You see sometimes things come out wrong. Yeah, and I just want to acknowledge that. Well, I said they almost came through. That happened a lot in today’s episode in the main. Well, not really, not as far as everyone knows, but now you’ve gone told on yourself. Oh, did you cut out every time when I made a awkward pregnancy? No, absolutely not. We wouldn’t have a show if that was the, the case. Not every time, but not every time. You did make, you did make a couple of uh, yeah, you know. There’s a couple of places where, I don’t know, Nicole’s already left, but um. She may never come back. We, we did a mythical society exclusive round and, um, we unpacked a lot of it and we had a lot of good pregnancy humor. It got better. It got really good. It was what I was hoping for in the main, but it never came together. It was just. It is just not what I hoped for, and it was my big moment with Nicole and her pregnancy. Yeah. I don’t think you can talk to her about the baby anymore. I don’t think I’m ever gonna bring it up. I think I lost my poking privileges. I don’t think you can poke and I don’t think you can hold the baby. I don’t think I can either. Yeah. I don’t think it, I don’t think the baby can know about me. Yep. The baby’s just gonna think it’s Rhett. Yeah. There’s no and Link. And you know what? I own that and I’m sorry if I made you feel weird. Hmm. Movies, they have taglines. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I’m give you a tagline. Sidelined about pregnancy that I just, I don’t know. There’s, it’s magical and it’s– What is it about pregnancy? It’s weird too. Because the getting pregnant, I kind of understand that part. It’s miraculous and it’s, it, I, I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t want to talk about it. It is beautiful. It’s a beautiful thing. Of course, it’s a beautiful thing, but it’s not like the only thing that I think about when a pregnant woman is present, like I think a pregnant woman is more than, well, that’s inconsiderate. More than her pregnancy. I mean, that’s just how I see women in general. They’re more than whatever the state of pregnancy is for them, you know? Well, it’s right. It’s your problem. It’s, I mean, it’s an interesting thing and I appreciate it, and it’s beautiful, and it’s, it, I mean, when people throw around the word miracle, I get a little uncomfortable because it’s really just a biological process. But, you know, I get what you mean. I didn’t say it was a miracle. I said it was miraculous. Okay. Well that feels very close. But you know, like wondrous. Uh, yeah, yeah, it’s, it could even be awe inspiring. And tight. Tight to the touch. Okay. Well that seems like a different sort of observation. That’s, that’s the main one. What it feels like to touch a pregnant woman’s belly. That’s really all it is to me. We could probably get you something that it’s, it feels like it it like a firm memory foam pillow. Like if it was just not the same. I’m just saying I feel like we could find something. And there’s not a living thing inside of it. They probably make one of those love dolls that’s pregnant. Love doll? I don’t know movies. I don’t know movies. That should be the tagline for a movie. Gimme a tagline. Are we moving? Are we? Yes, please. So we’re gonna now movies. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Your first tagline, his story will touch you even though he can’t. Casper. Huh. Um, that’s a good guess. That’s not right. Do you remember the story of Casper? Um, the Bubble Boy. It’s in, uh, it’s in the nineties. Is it a character that bad things happen? Herbie, Herbie Herbie’s a car he can’t touch you. Do you think that Herbie would be one of my favorite movies? No, I don’t. This movie has a, a heart throb of the time as the leading young woman, but the, the story is not really about her. It’s about why can’t the guy touch– Edward Scissorhands? There we go. Great movie. Seen it. Great. So good. Have not seen it. Did you just say you had seen Edward Scissorhand? Ugh, that is heartbreaking. Hold on, it’s a Christmas movie. You should watch it at Christmas with your family. Don’t you watch Christmas movies with your family? I watch Elf. Best movie ever. There’s not that many great Christmas movies, and Edward Scissor Hands is one of ’em. So I didn’t know it. That’s interesting. I wouldn’t it, I didn’t know it was a Christmas movie. I mean, you could, you could attach that, you know, adjacently, see what you don’t know. But it is, it’s just such, and it and it holds up. That’s the thing. I call it a Christmas movie. Okay. It was unnecessary. It was shot for shot. That was the whole thing. Guan San, shot for shot. It was just not necessary and not particularly thrilling. Alright. Carney doesn’t think it was necessary. Yeah, it was. It was unnecessary. Unnecessary. I don’t even know why we talked about it here. I mean, how many movies are necessary? Plenty. But 104. I guess you’re not implying that they all have to be necessary, but you know that one wasn’t. That’s what I was implying. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. I’ll take it. Did people know that at the time or is that just like revisionist? Know that it? That it was like, like I, I even saw, and why on earth would I be seeing this? I think that the people I clipp where they had. The ketchup, she was like putting the ketchup on. I don’t know how I’m seeing this, but I’m like, this stuff’s still coming around. If you don’t swipe up quick, it’ll keep happening. Because what was that intentional? What was she doing with the ketchup? There’s no ketchup coming out, right? She’s just like, it took like several minutes. She’s like doing this acting. It is like panamiming ketchup coming out. It’s continuity. Once the ketchup starts, you’re cotton got continuity problems. I think that it was also, which they could afford ketchup, I’m sure, but I think it was actually quite a low budget, uh, movie, right? The first one. So it wasn’t intentionally crappy. I think it. Aimed at its target audience wasn’t, I never read it and I was never a fan of this, so I don’t know. But am I right? It was when you, when it came out, you guys liked it, right? Yeah, we loved, yeah, I loved it. Yeah. But you took it at face value. You weren’t laughing. No, I was very serious. Yeah. It’s a serious movie. Yeah. May I, with something else? The one about Bigfoot with John Lithgow. Harry and the Hendersons. Yeah. Yeah. What I love the fact that I, is that true Harry and the Hendersons? Yeah. Harry and the Hendersons Harry and the Hendersons and they, 1987, and then they made it into a television show. That’s pretty good. Totally necessary. I got Harry and the Hendersons first try from that. Maybe this is a game I should play with myself. Look at Carney’s Jaw. It’s just on the floor over there. I don’t, I think you, I think you can go, I heard about it. It was fanciful and I like a good fanciful movie. It’s a little tough if you watch that before you watch Edward Scissor hands come on. You know, sometimes I sit down and I’m trying to figure out what I’m gonna, like, I, I, I’ve actually changed the way that I do this Now what am I gonna watch when I’m gonna watch something? And I have turned to watching things that are just. Movies that multiple people say are good that I haven’t seen, which can be a difficult thing to do sometimes. Right. Versus like watching a reality show. Ugh. Or, or watching just like just the next show. That might be good. Difficult in what way? It is difficult because I’ve seen a lot of movies, but I sometimes I wish I could. You have, there’s so many things that you haven’t seen and there’s so many good things where you can be like, the next two hours are guaranteed to be enjoyable and you’re just missing out on that. Movies are a little too passive for me. What do you want? 3D? What are you looking for? No, I want some interactivity. I want some movement. Gimme an example of what you’re talking about. Like, uh, like a walk. Do you wanna take a walk? Yeah. Or just an. Well take an intermission. You can pause it and take an intermission. I did. You know, it’s just, I don’t know. You know what– Requires… You know what movie I recently– A lot of patience. Realized I had never seen? Focus. Was in Bruge. Yeah, like that is such a good movie. It’s a comedy crime. Comedy. It’s a dark comedy. I think I’ve seen that one. It’s the kind of thing where if I were, there was a tower in it. Yes. You’ve seen it. I’ve seen it. Well, there you go. That was back when I would, I was, I was into movies and that was a one. Now I have a thing that I do. I have a thing that I do where Jesse makes me pick the movie. Eisenberg? ‘Cause she won’t, and then I’m like, I picked a comedy. And then it ends. It ends up being like, inbruge and she’s like, this is not a comedy. I’m like, it’s a dark comedy. That can still be a comedy. It’ll say comedy when you look it up, but, but it, it’s a dark comedy Irish, it’s so good. It’s in, is it an Ireland? And the thing I love about it, my favorite comedies are the ones without jokes. Yeah. You know what I’m saying? It’s just funny people saying funny things. It’s very Cohen Brothers in that way. It’s just the dialogue is funny. So many funny things are said, but there’s no jokes. That’s the best comedy. Irish accents. Yeah. ’cause they’re Irish. Yeah. Okay. All right. Hit us.
