MK 254: Everything Josh Eats In A Day

Lots of people have been asking, so I’m gonna show you everything I eat in a day. I work out every morning before work, and I strongly believe in the power of carbs. So I like to start out with a big bowl of sugary cereal. And today we’re doing Fruit Loops. I try to eat every two to three hours, and we’re desperately in need of protein or fruit right now. So I’m just getting a cup of low-fat Greek yogurt with some strawberries and granola. Now’s about when things start to get hectic at work. So I just reach for whatever food’s around me. Today we’re slamming some ramen with a hefty splash of hot sauce. At this point in the day, I’m generally trying to eat as much carbs, fat, protein and fiber as possible, and Chipotle is a great way to get that in. Burrito bowl, brown rice, black beans, double chicken, and just a deluge of salsa and guac. We’re getting into the evening. And it’s finally protein shake time. Here we got 40 grams of chocolate malt flavored whey, blended up with a cup of blueberries, and a spoonful of peanut butter. All right, now everyone needs a dank late night snack and I’m a sucker for some Classic Doritos dipped in salsa verde. And that’s everything I eat in a day.
