Let's talk about that.

This Sunday, two football teams will
compete for the biggest award in football.
It's a trophy.
An award-winning football watching deserves
some award-winning snacks, don't you think?
I do think, but can we identify
those winners just by tasting them?
Okay, boys, first up, you've got
various Dubai chocolate snacks from
four different brands in front of you.
One of these won the 2025 Sweets
and Snacks Expo's Most Innovative
New Product Award in the category of
gourmet slash premium confections.
Snacks are tested by a panel of 40 plus
judges in four weighted categories.
Mm-hmm.
Innovation, taste,
packaging, and saleability.
Okay.
They don't have a internet show do they?
I don't, I I haven't, I
haven't consumed it if they do.
No it's too, it's too long of a title.
Yep, yep, yep.
You couldn't fit it on one line.

So we're looking for innovation.
Innovative.
Why don't you try that first one, it is
Astor, Astor, Chocolate GudLife, Dubai
style mint confection cookies and cream.
Mint confection.
What does that mean?

That tastes good.
Subtle mint.
Yeah, it's not too minty, which.
Cookies and cream with a middle of mint.
Typically when you eat a mint chocolate
thing, the mint hits so hard, but this
hits you with the chocolate first, the
cookie, second, and then the mint third.
Dude, this is a mint third situation.
But where's Dubai?
That's very innovative.
There's a little bit of
a crunch, but not much.
It is Dubai style.
It tastes good.
I'm a huge fan of Dubai
Chocolate, thanks to this show.

It tastes good.

and then, uh, sorry for the double dip.
I'm gonna try to get more
of just the brown stuff.

Dubai Chocolate Popcorn.
Hmm.
This might be innovative because
it's putting it on popcorn.

There's something odd on that for you.

It's like bad icing.

Boy, this can't win an award.

Uh, the last one is Edward Mark Dubai Style
Chocolate Strawberry Pistachio Truffle Bites.
Well, there's a lot going on there, and
I will say it's beautiful packaging.
The color combo is just
inviting and inspiring.
I can see Jessie using this and turning
a bathroom into this, these colors.
I was gonna say, let's get a bunch of them.
I'll cut 'em out.
Oh yeah.
I'll weave it together and get,
make it a wallpaper for her.
That's a good idea.
Mm-hmm.
Candy and snack packaging wallpaper.
There's a full strawberry in there.
That is what it tasted like,
very gummy quality to it.
Okay, before you.
I'm a fan.

you think won the award.
What are you thinking in
terms of your own favorites?
I'm really surprised by this it won me over.
Anything with mint chocolate I love,
but the fact that it's subtle mint,
third place mint, which is something
I've never experienced before.
Uhhuh.
That's definitely my favorite.

innovative thing ever.
I mean, the combinations,
the flavor, the coloring.
The award-winning Dubai chocolate

For that irresistible crunch, that

Award in the meat snacks category.
Also, just so you know what
you're playing for the loser of
today's game has to do snack raps.

I want you to lose.
Why don't you start off with
those Grazly Bison Liver Crisps.
Oh, no.
Oh no.
No thank you.
They're so paper thin.
Maybe this will make us love liver.
This is just a slice of bison liver.
Oh, it smells like liver.

I gotta tell you.
It's horrible.
It's awful.
It is the most tolerable liver I've ever had.
I don't want more than the
tiny little bite that I took.

And it's getting worse.

Th, this is like, you know the first
dried meat, that's the worst one.
The first dried meat had to be somebody
walking up to a old bison or something
like that, and it was just dry and
they were like pulling strips off of
it and they were like, this isn't bad.
Like, that's how we got what we get now.
And this is just like you walked up to the
liver and just shaved a little bit off.
That's what we just did.
But doing that.
It's almost like outdoors men.
In this day and age, um.
Not, not necessary.
I feel like it's a probably
a dog treat situation.
Okay, the next plate has Tillamook's,
did we say till, Tillamook.
Someone has a problem with one of
us saying Tillamook incorrectly.
I recently heard Josh say Tillamook uh.
Tillamook.
In a Mythical kitchen video.
And he said Tillamook.
And no one, no one put up a fit for that.
He didn't say Mook, Tillamook.
One of us got slammed for it, but we,
I just, I can't keep track anymore.
Um, Country Smoker Beef Smoked
Sausages with Mike's Hot Honey.
That's a fun collaboration because,
the hot honey hits and you can't just
walk up to a dead bison pull this out.
Mm-hmm.
Because you gotta get the hot honey.
That bison died crawling
out of a hot honey hole.
We'll see if we can, uh, recreate
that for another episode.
I think you like this.

Um, the thing I, I will say I'm not a
huge fan of added flavor to meat snacks.
'cause I think the meat snacks
that are just a little bit salty, a
little bit peppery are really good.
That's where it's at.
But, we're talking about innovation here.
This is satisfying.
And I can't tell you how they
got the honey and the sausage.
I'm gonna give you this so you can eat it.
But that is the story that I told
my children when I taught them
about the birds and the bees.
The honey and the sausage.
But it was actually called how
you get the sausage in the honey.
Okay, this is Carnal Jerky, black
truffle and black garlic beef sticks.
They said, thank you dad.
Strong truffle.
This is like a bison that only ate
truffle and then died and then.
Hold on.
Went up there and on.
But it, this is a cow.

Yeah, I'm just using, I'm making
it seem more wild because cows
are like a domesticated animal.
And finally that is Jack Link's
Doritos Spicy Sweet Chili Beef Jerky.
Now, I can go ahead and tell you right
now this is gonna be good, but I just
don't think that Jack enters these types
of contests because it feels beneath him.
They're like, we don't have to do that.
We're on the shelves everywhere already.
I can't really taste the Doritos.
I can taste the spicy
sweet chili flavor, which.
This is a really good Dorito.
But it's unnecessary, it's like Doritos
took something that would be on, uh, beef
jerky and put it on their chips, and then
now they put it back on the beef jerky.
So get rid of the middleman.
You know what I'm saying?
All right, I'm ready.
Okay, so you guys like the
Tillamook one the best?
It is the best tasting one.
But the award-winning one in three, two, one.
It's gotta be this one.
Oh, nope.
This feels like the kind of brand that
would be in one of these contests.
And also I think that they would, the
truffle would get the judges excited.
Yeah.
The award-winning snack is described
as having a bold, epic mashup that
will make your taste buds scream, it's
Jack Link's Doritos Spicy Sweet Chili.

Moving on to some healthy-ish snacks.
One of these has won Self Magazines 2025
Pantry Award for most fun, healthy snack.
Self is a primarily women run magazine that
focuses on health, wellness, and inclusivity.
And multiple judges scored the products
based on taste, packaging, satisfaction,
and overall excitement to eat.
And as a little hint, the winning
product describes itself as
raw, uninhibited, inspired.
Raw, uninhibited.
Love it.
Well, I. Raw, uninhibited,
and inspired, I trust women.
Well, I wanna take issue with Self
being a women's only thing because, I've
really, I've been a subscriber for many
years, but I've just kept it to myself.
Ayo.
Why don't you taste those
S'noods, Spicy Miso Ramen Chips.
So, what's healthy about 'em?
They're light and crunchy.

They taste good.

There's nothing bold and raw about that.
I don't know, it seems completely
uncooked, which is raw.
It's a little hibited though.
It tastes, yeah, it tastes just like
a regular old protein situation.

This is high quality oil.

lot of flavor or anything.

I did not, those beads are a little smaller,
I didn't get a nutty burst in my mouth.
As much as I'd want that I didn't get one.
You know, I, anything that comes in a
shoe polish can, shouldn't be eaten.

That first one is a Plantin Kaviari.
And what's this one?
The next one is American Caviar Co.
Hmm.
Yeah, look at that.

That's a royal white sturgeon.
