hey Josh Josh can you make me something Gourmet with only $10 10 bucks this will be easy instant Ramen is actually one of my favorite versatile ingredients I know chefs all over the world eat this stuff scallion scallion can be used in so many different ways we’re actually going to make a scallion paste with a little bit of that chicken bullan powder from the ramen we’re going to slice the second part of the scallion raor thin for some nice garnish get some beautiful freshness on there and then one of my favorite techniques we’re actually going to slice the scallion vertically making some lovely scallion curls going to do an easy sunny side up egg add your scallion paste you get it cooking and dump in your noodles going to add them to our plate going to slide that egg right on top garnish with your crispy Ramen a little bit of extra seasoning and of course those lovely scallion curls wait this is only like $2 worth what’ you do with the other eight uh about that come on come on
