MK 742: Making The First Dish I Ever Invented

this right here is goat cheese Seafood risotto inside spiced Crepes and it was my signature dish when I was 10 years old I started watching a bunch of Food Network when I was 8 or nine and my dad noticed so he made it my daily chore to make dinner every single night he would give me a grocery budget and I’d walk across the street to Trader Joe’s I’d grab the groceries and I’d come home and I knew nothing about cooking and for some reason I was watching Jada deenis and she made risotto so I took a bunch of mushy leftover white rice and I mashed it with a bunch of milk in this cheap Frozen Seafood blend with some mushrooms and somehow we ended up with seafood risotto I also didn’t know how to make crepes so I took bisck pancake batter and dumped a bunch of Frank’s Red Hot in it because I thought that spiced Crepes sounded fancy we ended up with this dish which as a chef now I am horrified by but my dad was so proud of this and now this is the first time I will have eaten it since I was 10 years old you taste the goat cheese get a little bit of acid coming off those spice Crepes the seafood’s absolutely hammered but when it’s swimming in a bunch of cream and rice covered in a pancake it’s not bad I’m still proud of 10-year-old me for this one he was on to something
