Health and wellness are really important to me, so I’m gonna show you my favorite mocktail, it’s a virgin, caffeine-free white Russian. Add some ice to your shaker, then we’re gonna hit it with two ounces of whole milk, and another two ounces of whole milk. Add about an ounce and a half of half-and-half. And now, vigorously shake. Now, we’re gonna work on our garnish. Gonna fill a small ramekin with milk, and we’re just gonna do a simple little milk rim right here. You’re gonna add some large chunks of ice. It needs to be nice and rustic, again, this is a layered drink. Take your cocktail, strain it, pour it from up high, try and get a little bit of aeration into it. And since the white Russian is a layered drink, we’re gonna take a little bit of heavy whipping cream and we’re going to float it on a spoon, and just lay it on top. Boom, there you have it, your virgin, caffeine-free white Russian. Let’s give it a taste. I mean, just ’cause you’re not drinking doesn’t mean you can’t have a beautiful, elegant mocktail. Serve this at a party, all your friends will love it.
