put it out he liked he’d like to put set fires and put him out can you blame the guy yeah you got to stay busy somehow but our I remember the way I remember we could really do some serious damage those whisper his name to me cuz I don’t remember right oh yeah yeah I remember you look like a flat top baby it very pale skin to a big violet you think a farmer would have a now the hard-charging more of like a flame taint came from like a really Wilton you know his his the whole family was smart you know when you fight fires you get tan from it right no no not true not how do you know the Sun sunburn is just the sun cooking use UV rocky heat okay okay you get cooked by a fire every one of those kids is a doctor you know that every one of them ended up being a doctor so it goes to show you you can do a dynamite planet being a doctor you
