Hey, it’s National Eggs Benedict Day, so I’m gonna show you my favorite eggs Benedict hack. You’re gonna start with a semi-frozen Chipotle burrito. Why? Unclear. And then you’re gonna try and get a couple nice, clean cuts out of the center. There we go, beautiful. And now you’re gonna take the semi-frozen Chipotle burrito round, and you’re simply gonna go into flour and then right into your egg wash. And then this is gonna go right into Panko breadcrumbs. Oh, yeah, it’s a good Benedict there, friend. Top it with some warmed ham coins. This is Canadian bacon, but then Canadians will come in. They’ll tell you this isn’t Canadian bacon. Where did the eggs go? I put ’em on? Oh, my God. Some beautiful, fudgy hollandaise, top with some chives, let’s give this bad boy a taste. Oh, that’s a good poached egg. And that’s just good as hell.
