MK 393: We Made Flamin’ Hot Pop Tarts

Let’s make Flamin’ Hot Pop Tarts, the forbidden breakfast. We’re making the filling from scratch, so we’re gonna add dried apples, dried pears, and a whole lot of dried strawberries to a pot. Cover with water to rehydrate it and add our Flamin’ Hot seasoning: sugar, corn syrup, and crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos for texture. Oh boy! Get there! Let’s make some spicy Pop Tart dough. We got flour, lot of that Flamin’ Hot seasoning, Crisco, water, soy lecithin as a binder, and then, like a little sack of corn starch. Do you like that? Red dye number 40 to round it out. Dough’s done. Cutting em’ out. Flamin’ Hot filling. Poke little holes. While those P-tarts are baking, I call them P-Tarts, we’re gonna make some frosting. So I’m gonna add egg whites to a bowl and start whipping ’em up. Add some milk, corn starch, a little bit of that Flamin’ Hot powder. There we go. Frosting’s done. We got a beautiful freshly baked Flamin’ Hot Tarts Is it doing it? Good enough. Flamin’ Hot Cheeto dust. Share ’em with a friend. Lily, flamin’ Hot Pop Tart. Josh, I don’t wanna. It’s gonna be good. I don’t like it. Why? Wait, wait for this spice to kick in maybe you’ll like it then. It’s gross.
