MK 379: What Does The Crisping Drawer Actually Do?

So a lot of people have asked me, what does the produce crisping drawer actually do? Well, it’s humidity controlled, which means it creates a barometric pressure differential, which disallows condensation, making sure your vegetables are nice and crispy. However, there’s a couple other tricks that people may not know about. For instance, what you can do is take some chicken and dump it right in the crisping drawer, season it up with a little bit of your favorite blend, and then shut it and come back in two hours. All right, check it out, let’s see what we got. Oh yeah, there it is. See, ’cause there’s an inverse relationship between pressure and heat, and so the crisping drawer actually fried the chicken to crispy. Oh, and it’s freaking good too. Tell me how you use your crisping drawer in the comments or just tell me to go fruit myself.
