MB 129: How To: Have Better Posture

You’re sitting wrong. Pulling your shoulders back and lifting the top of your head increases blood flow, allowing your body to have better brain activity. But don’t stop there. Applying braces to both wrists can prevent carpal tunnel. Gently taping yourself to your chair will improve concentration and reduce your likelihood of slumping forward. Placing braces on each finger will allow you to look more professional and send emails more efficiently. Placing your hair in a man bun and attaching it from the ceiling by a string will keep your head in the perfect upright position. Taping your eyelids allows you to intimidate your coworkers with your passionate work stare. Having a coworker gently tase you every few minutes will keep your spine fully elongated and erect. Finally, bracing your entire body with household items will keep your posture in the perfect position all day long.
