The team at Kroger has been asking, so I’m going to show you everything I eat in a day. I work out every morning before work, and I like to start the day strong with a pre-workout smoothie. I’ve got some mango, some banana, some peanut butter, definitely protein powder, and pickles are actually really good for hydration. Also, when I’m feeling fun, I like to drink it through a straw. After the workout, I’m ready for some real breakfast. Just a simple toasted bagel with low-fat cream cheese and cucumber slices. It’s easy, it’s crunchy, and it just gets the job done. I try to eat every 2 to three hours and right now I need something quick. So I’m reaching for deli meat wrapped around well whatever I got. Zero prep maximum protein. As a grocery head I obsess over my grocery list every week. This week I got more hot dog buns than I had hot dogs. [music] But no problems here. I can still get all my macros with a beautiful chili dog. Evening means snack time. So I’m enjoying my favorite salsa. Fresh, crunchy, and oh so satisfying. Then for a late night snack, cereal. But dang it, I’m out of almond milk. All good. The cereal is the star of the dish anyway. And that’s everything I eat in a day. Thanks again to Kroger for all the great groceries. Stay fresh out there, grocery heads.
