MK 415: Cinnamon Toast Crunch KitKat

Kit Kat got all these flavors. They don’t have the one that matters. Cinnamon Toast Crunch, let’s make it. Pour a bunch of cereal into a food processor. Flour just to bind it. Baking soda, sugar, Crisco, and egg white. Blend it up. Wrap it in plastic. We are going to let it set up in the fridge for half an hour. Pop it on a silicone mat, another on top and we’re going to roll it out thin. Bake it off. Crispy. Cut it to square it off. Oh. Use at Kit-Kat to approximate the size. Sorry. Make some cinnamon toast Chocolate. Add white chocolate to a double boiler. Just a little bit of cream, cinnamon. Whoo. Chocolate’s done, let’s make some Kit-Kats. Check it out, we’ve got a Kit-Kat mold. Fill that up with cinnamony white chocolate. Place two wafers in each. Amari Deshaun, where you at? White chocolate over the top. Now we’re going to let it set up in the fridge. Nice and cold. Share it with a friend. V. Hi. Yeah, sing a song. ♪ Break me off a piece of that ♪ ♪ Chrysler car ♪ ♪ Kit-Kat bar ♪ All right. Cheers. Wow, I just went to cinnamon heaven. I’m in cinnamon hell because I wasn’t baptized. This is incredible. Why? I don’t know. I just like to make jokes.
