not doing anything complicated I mean when I was waiting to let a guitar I was just using one finger oh yeah and I still was horrible at injured this is like a complex stringed instrument and you can guess it can’t rosin up your bow the rosin is a piece of like sticky sappy type substance and it makes the bow hair stick and so if you’re going to to each other to the strings otherwise it slides across and makes no noise but when you rosin up rosin out but you just use it as a verb see yeah there you go okay the first I had to describe it as a noun so they could understand the verb but how old is the horsehair is it gets reinforced or it is remorse at all the time but you can’t you do one company bows do you go through a night oh I’m just hang on to a bow for a night I have to get him is Cleopatra and the other ones a carbon fiber like metallic violin so this is like the rope or old fancy one and then you’ve got like the modern ones they’re like your traditional it just sounds beautiful it’s classic you know what a violin should be and the other ones are like okay we’re gonna spice up the show okay now um I’m gonna mention ear biscuits as a plug for all of us because I was I was a big fan of our conversation and we got great feedback from not only mythical beasts but your fans I think it you know it was a great laid-back conversation yeah learn lots of things I remember one thing was correct me if I’m wrong it’s been a while since I’ve listened to it and only listen to it when I was doing it our cuz I was there okay I was it I’m following brain if I’m wrong but I think I remember this from conversations what I’m trying to say hmm deep breath oh no what I was thinking is no you’re not trained as a dancer you just started moving with the songs yeah and that that really surprised me at the time because I certain I certainly you know when I watch you plants oh that’s a that’s a trained musician we’re gonna train you yes yeah lots of years in school that was my big that was my big surprise yeah it’s true still true oh well yeah I mean I’m like no I lied on your biscuits no that’s the truth since then in the last couple months I’ve worked with some choreographers for different videos or whatnot just to kind of switch it up a little bit but I still haven’t taken you know any classes or official training other than go to on you go see I mean it is amazing and I really want to see you in concert I do not want to ever try to like to do it again I was gonna say you me not everyone has to start somewhere you know you could improve yeah I mean there’s conditioning that goes into any type of performance but when you’re playing your instrument and it’s not your vocal chords I think there’s even there’s got to be even more special conditioning oh definitely are you doing like yoga but doing this the whole time huh you have us how do you bear I doubt it you know I I don’t play well I do yoga um but I I think it’s just the the practice there are diversion bubble over over again of doing the you know practicing first the violin I have to get the violin down so that I don’t have to even think about it just happens without even thinking and then I start to their first movement yeah we didn’t know oh you did see that’s the that’s the comedy yeah you got to learn the music first and then you can start to add movement and it starts to complement it and the moves just get more and more complex till now I can like do back bends and I can do all kinds of fun so I can’t do a back bath with or without music or instrument maybe you if you had a violin okay you can do like everyone a cello now on your biscuits too we also talked about how you should do like a workout DVD because it’s that we assume there was a lot of conditioning involved in good having done it now especially in a metallic jacket yes in leather pants I can say I’ve lost some water weight I didn’t pee myself I just you’ve lost some dignity too so anyway now that we’ve called this think Lansing that you can call it plan Singh the Gilroy video are they planting it’s just like tae-bo but it’s planting and you can go you can use any instrument in it right yeah yeah and then you know what like you know pea 90 egg still be like the dude in front and then there’s people on the back doing it we’re we’re gonna be in the Vera there no no no no no and laying
