is one this is the first nuts Memphis yes it tasted some mustardy this is from Kings right here very light very light um you saw some use it for now this is from my wife’s hometown so I’m glad I got this down east correct and I also glad that we tied so that we both get to eat these as well is the vegan pork it’s so obvious now that I’m tasting it right now but the one thing I will say is I usually put more vinegar sauce on my on my barbecue like it was so light that I was like maybe this is a curveball why did the South Carolina what happened and what did we guess this as totally cash like South Carolina I know it’s when I guess on this sea but I’m tasting them in redditor right no that’s a Kansas City it’s so obvious now that you can see them it’s amazing how mustardy this tastes yeah all right so bring out the vegan cuz we got to try that and who look at this guys and you guys want to try this so I got I got down east right um Alabama we both got right which is where right barbecue where’s that and thank you 70 Street I’ve seen that key and Peele movie trailer scene that um so I got Kansas I got Alabama I got Kansas City which is that’s Kansas yeah that was very saucy what’s this that was easy to me I don’t know why you didn’t get that one of course they all seemed easy to me with both Miss South Carolina cuz we both were sure that that’s delightful this see Kansas City is a bridge is Memphis this has Memphis that still doesn’t taste like Kansas City me Kansas City is that for me is a thick molasses II barbecue sauce and supreme that’s a red that’s got a lot more ketchup in it Kluber look at you getting barbecue if you get KC masterpieces like you gotyou got Western North Carolina which is yeah yeah which is where well this uh right here yeah cuz it cuz it almost tasted like Eastern cuz it you know because they are very similar it has vinegar then it has tomato and then all that was Alabama and Memphis neither one of us picked out the Alabama from that it’s a little where’s the brisket from it’s from blacks what’s that oh man that is so good yes that’s really good or so good yeah I love Texas my favorite we also have some vegan here my lab yeah you could be and I made that love it but you know I made that now hold on don’t tell us first first of all there’s pork in it that’s illegal like I can look at it what what what it’s not bad daniela but it’s the worst of all of the barbecue but it’s my hit that does not your fault it’s really good as a side do you want to know it’s made out of could it look like pull cart right it looks like it but it tastes like a really good side it’s a made out of jackfruit jackfruit jackfruit yeah it look it’s hairs into this like that pulled pork look and if i had baked it it gets like the more like porky texture but i didn’t make it quite chewy is it have you made that before no I’m not even a good cook is pretty easy jackfruit where’d you get that Jack it’s amazing how it looks like a pork um I’m glad I’m glad you laughter that chase I mean the reason why I’m drawn to the brisket is because of our eating so much pork but I mean I’ll just I’m just going to go out there and say South Carolina is my favorite style but I love it all man I especially love this this Memphis here down east the more vinegar was has not really been my favorite but I still still love it what’s this that’s Alabama the white sauce is almost transparent this barn in here what’s up that’s a that’s a burning of the beef rib I think good that’s from Kansas City as well they ship that with it huh I thought that in my defense of getting Eastern North Carolina wrong they’ll say what’s going through my mind when I Eastern North Carolina barbecue I do I do a lot of the vinegar sauce like I am I go I go big on the vinegar sauce oh I was waiting for that vinegar bite and this has very very little the vinegar yeah they served that wind um any good barbecue place is gonna have some white bread yeah but I’m not I’m not this one right here is just too saucy Kenzi go and I was totally serious about people will like that every time there was like any sort of a life event back home we would have a pig pickin I haven’t with my rehearsal not rehearsal dinner but my engagement party was a big big because my dad has a pig cooker and my father-in-law is like if you want to be invited to every party in your County just have a pig cooker mmm yeah I mean it was an all-day event but we never learned how to do it I mean I don’t have a smoked meat once I moved to California because I couldn’t get barbecue so now I can smoke a mean pork butt so what you’re saying is possibly possibly sorry what you poked me you bet you jab me hey but listen I’ll put my pulled pork up against many of these it is really good it doesn’t it doesn’t look as good in that form but it but it uh but it tastes great you tell metell ago yeah like the way that is just scattered on the plate there but well if you really want to get a Alabama barbecue experience you put that many sauce on to some chicken yeah that is good oh man what we’ve done well here breakfast of champions okay so Danielle in terms of the places you got this so the this was Kings yes uh east north Karen is Kings which is in Durham right no which is in Kent Kinston it’s not a goal tomorrow I think they have multiple locations at this point actually but I think it’s Kingston Kingston you go there every Christmas you can definitely taste it but I won’t I love the thinness of the vinegar sauce but I want a lot of it like when I put sauce on my plate oh yeah there’s like a pool of vinegar at the end no that’s why I like it well if they sent two just like that no sauce well and you know what if house if we hadn’t been on top of our game I would have gotten that one right but I wasn’t I was off my game today you know what I’m making it my mission right now the most important thing in my life at this moment right now is to become a better barbecue taster I can’t I thought I was I thought I was a Singh it like right off the bat when we were like South Carolina uh uh like Bush in which one was that guys are we’re staving off the laughter and with South Carolina cuz cuz with your eyes closed it tastes mustardy cuz of the spice well spiciness he’s got a bite to it is a spicy we did get this place I wasn’t super confident I was just like it tastes like it but I feel found a bottle of barbecue sauce that’s Memphis central barbecue smell that you’re graduating get any Virginia barbecue nope not thrilled about that well what is Virginia barbecue jigna is in northern state it was only the headquarters of the Confederacy but it’s a northern state uh it’s like this but the sauce is thicker it’s vinegary but it’s not as thin it’s like a tomato vinegary sauce it’s good you know what really they’re all I don’t discriminate yeah I mean if you eat if you cook it right you really can’t mess it up do we have any of those burdens I hate them right there he gives one oh my gosh I’ve been waiting for the you I ate like five sorry oh good barbecue sandwiches for breakfast oh yeah well we’ll containerize all this that’s a good that’s
