worked as a soccer player is what I’ll call it but it’s football football football um he was driving home one night after a night of drinking which a stupid bad choice don’t ring him don’t do it don’t drink and drive but then to add insult to stupidity he had to go number two really bad and he couldn’t wait so he pulls over it gets out of the car and drops a steamer in the street right there and it just so happens that right there there were also cops who saw it happen later on they didn’t take kindly to this yeah so he was arrested for drinking and driving which is great he needs to be held accountable for that and also for defecating on a public street now on a private street though I think you can yet like your driveway yeah well I don’t I don’t know I’m not a lawyer there’s only one way to find out let’s both dump in our driveways today why don’t we both have to try because this bigger sample let’s all do it whole crew work back guys apparently this has happen enough in Holland that they have a word for it there is a word called wild poopin that is one word wild p OE p en why can it be so close to just wild poopin yeah how could it look I mean what it’s one word at work how do I thoughts a different language I don’t know that’s how they made up the word and it’s it it makes sense to it he’s wide open again so once his soccer team saw the story which is going viral he they fired him now he said that he left by mutual consent and you know he didn’t get fired from a soccer team for pooping in public he was kind of thing I all do and they called him wild pooping that’s his that’s his nickname now he cannot live that down I just don’t think he should have been fired I mean it’s not like he was like the president of a bank he’s a soccer professional soccer player right he should be rewarded for that kind of thing um with what I don’t know free soccer balls I don’t know what the reward should be but he shouldn’t be fired the drinking and driving thing complicates it but if we removed that and drinking and driving it was only fired for pooping in the street would not be fired from the NFL team in murica for pooping in public that would do it be like a story and you get a one game suspension then they called you wild pooping and then you’d like score touchdown on the next game and everybody and then you’d have a dance that included the wild pooping thing and you would embrace it you can’t have a dance that’s illegal you can have an NFL you can’t dance in college you can have a dance in FL Linda no NFL dead look at Cam Newton and what he does every time he scores a touchdown it’s like really he has like these crazy things and if he was a tight end that would be really ironic hahaha okay John Preston I can get fired for that joke you could who’s going to fire you myself I find myself I’m gonna I’m gonna check out the rest of this good mythical more for that joke I’m not employees an employee of the Brain Injury Association of Iowa uh so there’s a joke on Seinfeld I can’t remember which episode but apparently it was they decided to instead of saying bless you when somebody sneezed they’re gonna they said you’re so good-looking I don’t remember that episode either but it definitely sounds like a Seinfeld joke you know oh why would anyone remember why do we say bless you what always say he’s a good-looking that’s my cell phone verse addiction I’m bad so um they he talk he’s talking about it with this woman first of all this is 2008 so he’s definitely in the reruns by this point living off the reruns not really the time to bring up a Seinfeld joking to use it at work that was like a 1994 kind of thing to do but you know he ends up saying too that he brings it up with this girl this woman and says you’re so good-looking when she sneezes and it had that they had this kind of running joke and it was kind of cool for like a day or whatever then he kept doing it kept doing I kept doing it I even started sending it over emails to the point that this basically became sexual harassment and he was fired that’s stupid he should definitely be fired well I mean you gotta do you gotta know when you gotta know when you’re is no longer a joke man when she’s like it’s not funny anymore and now you’re just telling me I’m good-looking that is kind of sexual harassment kind a little bit so he was uh inspired I got a woman who was fired for how she chose to type in an email check this out Vicki Walker was an accountant for ProCare health in Auckland New Zealand this is way back in oh seven maybe she didn’t know better um but she was sending she was she was sacked for sending confrontational emails with words in red bold and dumb dumb dumb all caps I see a screenshot here of one email she we’re just in bold but regular case your staff claim will be paid on Friday 28th of September available in your tank account at midnight in your bank account available in your Bank acute take account may be he’ll thank you Scheels over there yeah and then she goes to all caps for to ensure your stop claim his processing pain please do follow the below checklist it’s also in blue I got to admit though firefish I know what’s important in this email I know that the time is important because it’s in red and I know that the thing I really need to know about is my getting my staff claim processed and paid but it’s like you’re yelling um now that her boss said claims that she caused disharmony in the workplace by using block capitals boldface type and red text in her emails Vicki filed a lawsuit for wrongful termination oddly enough during the proceedings her former employer could only produce one email in which she did this ooh and that’s the one we just analyzed so she won the lawsuit and was awarded 17 grand for unfair dismissal her quote is I’m a single woman with a mortgage I had to remortgage my home and borrow money for my sister to make it through they nearly ruined my life ooh well the thing is is that if somebody’s doing this kind of thing and communicating in this way don’t you just call him into your office and say there’s another reason he wanted to get they weren’t Cantor for another we don’t need all the the bold and the red and the caps I think I was out there I think I have shared this before but back when I worked at IBM like right when I started I sent out an email to someone in another I worked in the engineering division but I work with people in a different division and there’s people that were like comparable to me that I would email all the time but then there was that person’s boss and that person’s boss so it’s like I had to email that person okay who I would I would show up once a week and give presentations that would be for this guy I’ll bet those were fun to see Haitian yeah they were awesome I don’t even like how many people it it took at different points in the manufacturing line given a certain volume of demand I think in that way guys here so basically I was the guy who said guys here you you have too many workers here you need to move them around or lay them off I or one of those three guys cuz I think those two guys I was on a popular position to do it but I made it worse when I picked it an important point in my email and I made it all caps how about a double point when I summarized how I give a one-sentence not like a whole paragraph but one sentence and it was just like it was the thing if you’re only going to read one thing in this in this email just read this but how its interpreted was that I was yelling at someone who had like 25 years experience when I literally had one month there should be two guys where there’s three guys I feel strongly about this I’ve seen the three guys one of the guys hardly does anything and it was even worse because I not only sent it to him I sent it to UM I sent it to my coworker his boss in and then his boss which is the guy who got mad girl and reply he’s like who’s this straight out of college all caps guy he will-he reply old and called me out in front of everybody was like I don’t know what the H you think you’re doing using all caps in an email to me but don’t do it again and you didn’t do it again and it was one of those things where like you’re sitting at your desk I don’t know if you’ve ever got an email if you’ve done something stupid and then it’s just like you just where does the blood go it’s like it just like drained out the bottom of my toes and I was like huh and there’s you know there’s like eight or nine people on this email chain I’m like they all know I’m just gonna quit I’m just gonna walk out and go how’d you ever talk to the guy about it I’m gonna I wrote back and I was like I didn’t mean it that way I apologized you know I was like best thing you can do is just admit say you know that was stupid you’re wrong and go on admit you’re wrong and think that it said fire yourself there’s nothing a difference between they call me wild pooping from then allowed o all caps in bold right if it wasn’t bold but never saw go but there’s if if you had just done bold isn’t that okay is that if it’s not offensive to do bold right I I will sometimes do bold parts bold parts is what I call me in an email this that bold is not yeah but is right when you send emails in a slight where there’s a lot of words here and because boulders are gonna read all the words both feels like its emphasis it’s like when you’re you know how people sometimes it doesn’t give people credit but in a in a very is still dangerous in a comment thread when the thing that I can’t stand is when somebody makes just a couple of words all caps it’s just like I’m not a fan of that like when somebody’s trying to make a point and they’re like Bruce is this and they’re really trying to make that point like ASAP because that that’s not like oh they can do that that’s okay all right but what about red cuz I type all my emails in red you know anything she’s got a little red there um red too dangerous color too blues okay green is positive but what if somebody have the ability to look at the red on their on their device what if they’ve got an old-school flip phone that’s just black and white they’re not gonna then they’re not going to be offended they’re not going to be offended right I you don’t want to offend someone just write a better email where it’s not going to the important things not going to get lost but it’s on you don’t poop in the street
