( music playing ) It was Kylie Jenner who famously said, “I change my style maybe every month. I’m like punk one month, ghetto fab the next, classy the next, I’m just young and finding out who I am.” Yes, you are, Kylie. Beauty trends, they are always changing. One day, high-waisted pants are cool, and then the next day, everybody sagging again. But the best way to stay trendy is to bend the trends. We’re gonna do just that by literally inverting a few of them and then determine if these “turnt” versions have what it takes to become the next big thing. It’s time for… Removing unwanted body hair is a multi-million dollar industry because, let’s face it, some guys have too much chest hair. Who? This is the traditional way of fixing such a problem. Ah… ah… ah– ah! I thought you were gonna count! Gracious! Gah! There’s still a lot there, I mean, look it, you got a lot down there! Now, some guys don’t have chest hair. You’ve shaved yours off. ‘Cause I wanted to demonstrate this condition. And maybe they want more chest hair. How do we fix this? Simple. We reverse-wax. The “Flip It” version of wax strips are, of course, hair application strips. Just gonna put this right on here. Down, and then three, two, one. – Ha! – ( screams ) ( Link laughs ) Show it to the people. – Look at that. – ( sultry music playing ) Hey. Hey, hey. Hey. Hey. Look right here. You like this part? Right here? It’s a little thick, you want to touch it? Who are you talking to? Whoever wants to touch it. No one, no one wants to touch it. Well, what do you think? You think it works? I mean, I can’t even see myself, I’m just imagining how good it looks. Well, I think, you know, it’s good to keep the chest warm. So from a survivalist standpoint, I’m very much in favor of it, but from a style perspective… Is it just too much? – It’s a bit much. – Yeah. It’s a bit thick. Rhett: Okay, hair waxing, does it flip? – No. – Not quite. It was Kylie Jenner who famously said, “If you’re different or if you think something about you is just weird and out of the ordinary, I just think that’s so dope.” Once again, Kylie, you nailed it, girl. Press-on nails are so in the ordinary they’re practically begging to be flipped, so we have created the press-on toenails. Come on over, Rhett Rover. Hey, guys. Oh, my gosh. I’m here now. Yeah, your feet are very “creaturely.” I’ve never been attracted to my own feet, until today. I don’t know that that’s made it any better. They’re kinda coming off a little bit, I don’t have a lot of nail to work with to press on. Oh, those aren’t real? You haven’t grown those out? No, they’re press-on, you introduced it. – Yeah. – You should know that. I don’t know, I’m trying to think about the person who might be in the market for this. Well, you’re going clubbing and then you attack small prey for, like, a midnight snack. – Rhett: They’re like talons. – Link: Yes. If you’re, like, a New York City clubber… – Yeah. – You know you can kick the trash in New York City and rats will scurry out? You get a friend to kick the trash and then you pierce a rat and get a little late-night snack. Everybody wins. Okay, but the question is press-on fingernails, do they flip? Rhett: Yes! The most classic, iconic beauty accessory in modern history is undoubtedly lipstick. Rock stars and supermodels alike use this amalgamation of oils and waxes to give their lips that little something extra. But what if we flipped it? What if we applied lipstick to everywhere on the face except the lips? Introducing… face-stick! ( music playing ) Do I have any on my teeth? I don’t wanna look silly. No, it’s mostly just there. Yeah, on my face. – Thanks to this. – Wow, you did a great job with that, Link. You really applied it evenly. Yeah, would you like some? No, I’m okay. Wow, I don’t know how to take this. Well… there are advantages, you know? You don’t risk getting lipstick on someone when you’re kissing them. – True. – But, when you’re head-butting them… – Yeah, that’s a problem. – …that could be a problem. You just look really, really embarrassed. And it makes me feel uncomfortable. Trust me, I am. It’s either like, ooh, is that a bad case of sunburn, is he embarrassed? No, it’s face-stick! I feel like I would have to tell everybody. – Yeah, you have to keep explaining. – I did this on purpose! No, it’s the face-stick, everybody! It’s face-stick! You’ll be into it in six months. And, for that reason alone, lipstick, does it flip? Both: No. Stick around because we’re about to find out if you can tell the difference between an official Olympic term and a Coachella band. Rhett: Un-chap your mouth flaps with a Rhett and Link Lip Balm, available at mythical.store.
