first we want to talk about the main channel music video it’s been a while since that yeah it has been a while hopefully you wouldn’t watched it and I want to talk a little bit because I feel like this group you mythical beasts who come to watch good mythical more I feel like you’re the mythical lyst mythical beasts there’s like a new level of mythical I don’t want to invent a new name for you because I don’t want anybody to feel left out but don’t tell those people over there don’t come over here to watch good mythical more about them but they’re not as mythical as you mythical beasts and because we’ve got a callous beast this Maximus we’ve got these mythic Allis mythical beasts Maximus I feel like we can just tell you guys up front something that we’re thinking it’s a way that you you could really help it’s over and know we’re not ending anything we wanted you to be the first a lot of people ask us okay we just released this main channel music video right and we there’s obviously a song that we made with it that you can go and buy on iTunes a lot of people are like especially the younger folks are like I don’t buy music I don’t download music I have Spotify or some other streaming service like that and people are like how come I can’t find your newer stuff on Spotify well the honest answer is is that people like us who are not Beyonce really can’t make any money at all on what we like literally I think we’ve made less than 10 cents for all the music that’s ever been on Spotify alright so it means from a business standpoint it just doesn’t make sense for us small independent small independent people who don’t have a record label basically Spotify at this point I’m not saying it may change at some point but we just don’t make it’s not a good way to support us so what we do is you can listen to the song all you want to on YouTube which a lot of people do but if you actually want to have this on your iPod or wherever and want to be able to listen to it other times the best way to do that is just go downloaded iTunes the second thing that does when you go over there and buy that is it sends it up in the comedy charts and maybe we can get into the top 10 or whatever and you know people start seeing it that kind of thing it is very good especially if you leave a review I you know we don’t know exactly how it works but leaving a review certainly helps it factors into the iTunes rankings in that that helps us to so purchasing it and then leaving a review just like with ear biscuits the audio podcast we say leave a review because that helps for the same reason it helps the show move up in the rankings or in this case the single right so if you’re if you’re not in a position to download it to pay the $0.99 or whatever then you can just listen to it on YouTube but if you are I just want you to know that’s a great way to support our music videos and our music you know I hope that’s clear please now please throw in a please okay but let’s talk seriously about this this technology we just made this music video that’s about you know don’t text and drive and now I will admit now that I have made this music video I don’t think there can ever be any texting and driving I don’t do texting and driving but I do you do driving stopping and texting though don’t I I occasionally will be like oh I just got a text I’m going to stoplight I mean read what that is and if it’s a long light let me type something back ooh and now I know is if I get if I get now that we’ve got this music video out there so you guys are the not texting and driving guys so you can’t get caught texting and driving well it’s interesting because you get that text while you’re driving and like my phone now fix fits in a slot right out there by the steering wheel so I can see if somebody text is like blam it’s right there just glaring at me and if I don’t respond to it a few seconds later what happens it’s again it’s like oh you didn’t respond to me this is again you got to respond this time but I usually don’t unless it’s something that seems to be when someone sends you a text that’s like a question it’s a simple question you expect they’re expecting an immediate response what is pressure and I do the Siri oh yeah oh yeah and you got Syria on your phone I’ve never done the text though no but so like I was driving my wife’s car around when she’s been out of town and she’s got a phone holder that’s up there on the dash so it’s like right here right so it’s up high so she’ll she’ll text me or what or somebody will text me and I hit the thing and I’m like or you know text text Jessie back or text Jessie and then it’s like what do you want to text and then I just say it the only thing is I have to still hit the phone one time to get serous pond and pretty soon you’re just gonna be able to just be like what I’m gonna send you a text go ahead I’m gonna test this out all right we’ll do it you’re getting text right now huh are you good are you getting extra strong wow you can all kind you just cut your phone back on that what yeah phones off um I gotta tell you you gotta use this man this got in text from daneboe oh my goodness he’s famous
