Strawberry Nesquik is the single greatest drink on the face of planet Earth, and I’ve never made it from scratch, and I think that’s a problem; let’s change it. Drop some water into a pot, and some sugar. Fresh strawberries, try and get organic. Break up the strawberries a little bit with a whisk. Pour all that into a blender. Oh god! Oh! Pour that strawberry mixture into a strainer. Add a whole lot of whole milk. Squeeze in a bunch of that strawberry syrup, add some ice. Nesquik still slaps. This satisfies the nostalgic itch, but this is really freaking good. We made a sweeter strawberry milk than Nesquik.
