- Can we tell if someone is lying
about liking certain foods?
- Let's talk about that.
(swaying rhythmic music)
(swaying rhythmic music ending)
"Good Mythical Morning."
- We have tried to cure picky
eating on this show before,
but sometimes disgust is so
strong, it cannot be broken.
- Yeah, but we shouldn't
make fun of people for it.
- I didn't say we should.
- Mm-hmm.
You did not.
- But today,
we're going to find out
if we can see through the
Mythical crew's brave faces
while they eat food that they hate.
- (laughing) 'Cause you know I can't!
Let's meet our first
panel: Meghan, Leonard,
and Hot Dog on a Stick
former employee, Matt Carney.
- Mmm.
I didn't know you knew about that.
- (laughing) Yup.
So y'all like some things
and you hate some things,
but we don't know what
those things are, do we?
- I think we all like black licorice.
- [Rhett] Oh, well yeah, that's
what you're supposed to say.
- Mikayla, is that the first thing?
- [Mikayla] That is the first thing.
'Cause I'm here too.
- Mm-hmm.
- Hey, Mikayla.
- [Mikayla] Hey.
So each crew member
has a plate of black
licorice in front of them.
At least one person in this
lineup loves black licorice,
and at least one person can't stand it.
Their job is to eat it and
convince you that they like it.
Your job is to guess who actually does.
Got it?
- Got it!
- [Mikayla] Alright.
- So are we also indicating...
You either like it or ya hate it.
There's no in between though.
- [Mikayla] There's no in between.
- You have to make a choice.
Check mark if they like it,
"X" if they don't like it.
- Okay.
- [Mikayla] Yup.
You understand the game so good.
I'm so happy.
- Well, can I just say,
I love this.
I love it.
- You love black licorice?
- It is one of my delicacies.
(crew member laughing)
- [Mikayla] Your eyes went
to the back of your head.
That was crazy.
(crew laughing)
- Oh, yeah.
(crew laughing)
- I love it too.
- Mm-hmm.
- It's not food!
(crew laughing)
- It's wonderful
because nothing else on
earth tastes like it.
(Link spitting out licorice)
- I'm sure there's plenty of things
that could kill you, harm you,
or make you a worse person
that you could eat, just like this.
Okay.
You see, guys, I can't do
what is being asked of you,
so do your best.
- [Mikayla] Yeah, so y'all
gotta be really good actors.
Let's start with Meghan.
Why don't you try first?
- Oh, it's good.
(Rhett laughing)
- "Oh, it's good."
- It's good.
I like it.
- [Link] I mean, it wasn't a small bite.
- [Rhett] It wasn't.
And there's more.
- [Link] Oh, and more is goin' in there.
- [Rhett] And her eyes went
back, just like mine did.
(everyone laughing)
- Mmm!
- [Rhett] Mm-hmm.
- Mm-hmm.
- [Link] I'm still watchin' her though.
- It's really hard to
chew though. (laughing)
- I mean, it's tough
to chew for everybody.
Even if you love it, it's
tough to chew sometimes.
- [Meghan] Yeah.
- But if you like it, you'll stick with it
as, I guess, we move to the next one?
- [Mikayla] Yeah, go ahead, Leonard.
- Alright.
Yeah, these are some thick boys for sure.
- [Link] Oh, whole thing.
All in with the thick boy.
- Mm-hmm.
Like snappin' into a sausage.
- Uh-huh.
(crew laughing)
- It does have a
sausage-like quality to it,
like a fennel type flavor,
anise or whatever that is.
- [Link] I'm watchin' him.
- [Rhett] He seems like he's okay.
Oh, now a smile.
- [Link] A Little
jovial, a little chuckle.
- I noticed the eyes have not gone back.
(laughing) Yeah, there.
Okay.
(laughing) Whoa.
- He can't do it, can he?
- No, he crossed them a little bit.
That was good.
- He crossed 'em, yeah.
Leonard.
(everyone laughing)
Leonard, you've never rolled
your eyes back in your head.
- We remember he had a
tough time with pretzels.
(Leonard laughing)
- [Link] (laughing) Right.
- That'll come in.
- [Link] (laughing) Okay.
- [Mikayla] Alright, Carney?
- Alright.
- Meghan is still chewing.
- [Rhett] She's still chewing.
(everyone laughing)
- [Link] I mean, you don't
have to eat the whole...
- I really committed with the second bite,
and I've never chewed black
liquors on camera before
and I'm realizing that was a mistake.
- Yeah, exactly.
But you still love it.
- I was gonna say these are thick boys,
but Leonard said that, so
I got nothing else to say.
- You can call 'em thick girls.
- [Rhett] Okay.
He went full lic.
(Matt breathing deeply)
He seems like he might be studying it.
- Hmm.
I was gonna say it's like
snapping into a sausage,
but Leonard said that already, so.
(Rhett laughing)
(market lid clicking)
- Wow. This is the
problem with goin' last.
- Now the smile.
- [Rhett] So how do you feel about it?
- It's such a unique taste.
Nothing else in the
world tastes like this.
- [Rhett] (laughing) I already said that.
- Yeah.
I wonder, is it just anise?
Anise?
- [Rhett] I don't know.
- [Mikayla] Anus.
- Anus?
And nothing else?
- Mikayla. (giggling)
- It is.
- It's licorice root.
- It's anus.
- It's special.
- It's pure anus.
- If I said it tastes like
anus, would that confuse you
as to whether I liked
it or didn't like it?
- Uh, no, it would give me nothing.
- I have learned all I need to learn.
Okay, I'm ready to vote.
- [Mikayla] Okay.
(marker squeaking)
- Oh, we got a little squeaky squeak.
(crew member laughing)
- [Mikayla] Alright, you ready?
I'm gonna do a three, two, one.
- Well, one at a time,
we can turn it around.
- [Mikayla] One at a time?
Okay, go ahead, Link.
- I think Meghan was the
only one who liked it.
- Ooh!
I said I thought Carney was
the only one who liked it.
The taking so long to chew made me think,
if you really like it,
you're gonna get it down.
And I saw a little bit of fear in her eyes
right when she looked at it.
That's all I'm goin' with.
- [Link] Carney's nostrils flared
right when it went in his mouth,
like he has expelled all his air.
- [Rhett] But we both agreed
that Leonard hated it.
- Yeah.
Leonard, you did not like it.
(Rhett and Meghan laughing)
(Leonard gagging)
When he was chewing it, his
eyes fixated on one place.
- (laughing) Yeah, yeah.
He went to a place to get
through it. (laughing)
- Yeah, yeah.
He wasn't usin'...
- Okay.
- You hate it, right? (laughing)
- Hold on, hold on, hold
on, hold on, hold on.
- I dunno.
- It's gonna be revealed.
- We dunno for sure.
- It's gonna be revealed
to us in a cool way.
- [Mikayla] Right.
(Matt laughing)
(laughing) Not in the
way Leonard is doin' it.
(Rhett laughing)
Will the real black
licorice lover or lovers
reveal yourselves?
- I love it.
- [Rhett] Yeah!
- I love it.
- See, I saw it in your face!
- So you misdirected.
You were faking.
- No, that would not be
in the spirit of the game.
I though I was just having a neutral face.
Was I acting like I didn't like it?
That was not intentional and I apologize.
- [Link] That's your neutral face.
- Yeah, I have resting "I hate this" face.
Yeah, yeah.
- Yeah, I just...
- I shoulda known that. (laughing)
- You looked like you just were like,
yeah, another day, another black licorice.
And Meghan, I swear,
I know what you look like
when you're scared now.
(Meghan and Matt laughing)
Because as that thing was
getting close to your mouth,
there was like this flash of fear.
And I was like, I'm not gonna forget that.
No matter what happens, don't deny that.
- I was doing a mantra before this.
I was like, "I am strong.
I am brave.
I can do this." (laughing)
- [Link] I am very impressed.
- Yeah, you got Link.
- You completely fooled me.
- Ugh.
(Link laughing)
I told Matt right before,
I was like, "I don't
have a good poker face.
It's gonna be bad."
- [Mikayla] Well, every
correct guess on your board
wins you one point,
and every incorrect
guess takes a point away.
- Ooh.
- [Mikayla] So Rhett,
you have three points,
and Link, you have negative one.
(crew member laughing)
(bell chiming)
- I just wanna say,
this is the worst thing
I've ever done on this show.
(everyone laughing)
(bright ascending music)
- Welcome to the panel, Lucas and Emily.
- Hey.
- [Rhett] Now, Leonard,
I see that you are brushing
your teeth currently.
- Yeah.
(crew laughing)
(toothbrush scratching)
Yeah.
- [Link] It's hard to get
that stuff outta there.
- 'Cause I don't wanna talk
to you two right now, okay?
(Rhett and crew laughing)
- Hey, everything's about to be okay.
What do we got, Mikayla?
- [Mikayla] We got bologna.
- Yes!
This is like a greatest hits meal for me!
(crew laughing)
I mean, I've eaten so
much bologna in my life.
I stopped probably 10 years ago
when I found out that it
was a Class 1 carcinogen.
- What?
- [Link] What do you mean by that?
- I don't wanna eat it.
- Processed meats are the-
- Class 1?
- They're like cigarettes, basically.
And that's why I roll it up.
(crew laughing)
- I could fake that I like
this, even though I don't.
I'm repulsed by the slimy, floppy,
It's like it was poured into somethin'
and then made into meat.
- It's a feat of engineering,
is what Link is saying.
- Oh, gosh.
- And also, it's kinda like
if pudding became meat,
which is why I don't understand
why you don't like it.
- (laughing) That's a good point.
Now I like it!
- If pudding got hard and
you started slicin' it?
- And it became meat.
- You can make bologna.
Okay, let's watch our panelists eat it
and see how they feel about it.
- [Mikayla] Yeah, Lucas, you go first.
- Okay.
- [Mikayla] You got this.
- [Rhett] Okay.
- [Link] (laughing)
That's a little nibble.
- [Rhett] It's a pretty meager bite there.
- [Link] That's another meager bite.
- [Rhett] He doesn't
seem to be in ecstasy.
- His eyes are completely focused.
(Rhett laughing)
He seems hollow of emotion.
- Do we have to go?
Like, can we move on?
- [Link] Am I just describing Lucas?
- What?
(everyone laughing)
That's not fair.
- Okay.
I think I've learned
everything I need to know
about Lucas and his
relationship with bologna.
- Okay, Leonard?
- Why is it so wet?
- Yeah, it's real wet.
I dried mine off before we started.
(Leonard laughing)
- Juicy, it's juicy!
- That's the good stuff!
- [Rhett] It's juicy!
Come on.
- [Mikayla] Your minty bologna, Leonard?
- Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A new way.
- He just did that.
- That's a good way to eat it.
- I was talking about the mint.
- Oh.
- Mint bologna.
Oscar Mayer, holler at me.
- [Rhett] Uh-huh.
- [Link] So you want a
sponsorship from Oscar Mayer.
- Mint bologna.
- [Link] You wanna be the face of bologna.
(Leonard laughing)
- Okay.
Alright, Emily?
- Okay.
I'm gonna do the same way you did it.
- You didn't dry it off though.
Okay.
- Eh, it's the good stuff.
- You keep sayin' that.
(Emily gagging)
(everyone laughing)
- Sorry.
- Alright, okay.
- Wow.
(Emily laughing)
- [Rhett] Hey.
- [Link] She said, "It's the good stuff."
- And the wonderful thing
is like she almost
convinced herself of it.
Like, she got so close.
- "It's the good stuff."
(Emily gagging)
- [Emily] Sorry.
- It just-
- [Mikayla] I don't even think
it touched your mouth, Emily.
- No, it didn't.
- It touched my tongue!
- [Mikayla] Come on, dude!
- It's like another tongue
just touching my tongue!
- [Leonard] Oh my god, that was so funny.
- I mean, I can't believe
I made it through the smell
of it being underneath me.
- You were doing so good.
I was totally believing you up
until that moment of gagging.
- [Emily] (laughing) Sorry.
(marker squeaking)
- [Link] But I mean, you still-
- It's like a first date,
you know what I mean?
(Rhett laughing)
- Oh, that was so funny.
- [Link] But we need to
see you eat it though
to make a decision.
- Absolutely not.
(everyone laughing)
- Okay, I'll reveal first.
I feel like Leonard was the
only one who really liked it.
- That's what I said because
Lucas didn't give us much.
He was only nibbling.
(Link sighing)
(Rhett laughing)
So we're in agreement.
- Have you ever seen Lucas eat?
- That's just how you eat.
- Oh, oh.
- That's how he eats.
- You need just nibbling.
- I haven't sat across from
him while eating before.
- So this round is a wash
unless I change an answer.
Unless you want to change an answer.
- [Mikayla] Okay, well...
- I'll change my answer.
- [Mikayla] You sure?
- Yeah, I was so on the fence
and I need to try to get ahead.
I'm going to say, yeah, Lucas liked it,
but it's not like he was crazy about it.
- Okay.
- [Mikayla] Okay.
Will our lover or lovers of
bologna please reveal yourself?
- Come on, boys.
No!
(Rhett laughing)
- Yeah.
- Alright, so.
- [Mikayla] So, yeah, it was just Leonard.
- If you want to retract your change
so you don't go further in the hole,
I'm willing to accept that.
- Yes. Oh, thank you.
I will do that.
(bell chiming)
Lucas, how bad do you hate it?
- (stammering) It's awful.
(Rhett laughing)
- [Link] "It's awful," but you can eat it.
- Well, I could eat it for
a show or for a sponsorship.
- Do you like salami?
- Like everybody.
- I love salami, yeah.
- Yeah, 'cause the
salami-bologna delineation,
I see that a lot,
and I guess I just don't
have a sensitivity to it.
- [Lucas] Yeah.
I'm pretty sensitive.
- So this round, because of
my friend's pity, is a wash.
(bright ascending music)
- [Rhett] Alright, Meghan's
back and Brittany has joined us.
What do we got on the menu, Mikayla?
- [Link] Lucas is still here.
- [Mikayla] Lucas is still there.
Hi, Lucas.
- Thank you.
I stayed.
- [Mikayla] Okay.
We have raw fish,
specifically tuna, salmon,
and yellowtailed sashimi.
- My family loves sushi so
much that I have to really try.
- I'll say, as someone
who likes sushi a lot.
I like sushi, not...
I like sashimi, but I
prefer it when it's on rice
and there's somethin' else goin' on.
You know what I'm sayin'?
It's like, I like this,
but I'm not sittin' around craving it.
I'm like, okay, well-
- Some people, it's just their thing.
They just can't get enough of it.
- Can't we have like some
soy sauce or somethin', like?
(Link sighing)
This could be tough for some individuals.
I could see that being the case.
(chopstick tapping)
Okay.
- [Mikayla] Link, you're
just not gonna... (laughing)
- I did eat some of it.
- How much?
And which one?
- I ate the...
- [Rhett] Albacore?
Or what is it, yellowtail?
- I ate the yellowtail because -
- [Rhett] There is a real
difference in the way they taste.
- Christy loves this,
and I'm tryin' to get to
a point where I can do it.
- A lotta times, I just
eat it all real fast.
And I don't even think
about how it tastes.
That's how I get through life.
(crew laughing)
- [Mikayla] Okay.
Let's start with you, Lulu.
- Okay.
- [Link] Okay, how does he eat?
- [Rhett] If they know
how to use chopsticks,
that has some...
(crew laughing)
- [Link] Took a bite.
He's a nibbler.
(crew member laughing)
He doesn't like the moniker of nibbler.
- That's a good sized bite.
That was a reasonable sized bite.
- He's taking a reasonable bite, yeah.
Okay, I see that.
- [Lucas] That's the
amount that I should take.
- [Link] Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
- [Rhett] Uh-huh.
- [Link] He's goin' for all three.
- [Rhett] He's tryin' to
be a little bit, like...
- [Link] I like how
he's settin' a standard
that now everyone has to eat all three.
(crew laughing)
- [Rhett] And he's refusing to
touch it with his other hand
under any circumstances.
- [Link] Hmm.
Okay.
- Look at that.
- Alright, mic drop moment.
- He kinda looked like he just did a dare.
(everyone laughing)
Ya know?
A little bit, just a little bit.
Like, "What, what?
You didn't think I could do it?"
- [Mikayla] Y'all don't think
Lucas always looks like that?
- [Rhett] (laughing) Yeah.
I mean, that is the thing about Lucas.
- Resting dare face.
(Rhett and crew laughing)
- Alright, Brittany.
- Okay, Brittany, go ahead.
- Okay.
I mean, I guess we're eating all three?
- [Rhett] Not necessarily.
You don't have to.
- Okay.
- [Rhett] Brittany,
she eats a lotta stuff.
She's always about town,
findin' a new spot.
I haven't watched-
- Do you wanna say anything
about my weight? Link might.
(Rhett and crew laughing)
- [Link] Your weight?
- Now, I'm not gonna
say anything about that.
- I would never.
- Okay.
(Meghan laughing)
- [Rhett] But I don't know
if I've ever seen her
review a sushi place.
But I haven't seen every
video, so I mean, I don't know.
- [Link] There's a lot of head nodding
that has been happening.
(Brittany laughing)
- [Rhett] Yeah.
She's like trying to help
her jaw do the chewing
by moving her...
- [Link] Like, bobbling
to get it down maybe?
- Wow.
It doesn't appear as if anyone
has had a good time yet.
(everyone laughing)
I will just point that out.
Let's see what Meghan does.
- I was really afraid
because Lucas did so
bad with the chopsticks.
Now I have to do it. (laughing)
- This isn't a competition, I don't think.
- [Link] Okay.
- [Mikayla] Meghan, are you left-handed?.
- Mm-hmm.
- [Rhett] I hope so.
- [Mikayla] Me too!
(everyone laughing)
- I'm doin' a trick.
(crew laughing)
- [Link] Okay, yeah, she's thinkin'.
- I like that one better.
- You're not supposed to say that.
- I didn't know we were
allowed to say that.
- Yeah, you're not supposed to say that.
- [Rhett] Say whatever you want to.
- I can't say what my favorite one is?
- Meghan, you can say
whatever you wanna say.
- Thank you.
- It doesn't have to be true.
- Good!
- "Good."
(Link squeaking)
(Rhett and Link squeaking)
(crew laughing)
- I'm with Rhett.
I prefer a cut roll, but I like it.
- [Rhett] Me too.
- [Lucas] Yeah.
- I don't know who like
really enjoys this.
- Yeah.
- For sure.
- A little soy sauce.
- Like soy, anything going on.
(Brittany laughing)
- This is the hardest one so far.
Can I say that?
- Yeah, you can say that.
- I don't know.
- I can say anything I want to.
- [Mikayla] It's your show.
- Okay.
(marker squeaking)
How confident are you, Link?
- You said in every
round, someone likes it.
- [Mikayla] Yeah.
- 'Cause I'm tempted to
be like, nobody liked it.
Okay, Rhett?
- I think the only person
who genuinely didn't like it
is Brittany.
- Oh.
- Yeah.
- I thought the only person
who did like it was Lucas.
- [Mikayla] Okay.
- [Link] Meghan definitely didn't like it.
Look at her now.
- I'm great.
- Well, look at her a second ago.
(crew laughing)
- [Mikayla] Alright,
will our lover or lovers
please reveal yourself?
- [Link] Okay!
So-
- Okay, so we were wrong about Brittany.
She did like it.
- We're both all over the place.
- Meghan, you didn't like it.
But I didn't see the fear
in your eyes that time.
- Well, you coached me to know
that I shouldn't show fear.
- Well, hey, you did it.
(Meghan laughing)
Mission accomplished.
- You like how I diverted
with the chopstick bit?
- Yes.
I was like,
"Oh, the chopsticks!"
(everyone laughing)
I got you. (laughing)
- [Crew Member] Brittany is a great go-to
for a sushi joint recommendation.
She's a sushi girl about town.
- It's my favorite food in the
world, but this is maybe not.
I mean, it's not bad,
but I would definitely like
a little brush of soy sauce
or a little flake of salt or
(indistinct) or something.
- [Rhett] Agreed.
- [Link] So what you didn't like about it
was that it didn't meet your standards.
(Brittany laughing)
- Not my words.
It's just like, ya know, I think it-
- 'Cause you didn't
like somethin' about it.
That's what I was pickin' up on.
- Well, no.
Yeah, I agree.
- It was a little...
- I love sushi,
but I didn't have a good
time eating those two pieces.
- No.
- [Rhett] And it seemed like you didn't,
so that's what I was lookin' at.
- Yeah.
Sorry.
- Y'all are picky.
- There's a lot that goes
into each and every episode
of "Good Mythical Morning."
We have an incredible crew
that puts a lotta hard
work into each episode.
And you can see their process.
- We also work hard, but.
- Yeah.
You can see the "Behind
the Mythicality" process
overall in the Mythical Society.
- Yeah.
I mean, I think maybe they work harder,
and (laughing) I find
out when I watch 'em too.
- That's right.
(bright ascending music)
- [Mikayla] Okay, we got our final panel.
We have Carney and Emily rejoining us.
- [Link] You're already
eating licorice again?
- [Rhett] He's pre-gaming licorice.
(crew laughing)
- It smells bad.
- [Link] I don't think you can do that.
- Okay.
- It's just, you're messin'
with Brittany's face.
(crew laughing)
- Sorry.
- Yeah, yeah.
Okay, thank you.
- [Mikayla] Alright.
So as you can see, we have cilantro.
So, why don't you guys try
it first and then we'll...
- Now, nobody eats...
Even if you like cilantro, which I do,
nobody eats it like this
unless you're a rabbit.
(crew laughing)
I ain't a rabbit.
Okay.
Now, you may remember,
I said on this show
that I think it's a myth
that people have a genetic
disposition to this.
And what I meant, let me clarify.
- [Mikayla] Please.
- Is that I think it tastes
like soap to me as well,
but I like it when it's on stuff.
If I eat it right here by itself,
it's like you put hand soap in your mouth.
That's what it tastes like.
But when you put it on a taco,
it adds somethin' that I really like.
So what I'm saying the myth is,
is that some people think
it tastes like soap,
some people don't.
It's that some people like soap.
- But I think that the people
who are allegedly genetically,
uh, what is the word?
- [Mikayla] Predisposed.
- Thank you.
To not liking it can't
take it in any form.
Taco or otherwise.
- It's the only thing they
can taste when they taste it,
and it just ruins everything.
- [Matt] That's what I think I've heard.
- It's like literally
putting soap on a taco.
- That's what I think I've heard.
- Well, that might be true.
I'm just saying I also
think it tastes like soap,
but I like it.
- [Mikayla] Okay.
Well, Carney, why don't you
go ahead and try it first?
- How much would you like to see us eat?
- [Rhett] A pinch.
- A pinch.
- [Rhett] Let's see what
you think a pinch is.
- [Link] I think you
need at least two leaves.
- [Rhett] That's good.
- [Link] Maybe half of that.
- Oh.
- Oh, thank you.
Or, whatever.
(Rhett and crew laughing)
- "Thank you or whatever." (laughing)
The man who was pre-gaming black licorice
and then said, "Thank you or whatever,"
do you think he likes it or not?
- Wow.
- I like it all.
- Well, ya know what, you're a father.
(Matt laughing)
- Right.
- Ya know?
- True that.
- [Link] You know how to
withstand all types of pain.
- [Rhett] Yeah, yeah, right.
- Yeah.
- What does that mean?
- Brittany?
- I don't know, I'm not a father.
- I'm just agreeing.
(crew laughing)
- It just means kids can be tough.
- Is this the amount? I
didn't know we had to ask
if this was the amount
that you wanted us to eat.
- [Rhett] I don't think Brittany
could do what Brittany does
if she didn't like cilantro.
That's my take on this.
- Okay.
- [Mikayla] Flemily?
- Ya know, I've eaten soap.
(everyone laughing)
At summer camp, everybody got constipated,
and so the counselors
would put two dollops of
Dial soap for you to swallow
and it'd fix it right up.
- What?
- They gave you soap as a laxative?
- [Emily] Yup!
- What camp was this?
- It was Tremont.
Wilderness adventure camp.
- Alright, class action lawsuit incoming.
- Did it work?
Does that do it?
- It did.
It helped.
- Hmm.
- Dialing it in, huh?
(crew chuckling)
- [Rhett] Okay, let's see if she gags.
- Daddy, can I eat this good?
(Rhett laughing)
Ooh, yes.
Mmm.
- [Rhett] Okay, uh.
- Which camera?
(Rhett laughing)
- [Rhett] She seems to like it.
She really likes it.
It's taking her back
to Tremont. (laughing)
- Mmm.
(crew chuckling)
- [Rhett] Okay.
- [Link] Okay, we're not watchin' anymore.
- [Mikayla] The audience is though,
and they are loving it in
the comments, I can sense it.
- Alright, Link, you
can make up here by...
(marker squeaking)
Ya know, you only gotta
make up two points,
and that can happen in a lotta ways here.
- Yeah.
Either I've gotten more
comfortable with this game,
or I just feel the most
confident with this one.
I think Carney was the
only one who liked it.
Oop.
- You think Carney was
the only one who liked it?
- Yup.
- I think Carney was the
only one who didn't like it.
- Seriously?
- [Mikayla] Okay.
Lover or lovers, for the
last time, reveal yourself.
- It was me!
- It was me too!
- Yeah.
- Okay, so I was-
- I knew Brittany didn't like it
'cause her eyes were dartin'
all over the place for an exit.
(Brittany and Emily laughing)
- So I think...
What does that do to our points?
Did we tie?
- That ties you up.
You tied.
(bell chiming)
(Link laughing)
- I don't know about Brittany's reaction.
Brittany has the soap thing,
so I know how bad that was.
- I've asked people who enjoy cilantro
if it tastes like soap to
them, and they tell me no.
So Rhett's thing is confusing
to me because, yeah,
I think it tastes like
soap and it's unpleasant.
- He can be wrong, let's just say that.
- But I like things that are bad.
You what I'm saying?
- Okay.
So maybe you have the gene too
and you're just kind of a freak about it.
- Right, it's a neurosis.
- I have that taste masochism thing
that certain people have.
- Okay, yeah.
I don't have that.
I just like things that taste good to me.
- Okay.
Well, so we tied,
which means that we both-
- Me too.
- [Mikayla] You both, yes, both of you
have to eat a combo of two of
the foods from this episode.
So, enjoy.
- That's what I chose
for Link ahead of time.
- [Mikayla] Okay.
- Is that what you chose
for me too? (Link sighing)
- You like everything, so
I was like, "Whatever."
I did what Carney did.
Oh, god.
You're not gonna like this though.
- No, of course not.
(crew laughing)
But I can look like I do.
- [Mikayla] Yeah, there we
go, there we go! (laughing)
(crew laughing)
(Link spitting out food)
- It's not great.
It needs some cilantro.
- (coughing) Yeah.
- It needs some soap to
make me go to the bathroom.
(Emily laughing)
- Thank you, panelists, and
the rest of the panelists
for bein' such good sports with this.
And thank you for bein'
your Mythical best.
- You know what time it is.
- Hi, I'm Reya, and I just
listened to Rhett and Link
read "Spaghetti Head and Chicken
Fingers," their new book.
And it's time to spin
the Wheel of Mythicality.
- I remember you.
(wheel clicking rapidly)
- Yup.
Teach the kids to try
foods they don't like.
- Alright.
