This has been, I think, my first Star Struck moment with American food. Everybody’s like, “Don’t eat too many burgers. You’re going to you’re going to die.” And everything. They’re telling you that before you get on the plane in Italy to America. Yeah. Next time you go there, look at the lighting of the room and look at the lighting of the kitchen. Wait, I’ve never noticed that. What’s different about the lighting? It’s so much brighter and so much um more like intense. and they look like crystal clear white and all the ingredients that you see are like bright and beautiful and then you turn around and everybody looks like, you know, looks like they just had their mug shot and it’s waiting there with the their like tickets in the hands and everybody’s so ugly. And I think it’s a marketing thing 100%. It’s the last bastion of true democracy in America. That’s where everybody goes. I think so.
