indeed right what I’m not but that you what your sickness it just didn’t make sense I mean I I understand what you mean you fried in a skillet superior yahoodi indeed cat um no a lot of people think that first of all a lot people ain’t this is sacrilegious that I’m going to say this but I believe is that the best way to prepare bacon the most consistent way to get your bacon to the point that you enjoy is in the micro hey what a gasp that’s what we should do for super no this year should be gasping should be in yeah yeah right sure should be going in a lot shorter but be cool super gasp 2014 2014 alright I realized that Gordon Ramsay might get upset with me about this you know because he watches every single episode of good mythical more hmm but someone told me once you know you should cook your bacon in a microwave no no it makes it chewy and nasty and it doesn’t fry and listen what happens you know you know Mike how a microwave works right nope I don’t I don’t want to ruin the magic so don’t tell me so a microwave actually agitates fat and water molecules right and that’s what causes things to cook so bacon obviously has a lot of fat in it meaning that as a high it has a high fat and a high moisture content and what happens when you put it into a microwave on some paper towels is it the microwave begins to attack the fat and render it in the same way that happens in a frying pan however the thing that doesn’t happen is it doesn’t burn and turn it black now if you like your if you like it to get black if you like your making to be black then okay well maybe you need to fry it up in a pan but if you just want to get to a certain point of Chris penis you can take it all the way to super crispy or you can have the slightly flimsy bacon that I like where the fat is still has some you like that I like it in between I like there’d be some crispy spot and also some some fatty laughing I like a compromise you’re like a flappy and crispy it’s all about just literally dialing it in and your your microwave has a dial that’s an old microwave with the with the punching the fingers now my wife was like there’s no way that this is true and that’s not literally dialing it in when you dial the phone you mean you have to turn it to be a dial mm-hmm you literally push it in punch it in and my wife is like no this can’t be true and I was like all right let’s have a taste test and we fried some up in a skillet and then we put some of the microwave now I need to apologize here because it you seemingly are thinking you’re breaking new ground here but my mom my entire life did nothing but microwave bacon I’ve known this forever I’m sorry why you have holidays that I’m sorry never came up in conversation I’m sorry that you didn’t know my mom had a special I dunno that’s why I’m telling everybody oh I didn’t know that you knew you knew about this no you seem to have just discovered it no I’ve known this for since college I’ve known this since like birth before I knew you but but you don’t do that personally is it listen this is not about us no no you don’t but you how come you you have ID on your wife to do it you don’t prefer that I don’t think it’s as good but my mom would have a special Baconator thing that goes in the microwave and you overkill it was Ridge it was rigid it had ridges it wasn’t it was rigid it wouldn’t was a vacuum would come out with a with a zigzag pattern no that instead of using a paper towel all the grease will come down it was kind of like a George Foreman type thing but way before that because like I said I knew about this way before you but I mean I’m not trying but you don’t prefer it well I don’t prefer it but have you done a blind taste test between something fried in a skillet and something in the microwave now okay I mean it’s a lot greasy err and it’s a lot it it it’s a different quality of bacon I mean there’s a lot easier in the micron pan and it’s it’s just a different quality I mean you can’t match it now I can’t imagine but it depends on the type of bacon because the two types of bacon that I bought not only did I buy two types of bacon but I cooked half of it in the microwave and half on the skillet just because of capacity hmm so I was like not only has four types of bacon in our experiment and I got the black forest ham Black Forest bacon which is shorter and wider and has more fat in it mm-hmm I gotta admit that didn’t hold up very well in the microwave it got too too short and it was just like what happened to the bacon but the other bacon the Apple smoked bacon was without a doubt across the board all four people in my family agreed better from the microwave now the common black forest was better from the skillet the common mistake in closing is you got to really go for it in the microwave you can’t you can’t just you you can’t be afraid to really pushed the time up I’m talking five minutes eight minutes you can go eight minutes depends on the amount of bacon report back mythical beasts I mean you let us know what you think I know it’s controversial here you go eat some of this I don’t want bacon fabric your monkey shirt I know you can hey you can have the whole there’s more over there you can have all of it it’s all yours buddy you share it with your dogs you don’t own
