to be a hobby at any given point I would say the average person goes camping once every two years they’re six let’s just say there’s seven billion people on the planet right so in any given day that means that there is a one and about let’s just say one in 700 chance that any in person on the planet is going a 1 in 700 chance anyone is camping on a particular day so a 7 billion but hunt on there’s a 100% chance that someone’s camping you know I don’t think you’re following what I’m saying I’m not too many numbers already so there are 7 billion people on the planet in any any given day that’s 7 million seven bit oh it can’t accept it can’t accept a billion seven million as he was it can’t accept a billion I think it’s in there just we’re gonna have to use it / if I do an extended calculator here 1/700 you’re bogging us down with all this math a million so on any given day there are a million people on the planet who are camping right and then how long is it 100% chance nope that so there’s a million people camping right now how many people are eating s’mores right now how long does it take to eat us more how when you go camping it takes 30 minutes see this more that’s one in 48 out of Chuy’s that’s one forty eighth of the day no like when you’re sitting down and you’re the process of s’more 1/2 hours more time right yeah that’s one forty eighth of the day until someone gets their eye poked out so 1 million thought about 1/48 equals there are twenty thousand eight hundred and thirty three point three people eating s’mores right now on earth and they’re all watching none of them are watch no and what percentage of them are watching but none zero no no no we know we can do the math know who we could do the math man no listen who watches GMM while making let me hear it puzzles puzzles Daniella’s favorite hobby is puzzles are we talking like 500 piece balls I’m talking like a thousand and more well plus 1500 lots of colours you do this by yourself or with other people by myself people don’t because I’m like moved on you know almost you will do like the border first I don’t want to do that it’s too easy so I just do it blank without seeing what the puzzle looks like and just kind of like piecing together similar colors while doing something else listening to music always listening to music it so now listen to music and puzzle and knit and knit my hobby I’m not saying is technically you’re like saying like I like to drive yeah yeah driving is a hobby no driving is something that everyone does but no it could be your hobby like Sunday driving if you’re a speed reader biker change a your hobby is speed reading okay that’s a hobby no it’s not that’s a skill yeah sports or not unless unless they’re an obscure sport flanking high lines like look what guys dime he’s not a hobby okay but listen but but listen hold on he doesn’t know what he’s taught me but as he said there’s no mystery no hobby and a past and then you defined away things that were hobbies with things that are not pastime okay so what’s the pass card I something you can do I’m not saying that a hobby in a pastime that’s that was the wrong distinction I’m saying that I think the requirement for a hobby is something that is a little bit obscure and that isn’t something that a majority of people do something that doesn’t have like a isn’t like recognizes like if you are like um but no no not yet because I have a definitely frisbee throwing a frisbee I don’t want to get the answer yet so I’m saying but I do want the answer we’ve talked about this we talked about this when we were putting this episode together it’s like what what’s a hobby to me a hobby is something that you do you can do by large by yourself that was the thing I put it I I agree with you I think so do not aspire yourself Riz helpful I don’t know if reason risk or a game risk is a game it’s not a hard game as a greeting as a past reading of driving or something that you just have to do collections collections are observing hobby whoa surfing surfing if you’re not competing it’s it’s so if you’re surfing if there’s no scoring involved surfing as a hobby like street bikes is a hobby hobbies are we’ve also been inserting a sliding scale of what hobbies are but we’re zeroing in so on what a hobby is so my hobby is zero in on what a hobby is and so we just want to give you a freedom and to explore hobbies regardless of the definition and we also want to let ourselves off the hook from scrutiny over what you think about anything that we anyone over off-camera has said Lizzie and if you respond to this by making some mean comments about how her just a couple of tools uh did don’t know anything about hobbies and we’ve crapped all over whatever you thought was a hobby yeah just
