We're trying even more realistic ice cream shapes Welcome to Good Mythical More. Last time we tried ice creams that looked like other things, boy did everybody in this room get excited. And, and then they started vying for being able to try 'em. Mm-hmm. So we thought we'd do it again with some new shapes. I mean, the shapes just keep coming. Slide one into my BMs. And if y'all have been good- We might let you try one. Look at this. Now, I call this lychee. Is it … That's not how you say it? How do you say lychee? I would say lychee. Lychee? I've heard other people say it and it's, it felt different than when I say it. Well, we're only gonna open up one. I'll try to, I'll- Brittany, how do you say lychee? Um, I say lychee, but I overthink it every time. Lychee. And I was actually looking it up right before this episode. Lychee. Oh, God. It's … Look how frosty it is. That's part of what makes it look like a real fruit. I mean, I couldn't tell you- Do I have to- … that's what a lychee looks like, but what you do with a real one is you peel this stuff off and it reveals that, like, eyeball gooey thing, which is really mushy and nice to eat Smells very floral, very lychee floral? I wouldn't say that w- I didn't know lychee was floral. Oh. It is. Ooh, that … Yeah, I guess. Yeah. I don't like to think of it that way. I like to think of it more like a- I like floral flav- oh, it's very red … like a weird f- plum. Who likes lychee? It's not overpowering. Okay. M- most everybody. Nobo- nobody wants this. Okay. I think- So you helped a short department store employee- I sure did … open a dumpster lid. Yeah, 'cause I walked by and I felt bad and I saw him struggling. I was just going to the store and I was like, "You know what? I'll go back and I'll help him." Oh, you, you turned around. I turned around. So, so you- Oh, you started thinking about it. He's, oh, he's, oh, that's a, that dumpster- Your first instinct was- I gotta go back … what a loser. And you're like… I wasn't thinking what a loser. I was just like, wow, they're really having a hard time. Well, let me tell you what you're gonna taste It's not a shell. It's, it's more just like stamped with color on the outside. So the shape of the ice cream that's on the inside is, it is the outside. Okay. And that disappointed me a little bit 'cause it, you have sensitive teeth. Mm-mm. I do not. Oh. It would be nice if the ice cream was creamier. Well, then it won't be a problem. Hey, that's cool, man. That wa- … Did that look cool to you? Like it was like a- Yeah, that was probably pretty cool on camera. What, what is this? Is it like butter? Excellent French Vanilla. You wanna open it? Yeah. I'll keep this one untouched. Let me get this redness off my hand. Open, open. O's Cheddar Flavor. Okay. I'll just take the knife. I want more than that. You can have that. Well here, then you take the spoon This just looks like good old ice cream. Mm. It's, yeah, it's v- it's vanilla as we said. It's not butter flavored. It's- I- Oh, it's melting. I wish it were butter flavored. All right. So it's just vanilla ice cream that's shaped like butter and it's melting a little bit. So I think we should give this to somebody who did something wrong. Well, it's very viral, so if somebody wants to take and post a video with it, it could, they could go viral. Oh, who wants to go viral? Who wants to go viral? Nobody. Who, who, who's, anybody going viral? Now here's the thing about y'all. I saw y'all. I see y'all. Everybody's got little social media accounts. Every once in a while somebody'll do something viral. Y'all pop up in my feed. But you don't remember who it was? No. No, I don't. I don't follow anybody worth- I mean, every once in a while I will find myself or Jessie will be also watching one of Brittany's food videos before we realize that it's Brittany. Brittany will go f- viral for, for a food- Yeah, that implies that if you knew it was, you wouldn't watch it. Yeah. Yeah, that's part of why I know about these. That's right. You want it? Not really. You've had all these. It, it tastes great. I haven't had those all, but I bought those this morning, 'cause they're very hard to find. Oh, really? And they're at the bodega? Are we talking about liquor store or just, like, convenience store? This one was at a kind of funky snack shop that sells a bunch of exotic snacks, as they call it. Who's got the coldest hands? Who has a circulation problem? All right, Hitch. All right, Hitch, take that because it'll melt if anybody else touches it. Squeeze it. Now my hands are gonna be stinky. Don't touch the camera. But not cold. Ooh, look at this. It's an avocado. Oh, oh, and it's a ripe one at that. Look at that. Because it, because it's kind of shrivelly. Well, 'cause it's so dark. Isn't that cool? It's an avocado it says on there. I haven't figured out how to open it without- It's frozen dairy dessert. I think you… Don't worry about the bottom, just pop, pull the top off. Well, but then you have to- Oh … then you have to take that off, and then you gotta push it. It's, it's in, out like that, and you gotta… That came loose. So I guess that's just chocolate. H- hold on. I, I… What I want you to try to do is we need to chop this thing in half to see if the cross-section looks like an avocado. But then, but, but we can't eat it. I wanna eat it. It doesn't seem like they're clamoring to get one. I want it. I wanna take a… I love biting into ice cream. Okay, fine. I'll do what I wanna do to this. Did somebody really want this? See? Oh, look at that. It's green. But, but is there a- Doesn't look ripe … is there a- It's avocado flavored, too is there a pit in there? No. Well, maybe you just didn't get to the middle enough. All right, just so you know, he's gonna ruin this one. How much does one of these cost? The butter ones that I bought this morning, I bought four of those for $7. A- and I think if you actually find a box of them at Costco, it's maybe $9, but… I, I w- I'll, I'll let someone have that. I'll try this. And the avocado ones were, like, five or six bucks. This is the best one I've had so far. The chocolate on the outside really does the trick. Well, yum. But the avocados flavored ice cream is also, like, interesting. Challenging. A little challenging. Hmm. A little intriguing, you know? Hmm. I like to be challenged. It's not overbearing. It's still pretty vanilla-y, but there's like… Hmm. I really think I like it. I'm gonna put it in this, and then y'all can do what you want to with it. Who wants to try it? Me. Oh, Jenna really- Jenna … went hard for that one. Jenna, why you want this one so bad? No, she's just honest. She just wants to know what it tastes like It's kind of challenging Now, avocado is toxic to cats. There you go. Oh. Oh. Aw. It's clean. Our desk is clean. Well And it's mangosteen flavor. True Blossom. Mangosteen has a similar almost floral but not floral. Isn't a similar vibe? Made in China. Do we really need our ice cream to come all the way from China? I mean, I think they're doing a better job based on what I'm seeing. So much packaging. Yeah, I feel like I need to do something with this, like put a flower in there. You know, I gotta do something to, like, not waste all this crap. This could be a flower pot. It's got a little drain in the bottom. Oh, and it's like you plant a little flower and then when it- It's like a terrarium when it rains. It's a little terrarium. You wanna make sure it doesn't get any water. Put, poke some holes in it and it's a little, um, what's that movie with the door that you like so much? Narnia? No, with the little door at the end. They got this little thing so when you grab it, it pulls up without touching the ice cream. Maybe you just eat it like this. You don't even take it off the stick. Oh, yeah, look. That w- you just hold that. Yeah. Look. What have we been doing? We've been doing this the whole time. You hold that. Maybe just this one does that. And so you don't, uh, it doesn't drip on you. Well, I don't know why he always gets to bite first. Oh, that's interesting. That's interesting. I, look, I didn't touch it. Look. Very green. And so you got full, full virgin bite there. Yeah. Ooh. That, hey, if you like melon, you'll like this. Okay? I said melon. Your hand went up. James' hand went straight up. Do you like the sound of melon? Yes. Okay. Um- Well, you can have it. You can have it, James. I'm not gonna throw it to you, though. This is, um, delightfully creamy for it to be a melon- Yeah … which I thought would be more ice based. This is the creamiest one. You're gonna like that. You're gonna enjoy that. But yeah, that stuff on the outside is super melon tasting. I'm just trying to get to the inside. Wow. We've given away so much today. It, it's more. We've given so much of ourselves How is the quality of the ice cream? This one's good. This one's great. Hmm. The avocado's great. The soccer ball's strange. There's a weirdness to it. There's a weirdness. Um, the mangosteen stuf- yeah, all, all of that. These are the only two that are worth getting. The other ones are too icy. Uh, yep.
