Gary Shanley said this, “Don’t get mad, get funny.” And it sounds like a weird advice to give. Yeah. But when you’re being challenged and you have to be on your feet in the moment, it’s easy to get upset, right? Cuz someone’s like messing up your show. One time this lady was so drunk. I was like basically laying into her. Mhm. And then she stood up and she fell over the table and like everything on the table landed on her. As she fell and all the food fell on her, I was like, “Eat out of that trough, you pig.” And sometimes karma just rains down and that’s beautiful. And I was amused by by calling her the pig. But I looked back at the audience and everyone was like, “Whoa.” I was like, and then you try to go like, so anyway, yesterday my kid is so cute and unpredictable. Nah, dude.
