MK 1055: Would You Eat Ralph Macchio’s Last Meal?

I’m Ralph Machio and this is my last meal. A salad with baby arugula, heirloom tomatoes, crumbled feta, fresh lemon, extra virgin olive oil and maldon salt flakes. Grilled scampy prawns over linguini alioya with grated reo parmesan and a fullbodied chardonnay. Of course, a six layer eggplant parmesan fried in flour, not breadcrumbs, alongside sauteed broccoli rub and a French baguette with a glass of red wine. A double Shake Shack burger with fries, a chocolate milkshake, and a Sam Adams Boston logger. And a warm apple pie with Hagenaz vanilla ice cream and a double espresso macchiato for dessert. [Music]
