MB 90: You’re Sleeping Wrong

You’re sleeping wrong. Placing a pillow between your legs, keeps your pelvis neutral, and prevents your spine from rotating during the night. But don’t stop there. A pillow under each arm can help prevent unwanted strain on your rotator cuffs. A smaller pillow placed gently in the butt crack, can collect sweat and reduce chafing. Pillows between each toe can alleviate bunions, and keep your toes from looking weird as you age. Pillows between each finger can relax your handwriting, and bird-flipping muscles. A pillow in each ear can buffer unwanted snoring or even unpleasant conversation from a partner. A pillow in each eye helps to soften the sleep-disturbing effects of light. A pillow in each nostril can eliminate the odor of your partner’s flatulence, and garlic burbs. And finally, a pillow in the mouth can prevent spiders from crawling down your throat while you sleep.
