should I actually tell them my my my diet plan what it is it’s up to you do you want to share I would I would and I think this is somewhat rooted in science right so uh 1 g of protein per pound of body weight I’m about 205 lbs so I shoot for around 200 gram of protein and then to me the carb fat split doesn’t actually matter I don’t think carbs are worse or better than fats I try and just like eat normally I’ll like eat some rice and some fat yeah right and so I have four protein feedings those are meals protein feed but they’re protein feedings and then the carbs and fats the carbs and fats those are those are the fun little additions do you have your protein eatings for the day I have no more like preferences on when I should or shouldn’t eat something it’s all does this fit into and I don’t track my macros right or track my calories but as long as you’re maintaining your desired body weight whatever that may be then you’re eating roughly the appropriate amount of fats and carbs
