No, we keep pushing on, pushing harder to crushing up all the chips and then refrying them into a super chip. It’s time for Mixing Things Up! Every Chip Edition. Okay boys, it’s time to mash up every type of chip on the market and combine them into a monstrous super chip the likes of which the world has never seen. Cause we’re kinda gonna make a Pringle. Yeah, we are, aren’t we? So I feel like. It’s a particulation. Because it’s a bunch of crushed up things. It’s like particle board, but chips. As an homage to Pringles, because we’re doing what Pringles does, we can’t hate on them, so we gotta do three Pringles. We can’t do one, and we can’t do five. Nope. We’re gonna do three. It’s hard to take three Pringles out of a stack. Take it from me. This is, this is very. S-S-Sun Chips original. This is like a throwback for us. I mean, I might do two. Nostalgia. Nostalgia. Terra Blues. Oh, this would do something for the color. Let’s taste it. Oh, you haven’t had these? Mm mm. It just tastes like healthy, like salty. Why is it a little fishy? Do three. So I think what they’re doing is they’re just saying potato chip, but they want you to think. It’s not fish. Tara, sweet potato. Oh. You know sweet potato’s good for you. I mean. What’s your philosophy here? I need a reason for things. I haven’t done it yet, I’m just grabbing. But, I think one. Color? Two. Alright, I’ll go with two. Terra Taro Chips. Taro? I just don’t care about what taro is doing. But they got fiber in them. But they got good fibers. I don’t like the taste at all though. Two? Or one? One. Tostitos Original. Here we go. You know what these taste like. Uh, let’s just go, let’s go. They’re big. Let’s go three. Whoa, that’s a lot of corn. Yep, two. Alright, before we move on, we need a crush and taste. ASMR. There we go. There we go. Slough those into the middle for me. That can be your job. You can be the potato slougher. Caress it in my hand. I mean, none of these have any flavor, dude. What are you expecting? It’s a salt base. Oh. Oh. What? What? I don’t like it. Hold on. It’s very corny. Yeah, the corn. You went hard on the corn. I did two! They were so big! Why are we only tasting corn? This is bad. Here. Yeah, what happened? We don’t have any cheese flavored yet. That’s the thing. I’m doing your job, man. Well, I’m crushing, man. Okay, we’re gonna begin the flavored category A through K starting with Calbee brand honey butter chips. Let’s taste. That sounds good. Sweet chips always throw me. Two. It’ll be nice in a salty mix. If I want something sweet, I don’t go for chips. Calbee’s seaweed and salt. You’re not gonna like these. This might be scary. But we can’t say, we can’t do zero. It’s subtle. One. It’s an umami. Yeah. Let’s go with, let’s go with three. Yeah, maybe three. I like, I like that idea. Cape Cod, Sea Salt, and Croc– Cracked Pepper. Ooh, Cracked Pepper. We’re gonna go big on these. Yep, yep. We’re gonna go fiver. Oh! Yeah! That’s good. Hit that hard. Cape Cod, Sea Salt, and Vinegar. You know we love these. Classic. How many did you do? I did like four ish. Five. Vinegar’s the best, alright? Deep River Spicy Dill Pickle. Oh. Little bag. New York Spicy Dill Pickle, huh? That’s one of my favorites that we’ve had so far. I think we gotta go five on that. We gotta make a statement somewhere. Six? I’ll eat one. Doritos Nacho Cheese. Oh, oh, these are good. We have to go so big on these. This is one of the best chips in the world. I mean, that’s very generous, but. Doritos Cool Ranch. The slightly better version of Doritos. Dump them. Or I can. Match the same amount. Oh. Yep. Doritos Golden Sriracha. Whoa! What? You ever had these? No. Golden Sriracha. Is that real gold? Ooh. Oh! Five. It’s not too, um, spicy in any way. Good taste, though. I don’t want to just remake a Dorito, but I recommend trying it. Doritos Spicy Sweet Chili. Did these win our contest? Are they in the roof? These are the best flavored Doritos, according to us. Tapatio won. Oh, tapatio? Alright, I only put three and a half. I’m gonna taste one. It’s, it’s a good chip. That’s, that’s fine. Hawaiian Sweet Maui Onion. This is the only sweet chip that I can stomach. Yeah, cause onions are good. Savory. Go big on those. Big? One, two, three, four. It might be time for you to crush a little bit. There’s some dinky ones. We’re gonna start crushing it. Listen. Listen. Oh, yeah. Nope. Welcome to the Pringle Factory. Alright, let’s give it a taste. You got the sniffles? I think I’m allergic to some of these chips. Oh. Doritos nacho coming on strong. But. It got better. The thing that we didn’t take into account was that all those Doritos are corn. So we’re very much corn centric right now. What’s wrong with that? I’m, I was just hoping we’d have more potato. You know the one thing I can decipher out of this and I’m feeling good about it? The pickle chips. Yes. And I feel strong that that’s a good decision. Boys, we’re only halfway through this thing. Okay, alright, we gotta get back at it. Bear with us. Oh no, I’m just saying you have, you have, you know, the same amount of chances now. Okay, alright. Herr’s hot sauce. Hers. Hers. So we can share. What are these? Weird. It tastes like Texas Pete, I love it. Yeah, it really does. I mean, I’m not afraid to put that many. Yeah, do it. Kettle, crinkle cut truffle oil, and sea salt. I’ve always wanted to try these! Woo! That truffle oil, that’s gonna be real strong. Hits. I’ll do three. I do like them, but All right. Man. Kettle Honey Dijon. I don’t know how I could eat more than like two of those. Honey Dijon. Mm. Interesting flavor. Mustard adds a, mustard adds so much. Five. Five?! A little more than five. I like those, boy. Kettle Farmstand Ranch. Ranch? I forgot about ranch. Farmstand? So it’s like, this is out in the open air. Just like, people driving by. Selling out of the back of a truck. That’s a fiver. For sure. We love some ranch. Yeah. Kettle, pepperoncini. Ooh, yeah, that’s like a little pepper that they put in the Papa John’s pizza. Never had this. What you think? I will say virtually every chip that you’ve both commented that you’ve never had, you have in fact had. But, I am enjoying that you’re experiencing these all for the first time. We’re like babies. You know what? You go around the corner, and you come back, and it’s hello again. Yep. No object permanence. Parmesan garlic. Oh yeah, never had these. No, I have had these. I love the idea of these. These are killer. They match my glove. 5. Okay, here’s the thing. You’ve been doing a really great job with your crushing. But we’re, we need to, we gotta move on. So do, do your crushing there. But, no, it’s good news for you because the Mythical Kitcheneers have pre crushed this next little category. Did y’all doubt us? What? No, just like to give you a little bit of help. So, let’s crush, mix, taste, and then know that the next chips are all gonna be pre crushed. I just feel like, we take pride in this, and I feel like this is just, you’re taking it away from us like the machines are gonna do. Okay, let’s move on to Lay’s All Dressed. Oh my god, those are so good. They’ve started selling these in America. Thanks to us. Well, how many chips do you think that is? There’s 20 chips in each bowl. 20 chips? Yes. That’s 20? Good lord. Alright, so you need to go a quarter of it for those because we love them. I feel like my job just got a lot harder. You try to make it easy. Sour cream and onions, salt and vinegar, and barbecue. I’m doing half of this. Woo! Lay’s Limon. Just like this much. Okay. Lays sweet southern heat barbecue. Do your worst. Miss Vickeys jalapeño. Yeah, I know these are good. Pringles pizza. Put just a little bit. Ruffles baked sour cream and cheddar. The flavor is important, though. Yeah. Ruffles queso. Mm hmm. Super strong. That’s 4. Gotta recommend these. Sun Chips Garden Salsa. We need a little sunshine in there. Tostitos Hint of Lime. Go light. That’s enough. Good. Utz Ripples Sour Cream and Onion. Whoa, that’s very subtle. Not enough flavor. Zapp’s Spicy Cajun Craw Taters. Going big on that. And finally, Zapp’s Voodoo. That’s real good. Alright, mix it up, knead it up. Let’s get a little taste here and see if there’s anything we need to adjust. It’s very light orange. Oh my. I wish it wasn’t so corny. I feel like I need to go into different places. We’ve really improved it though. We have, but– What’s the best potato chip that we tasted? Well, we do have the Lay’s Classics. All dressed, Lay’s Classics. Ooh, all dressed. Or, like, a sour cream and onion. But we need to put some more taters in there. All dressed Yes. Do we have anything else in rame, do we have any more sour cream and onion in the ramekin? We have Utz Ripple sour cream and onion. Oh great, yeah. Those are really light though, but yeah. Half of that. Oh. All of that. Alright, mix it up, mix it up, mix it up. I think it tastes really good, I will say that. Okay, okay. I don’t want your fingers to be sore. Still very orange. Still really good. I think we’ve got the corn to potato ratio correct. This isn’t a lot of chips. No! It wasn’t a lot of chips. So what, um, I mean, you, you ground it down even more, apparently. Yeah, so, after you guys gave me that absolutely beautifully crushed melange of chips. I decided to crush it up a little bit more. We actually crushed it in a spice grinder. Then we added a little bit of hot water. And then we made kind of like a chip dough. Dehydrated it and then deep fried it. Hmm. It’s. It got dark. It did get dark. Our chips are dark, but the darker the chip, the better it is for you. I already said it. I think there might be a name in there. Dark chips. The darker the chip. Dot, dot, dot. You can, you fill in the blank. You fill in the blank. But first, we just taste the chip without the dip, right? Oh yeah, definitely. It smells, um, complex. It’s crispy. Very crunchy. It tastes so much more potatoy now. than before you went through your process. That’s, it’s pretty crispy and pretty dark, but because we’re taking stuff that’s already been fried and we’re frying it again. I don’t, I, I, I hate to say it, but I don’t know if this is as good as our, as our, as our condiments. Yeah. Let’s dip it in something and see what happens. Yeah, I gotta say, um, I mean, Nicole, I don’t know what your expectations were of us. Oh, zero. I never have any expectations. Did you taste one? I did not taste one. Well, you might not like it if you did. Okay. Good to know. These chips. Is this about the dips now? Are a disappointment. Maybe that’s what we should call it. I feel like I had an all dressed chip to dip into this. There’s nothing good about it. I’m sorry. I can’t come up with anything. What we sent was good. What we got back is probably the worst chip I’ve ever tasted. It’s too dork. This is horrible. H O A R B I B L E. It’s not that bad. It’s a little bit better than you’re saying.
