MK 577: Josh Upgrades the Italian Grinder Sandwich

So I’ve seen that new chopped Italian sub trend, and I’m gonna try it out. We got all of our ingredients here, we’re gonna add a little bit of red wine vinegar, they call that the juice, you go to Jose, they call that the juice. Olive oil and fresh cracked pepper. And instead of chopping up, I’m gonna save time and throw it in the food processor. Alright, everything into the soup. You wanna get a nice, smooth consistency, no lumps. Now you’re just gonna take your lovely hoagie roll and smear it in there. It kind of looks like a bit like pate de campagne, you know, a nice rustic french pate. Yum. It’s so good. It’s all of the flavors of an Italian sub. This is just a pate and it’s actually kind of nice. We did this as a joke and now I might just make this? Wait, I need to get more. I’m like white trash through and through, so this is just a good food to me.
