This is a day in the life of a 29-year-old food media luminary. I wake up at dawn, to tune into nature’s divine, circadian rhythm. You can’t have a sound mind without a sound body, so, I immediately do 300 pushups. I always take at least 15 minutes of private executive strategy time to keep goals in order. I high five each of my subordinates at the door. Don’t touch me. They love the human connection. Now, a walk to clear my head, where I listen to the sounds of jaguars hunting. Grind set and alpha mentality engaged, I head to the boardroom for a team meeting. Time for a quick one-on-one with myself, just to debrief and align corporate synergies. Are we maximizing productivity? Afterward, we’re on to my mandatory 30-minute dexterity training session for the whole team. How long’s that? Finally, one last private meeting to streamline team values and objectives. It’s 3:00 p.m., I’ve already gotten two full days of work in, and it’s time to go to sleep and visualize tomorrow.
